<>I look at the picture of my desire and send him love and happiness, in addition I imagine a pink spiral all around him and me. I have done this for two days and I feel liberated I feel like everything I was worrying about has disappeared I feel a different person seriously. <>Firstly, find yourself a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Start by closing your eyes and relaxing your body entirely. Breathe in and out very slowly, and make the breaths as deep as possible (on your belly). It is very likely that all kinds of thoughts will disturb you at this time, but you have to observe them and not let yourself to get emotionally involved with them.

<>When you change your energy to that of abundance, you welcome money into your life. You can do this by wearing your best clothes (even if you’re at home watching TV), saying affirmations or repeating mantras. Cleaning your house or apartment can also help you to feel more prosperous by clearing out any cluttered, dirty energy. How would you dress and live if money were not an issue?
<>Most people live in this negative realm, so it’s considerably difficult to manifest money, or anything else for that matter, when this is the case. However, when you know that something will happen, your faith helps you to transcend that fear. This won’t work in the short term. The Law of Attraction takes considerable energy produced over an elongated period. Not days or weeks. Think months and years.
<>Once you have your vision, and after you have shared it with the right people, then you have to get to work – painstakingly difficult, but rewarding work – and you must take a relentless approach to it. <>Hi Shona, If you want to successfully use the Law of Attraction for love for a specific person, you need to overcome your fear. Your thoughts and emotions create, so if you continue to be afraid, you will create the things that you fear – his cheating, his not wanting to commit, etc. Sometimes the easiest way to overcome fear is to think about the worst thing that would happen if things didn’t go the way you want them. Often, that worst fear isn’t all that bad, and it’s easy to then let the fear go. Other times, it might be necessary to use tapping or EFT to get rid of the fear.
<>Most people don’t consider using the Law of Attraction to bring better health into their lives, but as you noticed in the results of the aging experiment, it’s actually a great tool for that purpose. Because the Law of Attraction works with thoughts and thoughts affect our physical reality, you may be attracting poor health into your life right now without even realizing it.
<>Create a vision for your ideal life. Be clear about the life you want with all the happiness, success and abundance you deserve. And every day take some time to visualize your Abundant Life. <>This brings us to something you need to completly avoid. If you have ever thought or said “I would be happier if I could find my other-half” you are noticing what you don’t have and guess how the law of attraction will respond? With more of the same!  Remember that any thoughts of negation can only bring more of that same situation into your life. This is no different when applying the law of attraction to love and relationships.
<>Another issue that really causes resistance in the realm of relationships is finding love is so incredibly important to us. We are really attached to this manifestation; we are terrified of being alone, and it never happening. It is hard to just sit back and relax, knowing the Universe has got this. We are constantly noticing our single status, and lamenting it.

<>The first method for manifesting money into your life is by knowing that it will happen. You quite literally cannot anticipate it to occur if you don’t know, wholeheartedly, that it will come to pass. You need to know it and you need to own that you know it. Regardless of whatever else is going in your life, knowing that something will eventually happen is an incredibly powerful way for manifesting things.
<>I recently released some resistance about finding the right guy. And I had this weird experience yesterday. I felt like maybe I could meet somebody yesterday when I went out with my friend. And I actually forgot about the fact that I thought about it. And I ran into somebody at a book store and he actually told me something that I didn’t expect and I didn’t know what to say so I couldn’t respond properly. I actually was with my friend who had strong opinion against something and I was afraid if she might not like me acting certain way. Anyway, so I actually wanted to talk to the guy more but for some reason, I couldn’t. But I discovered some limiting beliefs. I realized that I need to be myself even though I worry what my friend thinks about me. And if she doesn’t support me, maybe she’s not good for me even though I really care about her as a friend. The reason that I couldn’t be myself yesterday was because I cared so much about what my friend would think about me.
<>If you’re practicing the technique on something bigger, this exercise may be tricky, but use your imagination. If you’re trying to lose weight, go out and buy an outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for. If you want a new car, go to a dealership and shop around. If you’re aiming for something as big as complete financial freedom, start planning what you’re going to do with all that free time and money.
<>We got to the concert five hours before the doors opened. We found ourselves with thousands of people in front of us. I wanted to be on the front rail. (Front rail is the same as front row seats.) I began visualizing being on the front rail. Then, a great idea hit me. I began to feel the feeling of wrapping my hands around the front row railing. I felt the cool railing in my hands over and over again. As the day progressed, I noticed something: We were actually moving backwards. Things were getting even worse. It didn’t make any sense. How could we be going further back?
<>Don’t force yourself to do things that don’t feel good to you, if you really don’t want to do them. So, if you hate going to bars, don’t go every weekend. You want to act from a place of lightness and inspiration when you do act. You don’t want to act from a place of force or fear. There is never anything we must do to attract a certain thing into our life. If taking certain actions makes you feel good in the sense it nurtures a feeling that you will get find this relationship, then go for it. Just don’t get attached to the online dating, the blind dates, and the various outings that will put you in contact with the types of people you hope to meet. Have fun with it.
<>Thanks for sharing your thoughts and I am so glad you liked the post. I think a lot of people have that fear, so you are certainly not alone in that. One of the things that has helped me most with that is remembering how ‘challenging’ the human experience is, and knowing we all have our ‘stuff’ that we hold inside, bad things that have happened to us, etc.. For the most part, I think lots of people actually want to talk about these things and not feel like they are the only one struggling. Intellectually we know that isn’t true, but how we feel is often very different. When we think about it this way, sharing our own ‘stuff’ feels less scary. And, as you work on your attraction, you will naturally begin to meet up with people who you do feel comfortable with, and will not pull away when things get closer.

I have taken it as a nod from the Universe to follow my instincts and start writing about my garden.”
<>“I heard about your coaching though a friend and signed on immediately, to help with my acting career initially. Although I had been a bit of a ‘self-help’ junkie and had given up on all that (I spent a huge amount of money on attending groups and reading books which were ‘all talk’ and got me nowhere), seeing the dramatic positive changes in my friend got my attention. <>That night, I laid on the cold hardwood floor in our living room, my hair matted to the side of my head with tears that had finally run dry from my own dehydration. The only thought that floated in my semi-conscious brain was, “How the hell can I do this?” I’d tried so hard to think of a plan, anything, but nothing came, except that question over and over again. It seemed completely impossible. Yet somehow in that moment survival mode also kicked in, and with it came even more questions. Of course we’d have to move right away, but where? I didn’t have family who could take us in. And we’d need to sell everything we owned, but how? And I’d need a job, but doing what? And how could I afford to work when daycare would take up most of my salary?
<>When we don’t treat ourselves well, that is a sign of low self-esteem; it sends a message we are not ‘worthy’ of love and care. And guess what will be reflected back into your reality? Taking better care of yourself, and treating yourself with the respect and love you deserve, will help shore up beliefs that say ‘I am good enough.’ ‘I deserve someone who treats me well.’
<>I started with manifesting pennies in the Summer of 2006. Then I graduated to nickels, dimes, and quarters. I focused on quarters for several weeks. Then I progressed to dollars to $100 to $1000 to $10K to $50K. Overall it took less than a year to go from manifesting pennies to manifesting $50K. After that point I become more interested in non-monetary manifesting and had some especially fun times with manifesting in my social life — friends, mentors, and other yumminess. In fact, I honestly feel that manifesting money is a bit boring compared to all the other cool stuff you can manifest. It’s like playing a video game and obsessing over the score. That can be fun for a while, but eventually you want to focus on more interesting aspects of the game world.
<>Since the Law of Attraction teaches that like attracts like, it shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise that attracting love requires you to be a loving person! And it’s not only the romantic sense of love that matters here. There are little things that you can do to spread love every single day—one of the best examples is simply being nicer to strangers.
