<>Researchers at Harvard Medical School have discovered meditation literally alters the structure of the brain, thickening the regions associated with attention and sensory processing. Other research into meditation and biofeedback techniques has demonstrated increases in the subjects’ ability to remain focused on specific tasks, reductions in reaction time, and improvements in psychomotor response.
<>Math says that 1 + 2 = 2. If you talk with one person who loves math and another who hates math, they’ll each have a different perception of math. One person believes math is intriguing and fun, while the other may have a belief that math is terribly frustrating. So, how you perceive and interpret your reality will also have an effect on what you are attracting in your life.
<>2) Visualising and meditating is pointless without work. Mark Cuban says a famous quote which is: "Work like there is someone working 24 hours a day to take it away from you". Me getting my goals is a 2 part process. 1) Meditating and visualising and 2) working incredibly hard. Both go hand in hand, if you do one without the other, you will not (according to my experiencing) manifest it into reality. The reason is because simply meditating on something is wishing, which is not the same as visualising and working.
<>“I began finally doing the techniques you had taught. Although rationally I believed they would work, something was stopping me fully living this way. Then I heard you saying about taking it one step at a time. A real relief came over me and I started with a short 20 minute meditation in the morning and a list of appreciation in the evening. I also got into a habit of repeating some of my appreciative statements throughout the day. I feel lighter, calmer and more relaxed on a consistent basis – and something happened that I wanted to share which is a sign of improved manifestations: I hadn’t been on holiday for about three years (due to time and money) and recently a friend invited me on an all expenses paid trip to Los Angeles! When I was there it turned out that one of my favourite authors was doing an event around the corner from our hotel, too. It was a magical experience. Great motivation for me to keep going with these incredible tools.”
<>The journey of welcoming your Soulmate is a journey towards your authentic nature.  It’s not a journey of finding somebody who is going to love you, make you happy, or give you something that you don’t already have, but rather it is a journey of growing yourself and your own capacity to love yourself first before you can love others or welcome and recognize their love.  It is about becoming more yourself, doing all the necessary clearing out, and embracing all the darker, subtle, shadow aspects of yourself that you’ve been unwilling to look at.
<>“I was feeling so resentful about a situation and couldn’t see a way out of it. I had been to therapy every week for several years- sometimes twice a week- but I just kept coming back to the same subject which wouldn’t seem to go away. Then, a friend who I was talking to recommended your centre. I committed to the schedule- and slowly but surely, I have released this thought pattern and changed my beliefs. I started to feel solutions make themselves known to me rather than struggling to find them – It was more of a relaxation than a trying; as you said a ‘revealing’ rather than a ‘making things happen’. One more thing is the practices have made me look (and feel) more attractive and younger, which I wasn’t expecting. My skin looks great and friends have even asked what my secret is or what skincare range or cosmetic procedure I have had done. And I haven’t done any of that- it’s all through aligning my thoughts and letting go of past pain through your work.”
<>Then on the first day of Chaitra Navratri, Hindu New Year, on 28th March 2017 I decided to take charge of my life and make it the way I had always wanted it to be and first decision I took was starting 28 Magical Practices with the help of Awesome AJ’s emails that I had received earlier. Along with this, I made it a habit to daily read Awesome AJ’s blog which helped me strengthening my belief in LOA. Within the first few days of starting it, I was able to change my thoughts and started enjoying my life. While writing my dreams, before starting the magical practices, I had written about having 1 Lakh Rupees in my account and I am really grateful to the universe and my gratitude to Awesome AJ that within the first 14 days I had 5 Lakh Rupees in my account. My life was starting to change towards the better. My relationship with my closed ones are improving and am becoming Magical ME. While doing the 28 Magical Practices I was able to recall all my previous discussion about how gratitude can change the mindset of people around us which has helped me lot in my endeavors.
<>The real estate market seemed to turn worse every month. Half or more of the homes on the market were termed distressed properties - either foreclosures or short sales - where we tried to persuade the bank to take less than what’s owed on it, as a means of preventing them having to foreclose. An extremely difficult and laborious process, with very little cooperation on the part of the banks. Furthermore, the banks were cracking down on mortgage lending - meaning fewer people were able to qualify for mortgages.
<>“I heard about your centre at a performer’s workshop in New York- one of the participants had said how good your work is so I had to check it out when I moved back to London. My ‘art’ shows have increased in their popularity since I used your teachings; I’m just so much more relaxed as a performer and I’ve got some great press coverage, too. But best of all was probably the other week when I noticed a well-known actor in the audience- someone I had actually put down on my Universe List that I wanted to meet! My intellectual mind tends to want to make everything about Life so much more complex than it needs to be. I find that if things are getting complicated- I’m usually off in the wrong direction, so taking time to meditate or breathe deeply or do some physical exercise tends to get me ‘stepping back’ where I get a clearer vision of what’s going on and what to do. Life then becomes more straightforward and certainly a lot more fun. Thanks for teaching me this- and for all that you do.”
<>Step 1: Essentially, you need to make the decision that you really want to attract this life partner. Then, truly commit to the idea of spending the rest of your life with this person. Making this commitment may involve processing old wounds (e.g. via journaling or therapy). Hopefully, the past can be left behind and you can opt to embrace hope instead of fear.
