<>Emotional Charge: Emotionalize that goal (why do you want it, how will it change your life, in what ways will it bring you happiness, etc.). The idea is to increase and amplify the desire for it from a place of the heart. This powerfully imprints the vibration of your goal into your subconscious mind as you take inspired action towards what you want to achieve.
<>The Law of Attraction doesn’t work by just sitting there and wishing for these things to come to you. So I want you to just start by creating a detailed list of every step you’ll need to take to achieve your goals. I guarantee this will make it easier to move into action. <>“I was just doing the Focusing Process worksheet which is a sheet I don’t often do (I tend to stick to the other ones) so I needed to refresh my memory with the five key beliefs/desires you and I had written out when I started the Law of Attraction Coaching. <>“He was an actor and I had his poster on my wall- and a huge thing for him- as a teenager. After using the Law of Attraction processes, specifically appreciating my relationships, I saw movement on my non-existent love life. Following a series of incredible synchronicities, before I knew it there ‘he’ was, across the table from me in one of those ‘name’ restaurants in London. It was like one of those fairy-tale movies. <>Similarly, if you’re expecting to have more money arrive into your life, you have to plan for that occasion. Go tour open houses in your dream neighborhood. Go test drive your dream car. Start planning that dream vacation online that you’ve always been wanting to take. Plan it. When you plan it, it becomes more real and slowly manifests into your life.
<>I’ve noticed that as I’ve shifted my vibe to manifest larger sums of money and to manifest new experiences in other parts of my life, I seem to fall out of resonance with manifesting smaller sums. I’m not as good at manifesting coins as I was in 2006. That’s because my vibe isn’t tuned in to the coin manifesting frequency as much. These days I’m spending more time using the LoA to manifest cool social connections and travel experiences. I’ve tuned my vibe to focus on that part of the perceptual frequency. I also feel more excited and playful about manifesting in these other areas as opposed to adding to my financial score.

<>I enjoyed my time reading this book during out trip. Greg Adenauer has written a very moving book. Law of attraction is indeed very applicable in any aspects of our life and in any form of relationships we have towards our fellowmen. It is very amazing to imagine how law of attraction can better our lives and our relationship towards others. There are more things to love and to learn from this book. Great job to the author!
<>Meditation, even on its most basic level, allows the mind to quiet which allows your natural frequency to rise as your mind is taken off of anything that may have been bothering you.
