<>In my last LOA post, I talked in more general terms about what practical steps we can take to start feeling better about our lives as they are now because this will help us tremendously in genuinely shifting our energy, and giving less attention to the limiting beliefs that may have contributed to our situation as it stands now. And, I used money as an example, so this is a bit of repeat. But, some people may not have read that post, and for those of you that did, and are working on money manifestations, it probably wouldn’t hurt to be reminded again of how helpful this can be.
<>i have been trying to use law of attraction for some time now, specially when it comes to love because there is one specific person that i am in love. but somehow i am doing something wrong because things don’t manifest the way want… i don’t know what i’m doing wrong. i don’t know if it’s my energy that is negative, if it’s me that is not believing enough, if it’s the way i vizualise things… i even made a visualization board, i write and think about the things that i feel grateful for, every night i imagine myself with that person and that person feeling the same way for me as i do for him but it doesn’t seem to be working… this law of attraction process is very hard, how do i know what i’m doing wrong?
<>This was an example of guided meditation (you created a script before you started meditating). You can do it the way we described, or you can read more about how guided meditation works on this website that specializes in creating guided meditation recordings and then apply your own rules – but for many people this is by far the most effective way to change their reality.
<>“After a long time of avoiding dating because I was finding it more of an endurance test than anything fun – I have had a breakthrough thanks to your coaching. Firstly I am attracting my type physically – and also men who respect me. I am less needy and co-dependent. One of the keys is that I learned how to really respect and value myself – and put that into practice. This is a total new way of being for me – it’s certainly a bright new year for me already – and we’re only a few days in, so thank you!”
<>I had also been teaching my friend the Law of Attraction as her landlord had given her notice on her apartment as he was selling. I told her to focus on what she wanted and not what she didn’t want. She only has a low paid part time job at the moment and also has a small dog and stays in a very nice area so her fear was to move out of the area and possibly end up in a less desirable area and most landlords don’t allow pets. I told her to write a list of everything she wanted, create a vision board and visualize and feel how she would feel in a new home. I told her to even put flyers round her neighbour’s doors to ask if they knew of an apartment for rent in the area. She was leaving her house for work one day and had mentioned to a neighbour did they know of anything in the area and they advised that the apartment across the street was available. She made a flyer went round and the landlord was there painting. They really liked her so much they didn’t mind that she was on a low income or that she had a small dog. They even asked her what she wanted to pay on the apartment. She was so amazed that the Law of Attraction worked within a couple of weeks of me teaching her. She even ended up with an extra room so she can start her own business.”
<>Hi Elizabeth~ I have read your book a few times and have one thing that I am confused by. I was in a relationship with someone a few months back, but life circumstances got in the way a bit. These life circumstances have changed now and I would like him back in my life. I think that there is much potential here, but do not feel that I know him well enough to know that he is “the one”. Should I focus my energy on manifesting him specifically? Or should I not focus on manifesting him since I am not 100% sure he is the right guy and just focus on manifesting a life partner? And we have not talked in a while, so I assume I should NOT contact him and just focus on myself and on the manifestation? Please advise. Thanks!!!
<>Some people begin to see things happen immediately, while others take a little more time. The key here is patience and persistence. As soon as doubt or fear start to creep back in, return to Step 2 and address it. If you have lost touch with your clear intention, revert to Step 1. If your belief in the Law of Attraction lags, go back to Step 3. If all else fails, repeat Step 4 every day until it becomes a reality!
<>This fear gets triggered in a variety of ‘romantic’ situations–you may not consciously be aware that it is fear, it may manifest itself in a variety of ways—and people that are good matches for you can’t make their way in.  For example, you may meet some great people who you get along with great, but they just won’t be attracted to you, and it isn’t because there is anything wrong with you. In fact, if you were to ask someone why he wasn’t ‘feeling it’, he probably wouldn’t have a good answer. He wouldn’t’ be able to verbalize it.
<>“Since I did your Finding Love workshop I have sorted out a 15 year pattern of attracting ‘unavailable’ and ‘abusive’ men (as various therapists labelled them). I had studied book after book, courses and support groups, seen therapists, looking to fix my problem. It just wasn’t getting any better. When I found your work I was at a point of desperation- I realised nothing was working and a different approach was needed- and it turned out to be your approach. I know this has been said to you before but you provide something different that I actually haven’t seen before in two decades of personal development work; and it is working in quite amazing ways for me. In the year since attending I am now with a loving and handsome man who I would have thought was ‘out of my league’ before. It’s quite simply a miracle. And what’s interesting is two ex-partners have come back and apologised and/or wanted me back- two things I was desperate to have happen for years, no matter how much I told my friends I was over it- yet in my need it wasn’t happening. This year will be my wedding- something I had given up on ever happening. And yet it is happening. 2015 will be amazing- and all thanks to you.”
<>This can be done through affirmations and surrounding yourself in the energy of abundance. You can do this by dressing up in your best clothes, daily gratitude practice to be thankful for what you do have right now and also repeating mantras and affirmations that help to rewire your feelings about money. This can help so much to get you into the feeling space to welcome in prosperity. Feel worthy.
<>Completely out of nowhere I was inspired to look for my favourite breed of dog on a rescue website – it turns out that bull terriers have several rescue charities that deal with just that breed. I felt completely inspired so I filled out the application as soon as I found the website and just said ‘any dog in need would be ok for me’. I wrote on my universal lists everyday that the most ideal dog would come to me with ease and joy, so I really started to believe that this would be the case.
<>When you feel moved to take action from a place of passion and excitement, not stress, then go ahead and let those actions flow through you. It will seem to be more work to stop yourself — you’ll feel like you’re chickening out and holding back if you stay still. Follow your impulses. But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.
<>Physical compatibility in a relationship need not always mean love. There are many versions of love, and romance and lust are two basic ones. True love includes commitment, trust, respect and contentment. If these things lack in a relationship, it is definitely not love. A lot of people justify physical violence with passion. Passion in a relationship is definitely a natural phenomenon, but there’s a thin line between being passionate and violent. If you find your partner being too harsh on you, both physically and emotionally, then it’s not love.
<>In today’s society, being driven by a need for extraordinary wealth is often associated with greed and selfishness. The majority of us are programmed from childhood to believe that the richest amongst us are exceptional in some way. Or, have obtained great wealth through negative means or extreme sacrifice. However, for those who have harnessed the Law of Attraction combined with a rich person mentality and applied it to achieve these levels of incredible wealth – income has not necessarily been their ultimate aim.
<>See I never said that you just think about getting a CEO’s job and sit relaxed at home, apply LOA and it will come to you (it’s really impossible). The thing is, that you have to think and act in a certain way, with full of positivity and firm belief that this is going to happen soon. And the best thing is that it doesn’t ask for your money… All it needs is your positive thinking and strong belief. I don’t think there is any harm in doing it rather than criticising it.
<>Fill your mind with thoughts of already having the money you need in your wallet or bank account. Imagine driving your new car, or living in your new home, or taking your dream vacation. About ten years ago I had the urge to travel to India. I began burning Indian incense, listening to Indian music, eating Indian food. I employed the power of the Law of Attraction. Within two months I was provided an entire trip to India, with a 5-star hotel, tours, everything I had imagined and even more. I met and studied with deeply spiritual people. It was a fantastic journey and a life changing experience. The entire trip was attracted through my ability to feel the money. In this case, I experienced the trip in my mind, and the money was provided to take the journey.
<>You have no idea the million different ways you can meet someone. Sure, it may be through the typical avenues, like a mutual friend or a blind date. Or, it could happen in the most unexpected, and craziest of ways—the type of situation that makes a great ‘how we met’ story. So, do your best to stop trying to figure out how you would meet this person. Don’t look at the current framework of your life as some sort of filter through which you sift possibilities.
<>For example, if you want a serious relationship, yet you invest time in transient relationships, you won't get what you actually want. Reality will give you transient relationships, or experiences, because that's the situation you're "in tune with", i.e. matching with, spending your attention on. Your "relationship space" will be occupied by transient relationships, instead of a serious one, which will not have the opportunity to manifest.
<>My fiance and I had a very close knit relationship. As a matter of fact, we didn’t like being apart much at all. Unfortunately, life had us spend the last 8 months away from each other, because of work. It took its toll on the relationship which had already started to suffer because of financial reasons. And one day, almost out of the blue (well I could kind of feel it coming) , two days after telling me how he couldn’t wait to see me, and adored me, he sort of picked a fight, and broke up. From one day to the next, he completely closed the door on me. We went from constantly talking and missing each other, to nothing at all. I have been going through a very difficult time especially because I know that he didn’t break up because he didn’t love me, but he simply was not fulfilling his dreams fast enough because of our financial issues and felt that he had sacrified a lot for my ambition and put his on the backburner. We have had to speak a little because 5 years with someone, you can’t just go NC like that. Logistics had to be sorted out etc…. But he has become very cold all of a sudden, and I heard that it was the only way for him to get over it. He’s also moving to French Polynesia for 2 years. He says that moving forward and far away helps him deal with getting over us… In any case, our relationship was beautiful on the whole, but we simply had a break down in communication when it came to dealing with the pain of separation and money issues. I want him back of course and I will apply your advise from “Manifesting Love”. I know he is my soulmate as I am his. That much I know. However, he is moving so far away. I am going to be in the US and him in Tahiti. Do we even stand a chance? He could meet someone else, or just forget about me….I am lost. It’s only been 6 weeks and I am grieving. I don’t want someone better. I want him because we were something awesome. We just allowed fear to rule our lives….Need some TLC and encouragement :(… Thanks
<>Sure, you want money to pay your bills, take a vacation and do all this other stuff, but ultimately, you want it because having it will give you certain desirable feelings. You want to feel the peace that comes with financial security; you want to feel the excitement, fulfillment and all the other awesome feelings you would experience with doing the things that the money would allow you to do.
<>Great book. The techniques are very helpful. Like a lot of LOA books there's a lot of material. I've personally seen my finances grow after reading this book and I currently have much more in the bank than I had before I started the techniques. I honestly haven't done all the techniques like I want to and my finances have still grown. I'm looking forward to incorporating more techniques in my life and seeing my finances grow further.
<>Long before the well known Oprah-appraised movie/book The Secret came out… a book by Napoleon Hill titled Think and Grow Rich uncovered the mystical and coveted concept of the Law of Attraction. I remember reading this book when I was a teenager as it proclaimed I could quite literally create the life of my dreams. This concept was very sexy to me and profoundly shaped my ideas about what was possible as I was launched into adulthood.
<>Napoleon Hill published two books on the theme. The first, The Law of Success in 16 Lessons (1928), directly and repeatedly references the Law of Attraction and proposes that it operates by use of radio waves transmitted by the brain. The second, Think and Grow Rich (1937), went on to sell 100 million copies by 2015.[60] Hill insisted on the importance of controlling one's own thoughts in order to achieve success, as well as the energy that thoughts have and their ability to attract other thoughts. He mentions a "secret" to success and promises to indirectly describe it at least once in every chapter. It is never named and he says that discovering it on one's own is far more beneficial. Many people have argued over what it[61] actually is, some claim it's the Law of Attraction. Hill states the "secret" is mentioned no fewer than a hundred times, yet reference to "attract" is used less than 30 times in the text. He further claims that people can obtain what they desire through thought of definite purpose.[62]
<>Hi Elizabeth…I really appreciate you taking the time to answer all of our questions…no matter how big, small or repetitive…thank you for continuing to answer and being patient…we all are just trying to get it right…trying to find our happy place and manifest within it. I’ve been working on my energy everyday and learning to let go..even though he continues to pop up in my mind everyday, a couple of times a day. I’m not at all mad or hurt…just missing him…I smile and laugh when I think of him…and try my best to not let the missing him get in the way of the universe delivering my desires to me. But I would like to know if it is possible to manifest him or someone even better for Thanksgiving? I would love to have a great guy to accompany me for the holiday festivities and more! And how do I manifest faster? Thanks again in advance!
<>So who is your Soulmate?  What does he or she look like? What are their qualities? What is it that makes them unique and attractive to you? For many of us, this journey towards our Soulmate begins by first experiencing what we do not want. Funny how life works, isn’t it? If you have been, or currently find yourself, in a relationship where you find that things are not flowing, it feels like it’s too much work, you argue and fight a lot, you don’t feel like you are compatible or complement each other, the passion is long gone, you constantly feel anxious about the relationship and you’re struggling to be happy, instead of feeling stronger, supported and inspired you feel weakened, or the person is in another relationship and not available to you, chances are that you’re not with your soulmate.
<>Now the question is do you still wish being in LA on next xmas?? Do you really want this to happen?? If you say yes then I would suggest you to keep thinking about this till next xmas, share your thoughts with your friends, make plans when time comes, be crazy about this and don’t compromise on this wish… I am sure you will be able to visit LA on next xmas or may be next to next.(But also note that you too are trying to materialize the once in a year thing like celebrating xmas in LA, getting a jet plane on b’day)
<>It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
<>A couple of my girlfriends told me to read soulmate secret, and I was in the mood for something new so I decided to give it a try. There are several writing activities and references to all different types of cleansing rituals from all different cultures. Laws of attraction is a reoccurring theme, and though I have yet to finish the book, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly things began to work. I’ve actually read the first part of the book twice to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. After willing what I wanted through many writing activities and taking my guard down slowly, I finally made the decision to just dive in. So I read up on all different crystals, and decided to purchase some crystals online.
<>Love may not necessarily always happen by accident. By using the Law of Attraction and relationships, you can find the love you want, regardless of what people think about factors such as decisions, events, and thinking of individuals. Law of attraction for love works on the basis of what you are thinking about the relationship with a particular person. The Law of Attraction is basically a system that believes that encouraging positive thoughts can lead to positive results. The whole concept of law of relationship and love attracts energy. When the energy is positive, it tends to bring in positive results.
<>The thing is that there is no way to know for sure if another guy is gay or bi in most situations, so it's harder to casually meet a guy on the street or at some social function without possibly getting into an awkward situation when you try to feel him out. This means that the options that are left to us can be...less wholesome situations. Combine that with the naturally high sex drive of a male, then multiply that by two and...well, you know how it is.
<>2) Visualising and meditating is pointless without work. Mark Cuban says a famous quote which is: "Work like there is someone working 24 hours a day to take it away from you". Me getting my goals is a 2 part process. 1) Meditating and visualising and 2) working incredibly hard. Both go hand in hand, if you do one without the other, you will not (according to my experiencing) manifest it into reality. The reason is because simply meditating on something is wishing, which is not the same as visualising and working.
<>Learning how to connect with yourself has a lot to do with tuning into your own need. Consequently, then meeting those needs. When you make a habit of this, you’re much more able to attract love with someone who will nurture you. One way to ensure you take better care of yourself while you’re looking for love is to set aside an hour a day where you commit to pursuing a hobby you love! This should be no matter what other, more “productive” things you could be doing.
