<>By choosing to stay in an endless cycle of negativity and by dwelling on what isn’t, rather than what could be, how is the universe expected to be clear on what you are looking for? Focusing on the bad luck that you may have had in past relationships or dwelling on your inadequacies can only serve to further increase these misfortunes and hold you back from the love that you so truly deserve.

<>The first thing to do when you feel that there is room for more love in your life is to fill your thoughts and actions with nothing but absolute love. By flooding your mind with feelings of positivity and love for yourself and those around you, your ability to love and be loved back can shine through to others. Here are some visualization exercises for love that you can consider too.
<>I’ve been dating my boyfriend for almost a year now and we live together. In the beginning of October things were bad, he forced me to move out thinking it would help things, which surprisingly it did. I thought this would only make things worse, I was constantly worried he would cheat on me, go behind my back, and betray me; like he has before. We were still together, just not living together. A week later after we spent some time talking and working through things, I moved back in. Ever since then over the few weeks things have been great, he’s treated me amazing, however I still have a fear of, “what if he is treating me like this but is potentially going behind my back?” A few days ago he had a missed call from a number with a area code of where his ex lives, I do not know if it was her, a telemarketer, or just a random wrong number. But it is has worried me over the past few days. I also worry when I’m at work and he’s at home, what he’s doing. I try so hard to imagine us happy and trying to believe in everything he says to me is true and sincere. I just have major trust issues. I care for him an immense amount and would do anything for him, I love him very much. However, I do believe that I would be okay with out him.. eventually in time. I do not want this to happen, but you said you have to imagine yourself being able to let go of that person. He is for sure the person I want to spend the rest of my life with, and I never want to lose him. What I am confused about is, if I am using the Law of Attraction to attract him more into my life, what if he is using the Law of Attraction to attract a different person in his life, such as his ex, instead of me. Which situation with manifest? He is not the type of person to ever think about these, he doesn’t even know what the Law of Attraction is, but I believe he could subconsciously be doing this and not even knowing it. Again, I think way too in depth about things and sometimes just make it worse for myself.
<>In stopping all other thoughts you also stop resistance. Resistance is the negative emotion you feel when you think about what you want, but in a way that feels bad. It is when you give more attention to what you don’t have, and feel bad, rather than giving attention to what you want, in a way that feels good to you. In both cases you are thinking about what you wish to manifest, however one is focused in a way that allows it manifest, and the other is focused on the lack of what you want, and that keeps it from coming.
<>“I wanted to improve my confidence of speaking in public, having been nervous of introducing myself at groups and events. So I wrote ‘Bring me more confidence’ and ‘Allow me to feel more confident’ and ‘Make me a good public speaker’ on the exercise we did. Several days later at work I was chosen to lead a speech to thousands of people, and it was something important in a way that I had no way of backing out of. Although I was instantly shocked and still feeling a little nervous, I had to laugh as it was an answer to my prayers: I get that it was almost as if the Universe just went ahead by ‘booking’ me to do this, realising that by actually doing it (not just thinking about it) I will become the confident speaker I want to be.”
<>Hi Elizabeth, Ive just read the book – ive always visualised and practised gratitude and its worked well for me. However when it comes to love, not so much. I read the section on vibrational matches. When i think of him i feel fearful & anxious. I know this means im blocking him but its the way i feel. Ive been in love with him for nearly 2 years, but alas he now has someone else.
<>Just wanted to make a comment about all of this. It really will work for everyone but it has to be something that is in your gut you know you will get with no doubts. I have received everything I want or don’t want because I new it in my gut. it was all unintentional before any of this kind of talk of the law of attraction came about. I think back on my life and all my intentions have manifested just the way I imagined they would. I only wished I had focused on all positive and threw out the negative. So the things you don’t want you have to change the way you feel about it and the way you think about it. I am looking into hypnosis to remove the things that are negative. Install the things I want into my subconscious. This is idea I have heard about and understand how it can help people who have a problem understanding and changing their thought process. You have to really, really want it and believe you will have it and feel good about and feel good about life and appreciate all that you have. Get excited!!!! <>Thank you for that piece of advice-should I remain in a constant state of “as if” with no attentiin on what is? Or should I focus in what I want, relax, and accept what is? Normally I focus in meditation on my intentions, relax, and allow my manifestations to occur—but, normally I am also not as Concerned about what I want to manifest. Should I be doing it differently?

<>Hi Shona, If you want to successfully use the Law of Attraction for love for a specific person, you need to overcome your fear. Your thoughts and emotions create, so if you continue to be afraid, you will create the things that you fear – his cheating, his not wanting to commit, etc. Sometimes the easiest way to overcome fear is to think about the worst thing that would happen if things didn’t go the way you want them. Often, that worst fear isn’t all that bad, and it’s easy to then let the fear go. Other times, it might be necessary to use tapping or EFT to get rid of the fear.

You seem to already have that deeper knowing..now it is all about building that trust and working a bit with your mind to be more accepting of the beliefs and new reality you are looking to create. <>For me, I find that since I have so much negative momentum on the subject of money itself, the best way to go about it is to find a way to feel really good, which I do through my morning manifestation routine, and then affirm that that feeling is what abundance feels like. <>“I wanted a dog ever since I moved to London 14 years previous. It was a longing that almost caused an ache in me, I felt I couldn’t get a dog because of my long work hours and I never seemed to live anywhere that was suitable to house a canine. I mentioned this in my sessions with Tracy and we started doing focusing processes on just how good it felt to have a dog again rather than all the focus I was putting on ‘why I couldn’t have a dog’. In record time my landlord one day just changed his mind after 2 years of saying no I couldn’t have a dog. I nearly fell off my chair the night he told me that he just ‘changed his mind’.
<>“My mum was visiting and wanted to tour some of London. I had not made any plans. In fact, I was rushed and feeling a little bit out of alignment and wanted to recuperate rather than be a tour guide. But she was on her way, and I wanted us both to have a good time. And so I did my Universe List, asking for more faith and belief from the angels, to show me I was loved and guided at all times. I also asked that the day go smoothly. My mum said she wanted to go up the fire of London monument, to see the views of the City. Although we were both hungry and ready for lunch, we got straight on a bus as we had a tight schedule. I had forgotten the exact location of our destination and was stressed at this point, so I closed my eyes and asked to be uplifted and to be elevated into a good mood. I opened my eyes and noticed it was time to get off. I turned a corner and there in front of us was not the monument- but St Paul’s Cathedral. I noticed that there was a viewing platform very high up above the dome- and I imagined it was probably higher than the monument. I suggested this to my mum and in the same moment I heard someone call my name. It was a friend from the Law of Attraction processes group, who happened to be working at St Paul’s. She was eating lunch and had lots of food to spare, which she offered us. So we ate, and then she ushered us in. The first place she took us was the famous “Light of the World” painting by William Holman Hunt, depicting that spirit is always there for us- we just need to ‘open the door’ and let it in. This was the most perfect metaphor for my earlier question of wanting more faith and belief. I felt loved and guided, my faith was increased. My friend gave us a tour around the cathedral. And when we got up to the viewing platform, with its breath-taking view- I noticed that monument was far down below us. Then we left, discovering a wonderful museum ‘by chance’ and had a fantastic day full of many more synchronicities.”
<>Things were certainly bleak, to put it mildly. It was terrifying, yet at the same time there was a new spark of hope deep inside me that wouldn’t go away. Now I was in control of my future, and that was a whole new way of thinking about what was possible for my life. I remembered an Oprah show I’d watched where she’d talked about changing your thoughts because they have the power to predict your future. I mentally traced my life back five, ten years, and realized that everything I worried about, feared and stressed about, had become my reality. That was a huge revelation for me. I saw it plain as day: I’d created all those “misfortunes.” I’d created that life. That was all the proof I needed of the tremendous power of my thoughts, even if it had only worked in a negative way up to that point. I knew I had nothing to lose, and the possibility of possibility brought hope in a way I’d never known before.
<>“My immediate neighbours are a lovely family who I get on very well with. There was another neighbour who had apparently said that he sometimes found the family’s children a little noisy. I had a desire for my neighbour’s to know that they could be themselves and that there was no problem with the noise, as far as I was concerned it was simply children playing. The neighbour who wasn’t so happy saw me one day and offered me a mirror that he had. I thanked him for the offer but said that I didn’t need a mirror (not knowing what the mirror was like) and asked him if he would like to give it to the family and he agreed. After he had given it to them, they knocked at my door and said that because of their young children and the mirror being very heavy that it wasn’t suitable for them and wondered if I would like it. I had no idea it was a large beautifully ornate gold mirror in the style that I have desired for many years! It goes so perfectly in my house and so I was thrilled to have it. What I found particularly amazing about this manifestation was that it allowed the family to know that the neighbour liked them in addition to me receiving a beautiful mirror.”
<>I’m glad you’re enjoying my book on using the law of attraction for a specific person, G! There are a couple of possibilities for why he didn’t come. 1) You had resistance. For example, you may have had some fears or doubts about what would happen once he got there. 2) You tried to control the outcome. When you bought the ticket, you decided how things were going to happen. Rather than letting the Universe determine how he would come to you, you decided how he would come.
<>I had used the law of attraction previously, just thinking about my attraction goals a few times a day simply seemed to keep me focused, and motivate me, I didn’t think much to all the “magic”. My relationship of 4 years has ended- on his part– I have followed Your steps, used EFT, meditation, visualization, and have been working on my vibration. <>I do believe also that the pain has gone partly due to me selling my business which leads me on to the next key belief. <>2) I was told by some people who also follow the LOA methods that manifesting someone specific was not advisable because it was going against the wishes of that said person if that’s not what they wanted anymore. He’s made it very clear that it is not what he wants at all. Am I wrong for wanting the love of my life back and just be given a genuine chance to see if things could work again?
<>Love comes into our soul first. It points you to look at love in soul and allow it to grow so big then your 2 hearts and souls are drawn together in reconnection and unite as souls first than unite physically to meet to be united as one soul and find peace. Peace is where home is. Believe in soul love between your twin. Your twin lives inside of you energetically in your soul. There is a devotion and divine unconditional love for each other that allows love to live forever and spend your life with whom God chose to in his will and understand pure Divine Love. Experience love in the soul and share that love with the world. If you are separated from your soul you dont really know love. 2 twin should in mutual agreement and commitment on a soul level unite in a soul marriage not a 3d physical marriage of the physical. Face self and put way inner desire for benefit of both. When see twin flame you will see how beautiful soul is and see light coming out of their eyes coming into you. Have to let go, surrender and trust in your flame journey. When we accept our twIn and make a 100% commitment of unconditional love we are united in soul as ONE Soul. Unconditional love allows us to accept the person as they are and cant tell another what to do, try to change them, tell them how to act, have restrictions and conditions on soul partnership. Love then and fully accept each other as you are. 3d control doesnt exist in soul love. Need soul love for it is pure unconditional Divine Sacred Love ❤ and nothing else exists. Hard for men to say, “I Love You” although a prerequisite which allows soul relationship to flow and increase love at higher levels.

<>According to neuroscientists, as you continue to meditate, your brain physically changes, even though you’re not aware of it reshaping itself. They’re also beginning to understand why meditation is effective for managing stress. Using brain imaging techniques, scientists have observed changes in the threat system of the brain. The response kicks-off in the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear. <>As I’ve mentioned a few times before, I learned some time back that no one was responsible for my happiness but me. When I look at the big scheme of things, I’ve got it great. I may not have much but everything I have I own. I’ve struggled from time to time with money issues too since coming online not sure if I could make my bills but I always did. So I know that it’s not the end of the world if I’m late with a payment, although I rarely am. I’m obsessed with everything being on time. LOL!!!
<>Why dont you create a position or appoint a person to carry out a laboratory investigation and create a strategic plan to improve the operations of the pathology laboratory?BINGO! I was making myself recognized and indispensible…in the event that I wanted to apply for a fulltime position after the internship period. Since then I had to meet with the CEO to share my ideas and results and my strategic plan was well appreciated. I learned a lot from Everton Anderson and use many of the principles even today.
<>1. I relentlessly repeated over and over the mantra ‘I have made 500 shekels’ regarding my next shift. I made 450. This was by far the most any waitress had made and beyond belief but I kept the mantra going that night even after I got home. The next day I came into work. A big table that I had served the night before was so happy with my service they came in the next day to provide me with another 50 shekels!!! I was beside myself! Wow this is incredible. OK next test.
<>In the past I had a relationship, it was messy and unorganized. All I would do is worry Id lose her. That was my biggest fear. And I thought about it almost everyday. And one day I did. Your eyes definitely saw it because you were looking in that direction, but the coin didn’t register in your mind. You still need to adjust yourself to the right vibe. Remember — the coins are everywhere! You just have to command your eyes to notice them.”
<>Later on she began noticing things that were close to coins, but not coins. She found bottle caps, paper clips, scraps of paper, and coin-like smudges on the floor — everything but coins. I kept pointing out to her that there are coins everywhere, but you have to tune in to the “coin abundance frequency” to see them. Each time I found a coin and showed it to her, I could tell it was gradually helping her tune in to the right perceptual frequency.

I actually was with my friend who had strong opinion against something and I was afraid if she might not like me acting certain way. Anyway, so I actually wanted to talk to the guy more but for some reason, I couldn’t. But I discovered some limiting beliefs. I realized that I need to be myself even though I worry what my friend thinks about me. And if she doesn’t support me, maybe she’s not good for me even though I really care about her as a friend. The reason that I couldn’t be myself yesterday was because I cared so much about what my friend would think about me.
<>For example, if you’re looking to create more income or manifest a big payday, you need to plan around that expectation. Imagine when someone tells you that they’re coming to visit and they’ll be staying at your house in the guest bedroom. You plan your life in accordance with that expected outcome. You prepare the bedroom, clean the house, wash the sheets, and so on.

And now my morning ritual is almost as automatic as brushing my teeth or getting dressed. And yes, it seemed to happen overnight. Many months or even years of ‘thinking about’ doing it- and now I’m doing it. I feel like a different person and things are definitely starting to shift.”
<>Thank so much chitownblu! You’re right that getting rid of resistance and attachment are key. Tapping works well for this. Also, remember to focus on what you want. You descussed that you’re aware your desire has not manifested. That’s living from a point of what is, not from what you want. You’re giving energy to creating more of what you don’t want by doing this. It could also be a factor in things not attracting your specific person as your vibration is closer to alignment with not being with him, than being with him.
