<>“I don’t see it manifesting” is where you’re going wrong. You’re focusing on what you see around you. Stop looking at your reality like it is and start seeing it how you want to be. So long as you focus on your reality, your thoughts are filled with your current reality, and that’s what you are creating – more evidence of not being with him. Simply put, you are not at one with your desire. You have to change your thoughts. You need to be able to relax and let go. You need to make sure you aren’t obsessing over things and trying to control the situation. You need to focus on raising your vibrational energy and doing things that make you feel joyful. This article on resistance might help you get clearer so you can attract a specific person.
<>I decided that that goal was to make $100,000 that year. I created an image of a $100,000 dollar bill and hung it on the ceiling above my bed. Every morning I’d see the image. I’d visualize what it would be like to have $100,000. Everything I did was to achieve that goal. At the end of the year, I had made $97,000. This would never have been possible without the Law of Attraction, these visualization techniques, and meditation.
<>Step 4: As you work to manifest your soulmate, the final stage of your journey to attract love involves cultivating patience. Embrace this sense of peace as you accept that the Universe can – and will – give you what you need. Although you’ve been focusing on how to manifest love with a specific person, looking for love through Law of Attraction techniques rests on your ability to trust that the Universe knows exactly what kind of partner can help you manifest love that lasts. Don’t fret about when you’re going to find your soulmate. But rather, rest easy in the knowledge that you will find them at the perfect time.

<>“Over the weekend my block of flats had no door buzzers working and I had deliveries due. One was a redelivery of my garden irrigation that I really wanted and it was their second attempt to deliver. Not having buzzers isn’t great because no one can access the building – I kept staying upbeat about it and writing on my universal list that all my deliveries were perfectly orchestrated. On each occasion my couriers did deliver as by chance they were arriving at the right time as people were leaving/entering the building or I just happened to see them. As far as ideal timing goes, it was perfect.
<>Don’t just visualize and believe, act out your conviction. Take positive steps that can help you actualize your desires. Work, save, give and connect with people who have links and information that can help you to create the money or wealth you desire. This step amplifies the vibration you have generated through visualization. Now your entire being is vibrating in harmony with what you desire. And the Universe will eventually deliver it into your hands.
<>Hi Elizabeth, I’ve read your book (loved it!) and the “rules” for those of us who want to manifest an ex, seem a little more demanding and complex… What if your ex wants nothing to do with you, or appears not to want to? What if they are telling everyone they are moving on and happier without you and are going toward greener pastures and they are open to meeting someone new? Secondly, how does one visualize happiness when still hurting, and how does one visualize good things and “let it go” when the memory of the breakup is still recent and fresh. Any tips on how to switch off emotional pain and memories, and just concentrate on the good? I just feel that manifesting an ex back is a great deal more challenging (and yes it is him I really want) because of the history there which simply can’t be erased or forgotten….
<>I’ve been broke before – and I mean REALLY broke. My lowest point was when I just had around 70 cents (yes, cents) in my purse in order to feed my children for a couple of days. I remember walking around the supermarket wondering how the hell I would make it to the next welfare pay day. I purchased a no-name bag of plain pasta and the kids could eat it for dinner and lunch with some tomato sauce I had in the cupboard. The pain was so embarrassing that I struck a deal with the Universe that I would never allow myself to go there again.
<>Our thoughts often show unexpected stubbornness when we try to “discipline” them – they easily wonder off or turn into something we didn’t want. For example, a simple visualization exercise of a car you’re trying to manifest can turn into a nightmare when your kids appear in it out of nowhere and start trashing your beautiful car – this image also came from inside your mind, but it’s not the direction you intended your visualization to take.
<>“I have been getting a lot of compliments about my body since doing the Focusing Process- in fact more than I can remember ever receiving, especially in such a short time. It makes sense though, because I feel the most confident in this area I have ever felt. I have also being following your work around lining up with a romantic relationship. I was beginning to feel a lot more relaxed around this area of life, when I picked a card from an oracle deck I have saying ‘Loved one’… I never pick that card usually! And then another card from another deck literally flew out: I saw an image of the card in my mind before I turned it over- and I was right: It was another love card, reassuring me that new romance was coming. I can literally sense him around me and so when we do meet, it won’t really be a surprise. Better still, I’m feeling content. I’m not feeling that familiar endless longing for a relationship- whereas before my whole life revolved around ‘trying to find a partner’ and it wasn’t working- and it was making me miserable. I feel good and I anticipate good. Thanks for convincing me that what I want is possible. I look forward to sharing more success stories when I see you at the Glastonbury retreat later this year.”
<>Step 1: Essentially, you need to make the decision that you really want to attract this life partner. Then, truly commit to the idea of spending the rest of your life with this person. Making this commitment may involve processing old wounds (e.g. via journaling or therapy). Hopefully, the past can be left behind and you can opt to embrace hope instead of fear.
