<>Gladly. For instance, I wanted to bring in women for casual relationships only. (Hook ups), at the time I had been with only a few women and was not really getting anywhere. So then I came upon other versions of “the secret”. So at this point. I started to do affirmations, such as I am a sexy mofo, etc and I won't get into the other details, but I ised to say these into the mirror and visualizing this stuff happening. (Me meeting women and us getting together, kissing etc.)

The first thing I would say about your situation is to carefully examine whether you are just trying to ignore negative feelings and think ‘happy thoughts’ or you are actually thinking and focusing in a way that makes you FEEL better. The feeling is where we attract, not in casting aside negative thoughts, only to have that energy remain and grow.
<>It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
<>Hey Phil, my friend Claire sent this over after seeing me last night for the first time in months. I have been obsessively working on a project / startup to use rock climbing and adventure to help at-risk kids in the slums of Brazil. What I found is that although I love what I am doing and believe in it completely, I have been stressed out of my mind and without realizing it, I have been manifesting this stress into all aspects of my life and sometimes into the energy of my campaign. Reading your blog I was reminded of how important it is to manifest not only what you want but also how you want to feel. That energy is so important and certainly dictates how people feel around you. I have been bringing my computer to bed and stressing out over emails until I fall asleep… NOT healthy. This post really helped me reflect on practicing not only the law of attraction but the law of ‘feeling good’. Hope to bump into you around Boulder Phil.
<>Don’t force yourself to do things that don’t feel good to you, if you really don’t want to do them. So, if you hate going to bars, don’t go every weekend. You want to act from a place of lightness and inspiration when you do act. You don’t want to act from a place of force or fear. There is never anything we must do to attract a certain thing into our life. If taking certain actions makes you feel good in the sense it nurtures a feeling that you will get find this relationship, then go for it. Just don’t get attached to the online dating, the blind dates, and the various outings that will put you in contact with the types of people you hope to meet. Have fun with it.
<>I don’t have any rituals per se, but there are certain things I do that help me feel more abundant. When I am enjoying something I paid for, whether a tasty meal, a massage or something else that gives me pleasure in some way, I really try to tune into the feeling of appreciation I have for it, and the sense of contentment I feel in that moment. I also try to develop a sense of appreciation for having money to pay bills..rather than feel like I am putting my money towards something I don’t want to put it towards, I express appreciation that I have the money to pay the bill. Awhile back, I went through really bad times financially, and the inability to pay my bills created a lot of shame and embarrassment,and I am happy not to be experiencing that anymore.
<>So what does that tell you? Well, when I asked myself the same question years ago before I started doing this work, what I realized was that in order for me to attract and manifest my Soulmate, I must somehow develop and grow myself into the kind of person that I myself want to be with.   In other words, if you haven’t found the right person it’s probably because you are not being the right person! As Marianne Williamson says, “We must become the person we want to attract.”

And, as I always say regarding this likely course of events, it’s okay. You want to start with where you are now, and work your way up. But, don’t be discouraged by this and think you can’t get anything good until you totally overcome your issues, and obtain some’ perfect’ vibration. I don’t think anyone has one. I imagine achieving that would result in not wanting anything at all.
<>Once you have your vision, and after you have shared it with the right people, then you have to get to work – painstakingly difficult, but rewarding work – and you must take a relentless approach to it. There will be days when you work till you feel like your eyes will start bleeding, but you must, as Frank McKinney advises, “take the lunch pail approach” to your legacy.
<>“I was just doing the Focusing Process worksheet which is a sheet I don’t often do (I tend to stick to the other ones) so I needed to refresh my memory with the five key beliefs/desires you and I had written out when I started the Law of Attraction Coaching. Face self and put way inner desire for benefit of both. When see twin flame you will see how beautiful soul is and see light coming out of their eyes coming into you. Have to let go, surrender and trust in your flame journey. When we accept our twIn and make a 100% commitment of unconditional love we are united in soul as ONE Soul. Unconditional love allows us to accept the person as they are and cant tell another what to do, try to change them, tell them how to act, have restrictions and conditions on soul partnership. Love then and fully accept each other as you are. 3d control doesnt exist in soul love. Need soul love for it is pure unconditional Divine Sacred Love ❤ and nothing else exists. Hard for men to say, “I Love You” although a prerequisite which allows soul relationship to flow and increase love at higher levels.

I read the section on vibrational matches. When i think of him i feel fearful & anxious. I know this means im blocking him but its the way i feel. Ive been in love with him for nearly 2 years, but alas he now has someone else.

<>Hi, I have been seeing a guy for 5 years. I am in love with him but we dont talk about feelings. He cheated on me a year 1 of our relationship for 6 months. He has his own place as I have kids from another relatioship. when i found out i was heart broken as I did not expect this but I took him back. <>If you are an angry person, you will attract other angry people to sit around and talk about the messed-up world. You’ll attract scenarios that perpetuate your anger. If you’re a fearful person, you will likely attract other people who share your fears as well as situations that prove the world isn’t a safe place. If you have a belief that people cannot be trusted, you’ll attract events in your life that demonstrate all the myriad ways in which people are untrustworthy.
<>The better your relationship with yourself, the better chances you have of finding a great relationship with someone else. Remember, attraction is all about how we feel, and nothing will get you into a better feeling space to let love in, than genuinely loving yourself more. Yeah, yeah, that hippy dippy love yourself stuff. The more you these types of sentiments rub you the wrong way, the more you need to work on it, trust me.
<>Try touching the ground with your bare feet, feeling the grass on your hands, smelling the flowers, and getting beyond passive with nature. <>This type of thing happens because we showed up, desperate, and without clarity about what we really wanted. The same applies to manifesting your Soulmate.  You already know what you DON’T want.  So let’s put the main focus on putting together a list of what you DO WANT that is in alignment with your core values and expresses what you want to experience and share in your new relationship.
<>You can’t attract someone who loves you for who you are, if you are not really BEING who you are. Not being yourself because you think there is something wrong with you will also lead you to attracting people who mirror these feelings back to you, which to those unaware of how law of attraction operates, will falsely take these experiences and encounters as ‘proof’ they are right in feeling that way about themselves.
<>January we got together..we’re best friends too…everything was going PERFECT…then my beliefs mess up with me… I started with feelings like: ” Oh no, it’s too good to be real, she for real doesn.t like me, I’m not good enough, she’ll find someone better, etc” . I started to be so jealous…and everytime I was saying that I needed a break, space from her..but I didn’t know how… because I needed to change my vibes and get self confident again… So, the Universe gave me this break, when We had a discussion a month ago. She asked me a break.
<>Realize you will likely have smaller manifestations first that show you are lining up more with what you want, like noticing more people you find attractive, when before, you saw no one, meeting people that have desirable qualities that you note as being important in a partner, or seeing more people "like you" in happy relationships, whether they are overweight, divorced or whatever personal characteristic that you think makes finding love harder.
<>2) De-Cluttering your Mind. De-Cluttering your Mind means exactly that.  It means letting go or releasing any fears or beliefs you have about love that are keeping love away from you.  For example, many people believe they have some kind of fatal flaw or secret that may repulse others.  For women, it normally is something physical, and for men, it is normally something in their financial situation or career. These insecurities will lead you to have thoughts such as:
<>Sure, you want money to pay your bills, take a vacation and do all this other stuff, but ultimately, you want it because having it will give you certain desirable feelings. You want to feel the peace that comes with financial security; you want to feel the excitement, fulfillment and all the other awesome feelings you would experience with doing the things that the money would allow you to do.  
<>I’ve noticed that as I’ve shifted my vibe to manifest larger sums of money and to manifest new experiences in other parts of my life, I seem to fall out of resonance with manifesting smaller sums. I’m not as good at manifesting coins as I was in 2006. That’s because my vibe isn’t tuned in to the coin manifesting frequency as much. These days I’m spending more time using the LoA to manifest cool social connections and travel experiences. I’ve tuned my vibe to focus on that part of the perceptual frequency. I also feel more excited and playful about manifesting in these other areas as opposed to adding to my financial score.
<>3. Love without fear of getting hurt. The scariest thing about love is opening yourself up to it. When you open yourself, there's a chance you might get hurt. If you're afraid of getting hurt, you might unconsciously be preventing someone from getting as close to you as you want. Be willing to take the risk and fully open yourself to love. You will manifest the love you want.
