<>The degree of your self-acceptance will dictate the quality of your relationship. If you try to manifest a relationship when you're full of desperation and you have low self-esteem, you may indeed succeed, but the relationship will almost certainly be sub-par. You might drive your partner away, unconsciously cause drama in your relationship, or--more likely--attract a partner who is not good for you.
<>Thanks Mukul but you don’t get the full story here. I’m working on LOA for years and all I’m asking myself are basic questions after I found some flaws in it. I’m questioning certain principles because I managed to attract all the little things I wanted but not the big ones in which I strongly believed. As for the LA trip I used to be there for Christmas just because I could go and afford to pay for the trip. Once this possibility got reduced I can’t attract this anymore as no other possibility else than paying for my trip with my money shows up. There’s no LOA here just pure cause and effect: you want a holiday you pay for it, nobody offered me a trip, nobody invited me, I didn’t win any trip…No I have to pay for it, that’s mathematical.
<>At the office, I wasn’t feeling like I was paid enough so I started focusing on a new executive position at another company. I wasn’t qualified enough, but I kept on reading about the job and picturing myself working at that company. I printed out their logo and taped it to my wall. Guess who got the job even though I wasn’t as qualified as the interviewees? That’s correct, I did.
<>“I made a commitment to visualise about my love life and the next morning I got two text messages from people I was interested in wanting to meet. One of them I hadn’t heard from for several weeks, and the other I hadn’t heard from in three months! They had both contacted me with similar messages within minutes of one another. Not only did it feel exciting, but best of all the timing of this has given me such faith in the Law of Attraction.”
<>In 2006, the concept of the Law of Attraction gained a lot of renewed exposure with the release of the film The Secret (2006) which was then developed into a book of the same title in 2007. The movie and book gained widespread media coverage.[1][21][22] Rhonda Byrne's book also has influenced the creation of an untitled fiction film based on The Secret, starring Katie Holmes.[23] This was followed by a sequel, The Power in 2010 that talks about the law of attraction being the law of love.[24]
<>Gladly. For instance, I wanted to bring in women for casual relationships only. (Hook ups), at the time I had been with only a few women and was not really getting anywhere. So then I came upon other versions of “the secret”. So at this point. I started to do affirmations, such as I am a sexy mofo, etc and I won't get into the other details, but I ised to say these into the mirror and visualizing this stuff happening. (Me meeting women and us getting together, kissing etc.)
<>“I was feeling a little disillusioned about self-help books because nothing was really happening for me. Hearing what was working in people’s lives at the groups was a great thing… I was after something that would actually transform my life- and your workshops have. I spent a long time ‘in the stalls’ watching and admiring other people. Now I am well and truly ‘on the court’, and starring in my own life. I want to recommend the Universe List- it’s amazing. Every morning I ‘offload’ all my worries to the Universe. Then, I remind myself to focus on loving and fully enjoy my life, appreciating every moment. The relationship with my daughter has improved, physical symptoms which bothered me for years have gone away completely, the relationship with my husband feels fresh and new- and I no longer dread  ‘what might happen’. Some of these changes are miracles. And as someone inspired me on the mail out months ago- don’t give up and don’t think it won’t work for you- it may take time but it will work. Thank you also for the meditation CD (Soundscape) as it really did get me to meditate after years of putting it off- it’s like a beautiful sanctuary that I can always relax into.”
<>To add, he has been saying he has “something in the works” and I asked what he meant and he said it was a surprise but that is has to do with he and I and our love and that he knows it’s going to make me extremely happy. He never does anything for me, or buys me things so I’m having a hard time trying to imagine what this could be. I’m deep down hoping that maybe he could be talking about proposing to me. He said I should expect this “surprise” in one to two weeks. Is it possible for me to use the Law of Attraction to make this actually be a proposal?
<>So glad you enjoyed the article. You are certainly not along in having trouble with money manifesting. Lots of deep programming to work through and it actually goes a lot deeper than just money stuff. The most important thing to remember is by focusing your energy on the things you want the money for…travel, certain experiences, whatever, and if money is part of the equation of getting it, it will come in. And do whatever you can to feel abundant now, no matter how small the thing is…all you need is a bit more positive energy to start allowing in a different experience.
<>I was led back to ‘The Secret’ from an interview I read. Having read it before it made more sense this time about how to really believe and be grateful. I received a surprise check the following day which helped me to begin a project and have seen another financial boost since. The law of attraction and the positive feelings you convey ‘attract’ opportunities and help make smarter decisions. I finally believe and am making it a habit. I have always been ambitious so I excited at what I may manifest.
<>You are greater than what is going on around you. Your relationship with yourself is your most important relationship. What’s happened happened. It’s in the past and you can’t change it. It sucks, but it’s happened. You can still change what happens in the future. Focus on getting to a place where you feel better. The happier and more joyful you feel, the more positive results you will see.
<>“I’m finding the practices are making my life easier and more flowing. A fun little story I’d like to share with you: I thought of a designer jacket that looked great but I’d taken back to the shop months ago- and how I wished I’d kept it. It was at a great discount and was from a previous collection that you couldn’t get now. But I went into appreciation and made peace with the fact I hadn’t got it. Then, I was inspired to look online. I typed in the jacket’s description and up the jacket came on google- at the exact same ‘sale’ price I’d paid- plus postage. I ordered it and then saw that there was an offer on where you could save postage with a code- so again it came to the exact price I had paid several months ago! When it arrived it was perfect and perhaps even ‘newer’ looking than the one I’d bought from the shop.”
<>Affirm your belief in your soulmate. While you’ve already worked hard to combat limiting beliefs and create a clear image of the person you want to be with, you make it easier for the Universe to send that person your way if you constantly stay connected to your belief that they exist. Try daily affirmations (written or spoken) like “I am looking for love, and my soulmate is on their way to me”. Plus, “Nothing will stop me from receiving the love of my soulmate.”
