<>And this shows you are on the right path, but all too often we twist it. We lament those people that share the same interests as us, or with whom we had those great conversations, didn’t ask for our number. We feel bummed when that date we thought would be so great, turned out to be not the best match. We think we are still not getting what we want, or there is still something ‘wrong’ with us.
<>According to neuroscientists, as you continue to meditate, your brain physically changes, even though you’re not aware of it reshaping itself. They’re also beginning to understand why meditation is effective for managing stress. Using brain imaging techniques, scientists have observed changes in the threat system of the brain. The response kicks-off in the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear. People who suffer from chronic anxiety have a more reactive amygdala, and this leaves them feeling threatened much of the time.
<>So, what changes can you make in your life right now that would make you feel better about your financial situation? Is your lack of a savings account gnawing at you? What could you do to start padding it a bit more? Are you using your credit cards a bit too liberally, when you should really be using cash? Do you have any expenses now that you can eliminate or reduce? Is it high time for a budget? Could you start cooking at home more rather than eating out five nights a week? 
<>One reason she was bad at this game was that she was tuning out the possible existence of coins everywhere she walked. She just didn’t think there could be that many coins hiding in plain sight. By demonstrating to her that the coins were indeed there and that she was simply failing to notice them, I helped shift her beliefs. She stopped thinking of the game as something outside her control (relying on luck or chance), and she began thinking of what she could control (her open-mindedness and attentiveness).
<>We got to the concert five hours before the doors opened. We found ourselves with thousands of people in front of us. I wanted to be on the front rail. (Front rail is the same as front row seats.) I began visualizing being on the front rail. Then, a great idea hit me. I began to feel the feeling of wrapping my hands around the front row railing. I felt the cool railing in my hands over and over again. As the day progressed, I noticed something: We were actually moving backwards. Things were getting even worse. It didn’t make any sense. How could we be going further back?

You make an excellent point about how we can sometimes make ‘money’ the how as there are lots of ways we can experience the things we think can only come through money. That is great you have a routine that makes you feel good…that repetition is often a key to really reconditioning our minds. That makes perfect sense and is exactly what we want to accomplish…feeling the feelings now as if what we want is already here.
<>At the end of the experiment, those who imagined they were physically younger showed signs of de-aging. Blood pressure was lowered, arthritis was diminished and even eyesight and hearing in this control group improved. By simply imagining themselves younger, some physical aging was actually reversed. Their thoughts and imagination made this happen.

<>Step Three: Stand in the center of your space and close your eyes with your hand out, palms facing each other as if holding a ball of light. Visualize the light growing in between your hands. Fill this ball of light with your intention. One way to do this is to recite your affirmation into the ball of light and feel your affirmation growing in power and intensity.

<>Loved your kindle book! It’s given me hope and most importantly a sense of serenity which I haven’t had since my breakup I’m afraid. Moving on is never as easy as one thinks. People tell you to go out with friends, have fun etc…But how does one go out and “have fun” when all restaurants, bars, lounges, clubs or car radios play music and music is the last thing you even want to listen to when your heart is breaking in a million pieces. So that alone, prevents one from moving on peacefully. But your book…I don’t know, just gives one hope. Frankly, moving on with hope, regardless of the result, is so much healthier than without it. So for that alone thanks! Now my question :))… I haven’t see my ex for the past two months. He’s very very reluctant to speak to me, and the very limited email exchanges we have had since the breakup have been cold (on his end) at best, though he does reply everytime. I know he is hurt and dealing with it in his won male way I guess…We are thousands of miles away from each other and I want to manfiest spending christmas together. Is is advisable to manifest a certain date? Does that give it more power, or takes away from manifestation? I dont’ want to be obsessive about it, I want to be easy about it, but I must say that this Xmas was supposed to be special for us and I would love for that to be the case eventough it is around the corner. It just seems that manifesting an ex back is almost more difficult than manifesting a specific person you know but have never had a relationship with…Probably because of all the baggage and history. So anyway I just wanted to know if a specific date is ok? Thank you so much :))
<>You’re also competing with other people’s intentions – both good and bad. So, be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with someone else’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly. The Law of Attraction does not give you full and total control of your life, it simply states that like will attract like. You can use this to your advantage by being intentional with your desires, but this isn’t magic.
<>You are greater than what is going on around you. Your relationship with yourself is your most important relationship. What’s happened happened. It’s in the past and you can’t change it. It sucks, but it’s happened. You can still change what happens in the future. Focus on getting to a place where you feel better. The happier and more joyful you feel, the more positive results you will see.
<>5. See the positive. Focus on the good things about the specific person you want the Law of Attraction to bring you. Look for something to appreciate. This can be tough if there are negative feelings between the two of you, and you might only be able to find one thing in the beginning, but if you keep working at it, it will get easier. If you’re in a relationship with the person already, you should start to see his/her behavior change and things start improving between the two of you.
