<>Deal-breaker items could include: if the person has some form of alcohol or substance addiction or abuse, if they are married or in another relationship, if they are physically or verbally abusive, and even if they smoke.  For some people, smoking is not a big deal, but for me, I just can’t stand kissing someone after they’ve had a smoke, so I decided to include it in my deal-breaker list.  What are your deal- breakers? All you need is three.
<>It could also mean that a particular area of your life might need your attention, such as your career, finances, health, raising children, or that simply, your time is just not ripe for love yet. Whatever the timing might be, what I know for sure is that the time you invest in getting ready for your soulmate is an opportunity to continue to work on yourself, and remove all of the mental and emotional blocks that are keeping you from love. It is the perfect time to get to know yourself fully and deeply and get ready for love.
<>Life can be very challenging for most of us.  You’re going to have good days, and you’re going to have not so good days.  In fact, many things are going to be out of your control and it’s great to recognize that you’re not always going to be on the top of your game.  Therefore, you need to have some sort of support system in your life so that you can show up fully, especially once you meet your Soulmate. Why? Because bringing all of life’s challenges into one relationship, especially with your romantic partner, will place a very heavy burden on your relationship, not to mention draining the sexual and creative energy from it.  You cannot have that! You need to enlist the support of others and create your own group of amazing, challenging, and supportive friends.
<>Instead, Louise says you can transform your life by staying positive. "You have to start saying things that you feel really good about yourself. 'I love who I am. I love life. Life loves me. It's going to be smooth and easy. Life works for me.' And you just start doing that—it's planting seeds. You're not going to get it the first day, but you plant a seed and you water it and you continue the affirmations, and things start to shift and change in your life."
<>The other day was particularly special. I meditated and I then went to view a property. The property needed some work doing on it and I had some questions about that and next thing I knew I was talking to a builder who ‘just happened’ to be next door who could answer all of my questions. Then a lady came out of a neighbouring property and asked if I would like to look at her house. The neighbour was really friendly and welcoming and said that that she would love it if I moved next door! After viewing the property I went to pick my son up and looked into the sky and felt blown away by the beautiful sunset. I feel I have direction, that my soul is joyful and that doors are open for me.”
<>The short answer to your question is 'yes', you can manifest money through the law of attraction. Money is basically energy and when we practice the Law of Attraction, we practice attracting various energies to us, money included. The thing to watch for is that money doesn't necessarily always come to you as specific types of currency (dollars, pounds, etc). It can come as unexpected gifts of items you were thinking of buy, or coupons for special savings or discounts, or being invited on an all expenses paid holiday.
<>Thanks for stopping by. Glad the post resonated with you. I think it depends. For some people, that focusing on something different may end up improving the current relationship in some way. For example, your shift in beliefs and energy may help you line up with a different version of your partner more often that is more conducive to what you prefer, and you find you are happier in this relationship and don’t feel like you necessarily want a new one.
<>But, after seeing The Secret in 2006, I started digging deeper in how to practice creating my reality with my mind. I started attending the School of Metaphysics, which is an excellent course of study in the powers of mind. Armed with some level of knowledge of the LoA, and what I’d learned and practiced at the School, I decided to facilitate a Law of Attraction book study group - where we studied and practiced exercises around Wallace Wattles’ Science of Getting Rich, and Napoleon Hill’s Think and Grow Rich. I developed a manifestation practice where my Mexico dream was top. I imagined myself retired - relieved from the stress of selling real estate… in an area of Mexico that reportedly has the world’s second best climate… where I’d visited only briefly 10 years previous, but knew from that brief encounter that that little village was where I wanted to live in Mexico when I retired.
<>During Thanksgiving of 1992, Carrey wrote himself a check for $10 million for ‘Acting Services Rendered’ and he dated it for Thanksgiving of 1995. He carried that check around with him no matter what he did, and it deteriorated away in his wallet. But just before Thanksgiving of 1995 he received word that he would be paid $10 million for ‘Dumb and Dumber.’
<>For law of attraction to work, it is important for you to have a clear sense of your feelings. Often infatuation and short-term physical attraction are confused for love. Having opposite feelings to what you desire can impact the law of attraction. Here are some ways to understand whether you want to be romantically involved with your partner or it’s just another attraction.
<>You stop all other thoughts. When you meditate and you give your attention to that singular thing you stop all other thoughts. In the simple, deliberate act of focusing on one sound, you give pause to all the other stuff in your head. (You may lose focus at times and begin to have thoughts about this and that, and that’s OK. When this happens just gently shift your attention back to the sound).
<>Well what you are talking about, I experience constantly but it is not THAT LAW OF ATTRACTION we want to experience. No later than yesterday I experienced this stuff. I’ve been very busy lately but for some days already, I set my goal on: being in LA for Christmas (I live in Europe). Yesterday afternoon, I run errands and I discover a store full of Christmas decorations. I walk in: it’s full or American products and the music plays the usual American songs I use to hear in LA stores. I come home. Since I moved recently my TV was connected to cable only 2 days ago. I turn on TV. Watever channel I went on, everything was about LA from The Real housewife’s of Beverly Hills, to the Kardashians,to other european programs. I should have counted how many times I saw the word Hollywood pop in front of my eyes. It was non stop until I went to bed.
<>“I’m from Venezuela- and I discovered your work from a friend also from here who came to your workshop when in the UK. Learning from her, my life is changing; your lists of gratitude have helped and I am beginning to love myself. Since I did the focusing my skin is younger looking and my hair is thicker- plus I seem to be able to run faster and have a lot more energy… Feeling good seems to cover everything! I also have practiced seeing the best in people rather than worrying, fearing or being angry at them… I really look forward to meeting you when I visit the UK next year and taking your work further (and this trip itself was due to my application of your work). Blessings from Venezuela.”
<>Can you attract a man that kept saying to you he wasn’t attracted to you? Even tho he would come over and ask if he could come over every weekend and asked why i didn’t call him. His mother was very over involved and was texting him when we were together, i believe she was in his ear all the time about me because i was older. nothing ever happened, no kissing or anything i never did anything either because he kept saying he had no feelings for. He would text me really early every morning telling me how awesome i was but just kept saying he had no feelings for me and wasn’t attracted to me. Why would someone text you the first minute they get up and send 50 text a day and be vulnerable to you if they had no feelings? He sent love songs then ask if mine were about him. again all this time saying he had feelings for me. My primary thoughts everyday were “he won’t think I’m good enough for him’ ‘I’m not pretty enough’ etc etc. I can see where i went wrong with the thoughts and feelings i kept giving out. My question is if someone says that are not attracted to you but they do things that would indicate otherwise, can you attract them into your life with the LOA? Thanks. Marie.
<>“I have been getting a lot of compliments about my body since doing the Focusing Process- in fact more than I can remember ever receiving, especially in such a short time. It makes sense though, because I feel the most confident in this area I have ever felt. I have also being following your work around lining up with a romantic relationship. I was beginning to feel a lot more relaxed around this area of life, when I picked a card from an oracle deck I have saying ‘Loved one’… I never pick that card usually! And then another card from another deck literally flew out: I saw an image of the card in my mind before I turned it over- and I was right: It was another love card, reassuring me that new romance was coming. I can literally sense him around me and so when we do meet, it won’t really be a surprise. Better still, I’m feeling content. I’m not feeling that familiar endless longing for a relationship- whereas before my whole life revolved around ‘trying to find a partner’ and it wasn’t working- and it was making me miserable. I feel good and I anticipate good. Thanks for convincing me that what I want is possible. I look forward to sharing more success stories when I see you at the Glastonbury retreat later this year.”
<>I have read dozens of books on the law of attraction, as a result I adore books by two authors: Genevieve Davis and Ricky Gravitas. Ideas in these books are very influential to my life. But _this_ book contains _all_ those ideas and even more. It is just tremendous. It is like an encyclopaedia on the law of attraction. It contains tons of useful things.

<>The best way to raise your money vibration is to rejoice in others good fortune. Whether the person is someone close to you, or a random person or a celebrity whose life you have seen on TV or the internet. Don’t try to find the negative reasons for their money, don’t try to justify why they have the fortune and not you. Or don’t feel bad that you don’t have the same.
<>said on Oprah show: I only have one thing to say to you. OH MY GOD! I sent out 142 copies in total before 20 replied like the instructions said. Then I went on a short vacation. When I got back my account had over $32,000 dollars in it already and the money was still coming! I'm still floating on air (especially with my new car). I thought the "Guardian System" sounded cheesy, but now I realize it is the formula that makes this letter really work! THANKS.
<>Sure, you want money to pay your bills, take a vacation and do all this other stuff, but ultimately, you want it because having it will give you certain desirable feelings. You want to feel the peace that comes with financial security; you want to feel the excitement, fulfillment and all the other awesome feelings you would experience with doing the things that the money would allow you to do.
<>A wish box is an interesting approach. I had done something similar years ago. I created a box, colored it pink and then put in it all the words and a picture of a person I wanted to meet. I put the box away and didn’t think about it much. About six months or so later, I met a guy that looked so similar to the one I wanted to meet, it was scary! A bell definitely went off.
<>In today’s society, being driven by a need for extraordinary wealth is often associated with greed and selfishness. The majority of us are programmed from childhood to believe that the richest amongst us are exceptional in some way. Or, have obtained great wealth through negative means or extreme sacrifice. However, for those who have harnessed the Law of Attraction combined with a rich person mentality and applied it to achieve these levels of incredible wealth – income has not necessarily been their ultimate aim.
<>I’ve been studying LoA for a few years now and have read countless books on the matter. To me, Napoleon Hill’s book was by far the best because it wasn’t just full of platitudes, it actually gave me some actionable items and did tell me that a certain amount of work was involved. This was important to me because I have a core belief (right or wrong) that you can’t get something for nothing. With that said, even with all the research I have done, and the belief that LoA exists, I have yet to experience any positive outcomes from using any of the techniques. Doing yet more research, I have come to the conclusion that there are two things that I am doing wrong, or more concisely, unable to achieve. The first being that I can not seem to attach a feeling to a desire. Try as I may, there remains some disconnect somewhere. Second, I have a lot of negative self talk and some negative core beliefs (both of which I am working to change… more research). I believe that these two things sabotage any attempt by me to manifest things. As I am practicing LoA, the little voice in my head (my Ego) will tell me that I am being foolish, or that “this doesn’t work”, etc. I tell it to shut up but it never does and introduces doubt every time. This actually brings up a third problem. Unwavering faith. You mentioned faith to get you back on track. Where do you find this? How do you develop it? Do you have any suggestions on any of these issues? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
<>It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
<>The preparation for welcoming your soul mate requires that you make a conscious commitment to start healing the deepest wounds of your heart. Notice that I said “start” healing the deepest wounds of your heart, because for the majority of us, this is a lifelong process and it doesn’t mean you have to be fully healed to manifest your One.  In fact, one of the things that a soul mate will do is HELP you to heal your deepest emotional wounds, and chances are you’ll be helping them heal their deepest emotional wounds as well.  BUT you must be willing to clear out all of the past hurts, anger, resentments, and anything else that makes up the thick wall of protection and distrust that you have built around your heart so that you can start welcoming love in.
<>I really enjoy reading your posts and learning about opening up to deep and fulfilling love. After heart shattering loss over the course of the last two years I am now in the process of putting myself back together again. It’s still pretty messy but I really want to learn to love myself and be the best version of myself, for me and for my soulmate who I know is out there waiting for me to be ready for forever.
<>Things had not been perfect between us prior to that day, I can’t lie. We’d been struggling financially to the point of desperation for what felt like forever. We’d lost our home the year before and were forced into bankruptcy after our twins were born. Our life was in a noticeable negative tailspin. Losing everything we’d worked so hard to acquire had destroyed our pride and left us both feeling useless, helpless and miserable. I’d done everything I could think of to cut our budget and make it so we could pay the bills and still eat, but every month we fell further behind.
<>This freaks people out because they believe feeling happier now as a single person will cancel their 'order' with the Universe for a relationship. But don't worry... it doesn't work like that. Wanting and needing something to happen is not what brings it to you... trust me. Feeling the feelings that lie behind what you want now, and detaching from the idea this thing needs to happen for you to be happy, is what does -- much more quickly and easily.
<>This isn’t mumbo jumbo or some pseudoscience; this is real and exact. There is a precise way to manifest virtually any amount of money into your life over time using the Law of Attraction as long as you don’t waver from your approach and your expectation of that outcome. As long as you don’t get discouraged and give up on that expected outcome, it will eventually come to pass.
<>Remember, there are infinite ways to resolve a situation. Even though you’re used to believing that the worst-case scenario always becomes your reality, the best-case scenario has the same potential to come true as the worst-case scenario. They are both imaginary thoughts about the future waiting to be born into reality. You’re the one who tips the scales in the direction of favorable resolution or unfavorable resolution.
<>There is a process to it too. What really happens (this is my own break down of the law) is that once we focus on something we want; our mind starts to calculate how to get that desire met. Then we start to put those thoughts into actions, resulting in us achieving what we want without consciously calculating how to do it. When we couple our desires with conscious and strategic planning, we can achieve almost anything.
<>I truly beleive the law of attraction works! Your story was so powerful! As for me, I started applying the principals to my life to make extra money during a time when I was unemployeed. Several weeks later I got a ramdom email with this AWESOME way to make extra cash and it is working! You can do this too, and more than likely, if you are reading it, it is because you also attracted this into your life! I was of course sptical at first but had nothing to lose and tried it. Now I am sooo glad I did and I know for a fact the law of a traction truly does work!
<>I do not believe so at all as I see many parallels between traditional religious views and the Law of Attraction. My personal view is that God creates through us…and it is our connection to God (or the universe/spirit guides/angels/etc) that allows creation to flow easily and pleasantly. In my opinion, our connection is evidence through our feelings, and the better we feel, the more connected we are.
<>“Thank you for all your work. This is the first workshop I’ve found that works- and it’s evident in the people I’ve met who have been participating regularly: I’ve personally seen people lose weight, look younger and live the life they want. It’s fantastic to find something that does work- when there’s so much out there offering unproven ideas and false promises. I myself have rediscovered myself and my life purpose: and a little recent manifestation- my computer wasn’t working so I asked the Universe… And it ‘suddenly’ worked. Even though my husband was ready to recycle it as it was so beyond repair according to him! (and he’s brilliant with computers). I seem to grab a handful of paper for the printer and there is always exactly enough sheets, I seem to know who’s on the telephone before I answer it. I always seem to pick the shortest line in a queue at the supermarket, and the friendliest cashier. Your right about living in Disneyland. And when it’s not Disneyland for me (and there are times) – I’m a lot better at relaxing my way out of it.”
<>Phil, your blog was super awesome! I have immersed myself in LOA finally after years of not knowing the steps, and realizing it takes daily practice and filling your mind with positive enforcement of these principles. In fact, I just realized a dream of mine to become a writer and publish a book, and this has just happened this week! I am not a disciplined writer, but I got inspired by a self publisher and decided to try that, and it has worked beautifully, plus the book seemed to write itself, which was on The Law of Attraction and certain things I went into more depth on than the movie, The secret did. I enjoyed the movie, but did not find anything worked for me after watching it. I am so glad to see so many people with positive comments, and I wish everyone continued manifesting success!
<>As you start shifting beliefs around this area of your life, you may notice certain things in your experience. You are meeting more people with whom you have common interests. You find yourself having great conversations with people, the types of conversations you envision having with your partner. You may find yourself going on more dates frequently with people who seem like a better fit for you than people you were going out with previously.
<>In the New Thought philosophy, the Law of Attraction is the belief that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts, people can bring positive or negative experiences into their life.[1][2] The belief is based on the idea that people and their thoughts are both made from pure energy, and that through the process of like energy attracting like energy a person can improve their own health, wealth, and personal relationships.
<>When you feel moved to take action from a place of passion and excitement, not stress, then go ahead and let those actions flow through you. It will seem to be more work to stop yourself — you’ll feel like you’re chickening out and holding back if you stay still. Follow your impulses. But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.
<>While working as a medical technology intern at our regional hospital in Jamaica, I heard an announcement over the PA system that our hospital CEO received the national award for “Boss of the Year”. I soon found out that the CEO was 28 Years old… impressive achievements for such a young man. I wanted to network with him and learn his story and secrets to his success. There was to be a meeting with the hospital CEO and the Laboratory staff and I decided to introduce myself to him there.

But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.
<>The key is having clarity, and knowing what it is that you want. Why? So that you can identify it when you see it, feel it and hear it, and – most importantly – so that you won’t be sidetracked into a relationship with a person who is not the highest possibility for you.  A person who is not your soulmate. Remember, there’s no need to settle for less than what you want. It’s like going to a supermarket without a grocery list when you’re feeling very hungry. If you’re anything like me, you may have bought a whole bunch of stuff you did not need but may have forgotten to buy something as basic as milk and sugar, which you really needed.
<>Thanks for writing all your experience with LOA, I firmly believe in law of attraction and it started when I came across Mr. Wayne Dyer’s book, and I have manifested a lot since then, If I write all of them then I will have my own blog. After reading his book I started getting LOA related book as a gift from my family and friends as if universe wanted me to know something, Your site has validated my experience, so thanks a lot. All the best and God bless you.
<>When you understand the answers to these types of questions about manifesting your soulmate, your mind and heart begin to focus on trying to find love that is based on true mutual understanding and excitement. You can do all kinds of creative techniques to bolster the designing of your life partner. For example, Law of Attraction experts recommend daily visualization exercises in which you conjure up a vivid sense of what your life partner would be like. Meanwhile, you can also create a dream board that represents all the traits you’re looking for and your image of how this relationship will improve your life.
