<>3. Love without fear of getting hurt. The scariest thing about love is opening yourself up to it. When you open yourself, there's a chance you might get hurt. If you're afraid of getting hurt, you might unconsciously be preventing someone from getting as close to you as you want. Be willing to take the risk and fully open yourself to love. You will manifest the love you want.

<>“I was on the night bus and this guy behind me was talking to his friend loudly about all these fairly violent things he had encountered in a gang he was in – and it shouldn’t have felt the best situation as no one else was on the bus. However, I didn’t feel scared -as I have a strong practiced belief that I am always safe. I was guided to close my eyes and went into a meditation. I relaxed and felt safe, knowing all was well. Suddenly, the same guy said ‘…But you know really there’s only Love and Fear’ and then started talking about ‘new age’ spirituality and how everything he had done was in the past now and his mission was to teach all his friends still in gangs to choose love instead! Then he started talking about how we create our reality with the vibes we give off… It was a miraculous turnaround and really uplifting to hear – and it was another example of a very simple formula I use: when I give up my judgement of others (including fear, which is a judgement too), miracles happen.”

One person believes math is intriguing and fun, while the other may have a belief that math is terribly frustrating. So, how you perceive and interpret your reality will also have an effect on what you are attracting in your life.
<>“I have been doing LOA exercises as a daily practice for a while now, I had dated from time to time but it was more by default as I hadn’t really done any specific focusing on tidying up my vibe. I am quite independent and I wasn’t searching for a love relationship as such but I was getting a bit fed up with the dating. So, I commenced as part of my daily practice a clearer focus on love in my life, appreciation for the love I had already, how would it feel if I had an ideal love relationship and I added it onto my universe list saying statements like ‘please being me my ideal love relationship’. It was really cute how it unfolded and it unfolded very organically and in no time at all. A friend of mine at work just started to look positively attractive to me, I had always thought he was good looking but I never saw ‘us’ as an option. It was like I had a blind spot about us. As the days and weeks past, he became more interesting, available, talented and gorgeous. It got to the point where I was actually wondering if he was the most gorgeous man alive. It was hilarious! We got together and we get on great. He is just such a great guy and so easy to love. When we got together I did ask him if when we were friends he ever thought we would suit being in an intimate relationship – he said he had always thought we would be great together and he had imagined that our relationship would be a very good union and now we are living just what he had visualized. I think that’s an incredible example of how if you’re not lined up you can’t ‘see’ what’s in front of you even if it’s ideal and that we do co-create with others. I still include positive LOA exercises into my daily practice because I want to enjoy this to the fullest.”
<>Initially this surprised her. She could dismiss it as luck… or as some kind of trick… or as a momentary lapse of her part. Then when it kept happening, it began to frustrate her. I helped her shift that frustration to amusement by pointing out that she was really good at finding bottle caps and smudges, and we had some laughs about that. <>I worked with a professional footballer once. He was getting very nervous about shooting goals. He kept missing even though he was very talented. I insisted that he kept watching himself on TV scoring goals and burned that image into his consciousness. I didn’t want him thinking about anything else. Every time he had a negative thought he was to switch that picture, either on the TV or on the TV in his mind. And he was to surround the thought with positive emotions of love and respect for himself.
<>Imagine listening to an orchestra whose musical instruments aren’t in harmony with each other. There would be a lot of sound coming from the instruments, but it probably wouldn’t sound very good. What I want you to understand is that you have to create an internal symphony between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind – between your vision, goals, beliefs and your habits.
<>As I mentioned earlier, our soulmates frequently come into our lives to help us heal our deepest emotional wounds, and we come into their lives to help them do the same.   For some people, this may at first look like some form of  ‘Crazy, Stupid Love’, or a relationship that appears to bring out the worst both in you and your partner.  These are the kind of relationships where people break up several times but over time have a tendency to find their balance as deep healing begins to take place and eventually grow into ‘Soulmate Love’.
