<>The easiest way to become a vibrational match is to focus on creating positive emotions of love, joy, appreciation, and gratitude throughout your day. You can also practice feeling the emotions you would be experiencing if you already had what you wanted. You can also create these emotions through the thoughts that you think. In fact, your thoughts are creating feelings all the time, so it’s important to catch yourself when your emotions turn negative and turn them to positive emotions.
<>And this shows you are on the right path, but all too often we twist it. We lament those people that share the same interests as us, or with whom we had those great conversations, didn’t ask for our number. We feel bummed when that date we thought would be so great, turned out to be not the best match. We think we are still not getting what we want, or there is still something ‘wrong’ with us.

<>Thirdly, when you stop resistant thoughts, your vibration rises to a higher level. This is the whole point of meditation, I believe. To be still, therefore stop resistance and allow your vibration to rise. We are all energy and that energy vibrates at different frequencies, depending on how we feel. So, meditation allows you to vibrate at a high frequency. There are also other reason to meditate. You will feel better, you experience a sense of calm, you are happier. Most importantly, however, when your vibration rises, you open yourself up to receive guidance, in the form of inspired thought.
<>2. I decided to try it again. I chose not to push the boundary too much, and decided to shoot for 300 shekels. Again, this amount of tips was over three times the norm and unheard. I did it again! As we were sitting in the jeep surrounded by tall grass I turned to my husband and carelessly said “this would be a perfect place for a tiger to come walking out of the grass”. Five minutes later we heard the alarm call of a spotted deer followed by the growl of a tiger which reverberated throughout our bodies. Our guide shot out of his seat with utter excitement and we held our breath. At the exact spot I had uttered those words a tiger came prowling through the tall grass without a care in the world. I turned to my husband and said “happy birthday darling”. I love having universal forces on my side!”
<>The degree of your self-acceptance will dictate the quality of your relationship. If you try to manifest a relationship when you're full of desperation and you have low self-esteem, you may indeed succeed, but the relationship will almost certainly be sub-par. You might drive your partner away, unconsciously cause drama in your relationship, or--more likely--attract a partner who is not good for you.
<>Firstly, thank you for an amazing ebook , it has helped me a lot in my current situation. While I have managed to manifest a lot of my visualised scenarios with a particular person , I find that at times the situation regresses and he goes into a silent zone or just starts ignoring me altogether. It is hurtful and confusing all these mixed messages and I dont know how to read him. I read somewhere that it is my own fear that could be causing this and while I try to detach myself , it is hard. Should I be changing anything in my visualisations? Sometimes when I do my visualisations , I can feel the fear in my core, How do I release this?
<>“I have been doing LOA exercises as a daily practice for a while now, I had dated from time to time but it was more by default as I hadn’t really done any specific focusing on tidying up my vibe. I am quite independent and I wasn’t searching for a love relationship as such but I was getting a bit fed up with the dating. So, I commenced as part of my daily practice a clearer focus on love in my life, appreciation for the love I had already, how would it feel if I had an ideal love relationship and I added it onto my universe list saying statements like ‘please being me my ideal love relationship’. It was really cute how it unfolded and it unfolded very organically and in no time at all. A friend of mine at work just started to look positively attractive to me, I had always thought he was good looking but I never saw ‘us’ as an option. It was like I had a blind spot about us. As the days and weeks past, he became more interesting, available, talented and gorgeous. It got to the point where I was actually wondering if he was the most gorgeous man alive. It was hilarious! We got together and we get on great. He is just such a great guy and so easy to love. When we got together I did ask him if when we were friends he ever thought we would suit being in an intimate relationship – he said he had always thought we would be great together and he had imagined that our relationship would be a very good union and now we are living just what he had visualized. I think that’s an incredible example of how if you’re not lined up you can’t ‘see’ what’s in front of you even if it’s ideal and that we do co-create with others. I still include positive LOA exercises into my daily practice because I want to enjoy this to the fullest.”
<>Specifically, you attract love with people who are aligned with your vibrational state. So if you are down on yourself or lack confidence, you often find love only with people who treat you poorly and fail to recognize your worth. Therefore, looking for love with real intention requires you to form a deeper, more profound and accepting connection with yourself.
