<>Hey Phil, my friend Claire sent this over after seeing me last night for the first time in months. I have been obsessively working on a project / startup to use rock climbing and adventure to help at-risk kids in the slums of Brazil. What I found is that although I love what I am doing and believe in it completely, I have been stressed out of my mind and without realizing it, I have been manifesting this stress into all aspects of my life and sometimes into the energy of my campaign. Reading your blog I was reminded of how important it is to manifest not only what you want but also how you want to feel. That energy is so important and certainly dictates how people feel around you. I have been bringing my computer to bed and stressing out over emails until I fall asleep… NOT healthy. <>We got to the concert five hours before the doors opened. We found ourselves with thousands of people in front of us. I wanted to be on the front rail. (Front rail is the same as front row seats.) I began visualizing being on the front rail. Then, a great idea hit me. I began to feel the feeling of wrapping my hands around the front row railing. I felt the cool railing in my hands over and over again. As the day progressed, I noticed something: We were actually moving backwards. Things were getting even worse. It didn’t make any sense. How could we be going further back?
<>For one of a million reasons, we feel like we can’t be ourselves. We long to be. We just want to move through the world as we truly are, without the masks. This is especially true when it comes to relationships. If you asked someone to make a list of what he wanted in a partner, I imagine ‘loving me for who I am’ would near the top of anyone’s list, or at least anyone who wants a real, authentic relationship.
<>Step 1 is important because it prepares your mind and body to receive whatever you’re asking for. Our brains don’t know the difference between reality and imagination. When you engage in full, sensory imagination, your brain fires up your body to move forward. Muscles, blood flow, heart, lungs and every part of your body gear up to take part in whatever you’re imagining.

After attending the Law of Attraction group, when I got home there was a lady hanging around on my block who’s always causing trouble who I have had anger for in the past. It’s not enough to want to find the love of your life; you must also tune into love right now before it comes across your path. You need to feel the thing you want to manifest. Be the thing itself. <>If you’re practicing the technique on something bigger, this exercise may be tricky, but use your imagination. If you’re trying to lose weight, go out and buy an outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for. If you want a new car, go to a dealership and shop around. If you’re aiming for something as big as complete financial freedom, start planning what you’re going to do with all that free time and money.

Looking back, I could finally let go of resistance by going on lots of dates and making myself exhausted, get sick and tired of trying to find the right guy. And after that moment, I could finally surrender and manifest guys that I actually wanted to be with. So maybe it could be one of the ways that people can let go of resistance? Is this the hard way?

Not being yourself because you think there is something wrong with you will also lead you to attracting people who mirror these feelings back to you, which to those unaware of how law of attraction operates, will falsely take these experiences and encounters as ‘proof’ they are right in feeling that way about themselves.
<>5. See the positive. Focus on the good things about the specific person you want the Law of Attraction to bring you. Look for something to appreciate. This can be tough if there are negative feelings between the two of you, and you might only be able to find one thing in the beginning, but if you keep working at it, it will get easier. If you’re in a relationship with the person already, you should start to see his/her behavior change and things start improving between the two of you.
<>The analogy is simple: if you’re carrying a passenger in your car, there won’t be room for your Soulmate to sit in it!  So, if you’re still in love with this person, but you know that they are not your soul mate and/or there is no possibility of a true, loving, committed relationship with them, it’s time to let them go.   This does not mean you have to stop loving them. It simply means that you have to find a new space in your heart for them, a special chamber where you will put all the people whom you have loved in the past.

The universe will send u ideas, through the ppl he has got. He will nt only send things to u bt also attract you to ur wishes. U will actually see and feel things coming to u dramatically and one day u will achieve it for sure… n believe me it works so just try with some simple things first to believe it. and yes keep practicing gratitude daily… be grateful for the eyes u have…for the family u hav…for the life u hav… for the knowledge u hav.. for the frnds u hav… be grateful for everything u hav.
<>A small example was this: I was about to get on a train at a door where just a few people were boarding, when I got an ‘inner nudge’ telling me not to and to walk to the next carriage, which logically didn’t make sense as more people were waiting there. As I approached the door I realised why as there was a woman on her own with two suitcases struggling to get on- so I helped her. The irony was when I got on my carriage was relatively empty whereas I could see the carriage I was going to get on before was crowded. I love how my inner guidance knew what was best for both me and those around me. This has happened on other small things, too. It’s early days but I’m beginning to know what is guidance and what is just ‘mind chatter’.

<>first of all I love your book and have read it twice. I used your method to attract someone back after he had gone and it worked. As it is a long distanced relationship we didn’t see each other often so things had fallen apart, and we broke up recently again. I want to attract him back using LOA again. This time is a bit difficult for me as it’s the second time manifesting the same person, and now I get a bit confused: as I have to ‘let go’, do I still have to visualise every day? In the “letting go” period, should I think about him, or just making myself happy? I am training myself to visualise better but I find sometimes the feeling of love is strong but sometimes not at all (probably because the long distanced has dragged us down and it is the second time manifesting the same person). Will making myself happy work in order to manifest in this situation? I do believe Universe is making it happen for me but I would like to know if I have to feel ‘in love’ when I think of him. Thank you.
<>When you sleep at night, you go into the dream state. At this time, your subconscious mind is more active. But the last thoughts you had will permeate into your subconscious mind for up to 4 hours. So what you allow to dominate your mind in the last few minutes before you sleep will program your subconscious mind and create the vibrations that will determine your future.
<>You should remain in a state of “as if” when using the Law of Attraction for a specific person. When you give attention to what is, you give it power to create more of what is. You should relax and allow your manifestation to occur, as you have always done. It’s a great way to create what you want and, as you release resistance and become more detached, you’ll be able to reach that state more easily.
<>Again, we can only attract that to which we are currently a match, so this means we can’t wait to feel better about our lives until what we want comes. You have to make peace with your single status. You have to start finding ways to feel happy about your life now as it is. This doesn’t mean pretending to like things you don’t, but diligently working on adopting a perspective that actually makes you feel better. It is about focusing on the things in your life that are good, and building on that energy. It is about making time to do things that make you feel good, that help produce the feelings you think you would get from being in a relationship.
<>Remember even we who all preaches LOA etc have not reached to the potential of understanding the power that a human really has. Everyone has their own understanding and they put it accordingly. You yourself has abundance of energy.. believe in yourself.. you go to others only when you have doubts… remove this doubt and enjoy what you have now and also the one that you desire.
