<>Often times what you experience in others are perfect reflections of thy self, in some beautiful (and not so)  way. So it’s important to ask the questions — “What can I learn from this relationship about myself?  What here could even be symbolic about ME?”  Dealing with a bully doesn’t mean you ARE a bully — but might truly be a reflection of a fear you need to work at, (since bully’s are just small and fearful).  So be open to it.  If you experience it, you own it…somehow.
<>Falling in and out of love is another concept that has been deeply studied. So, how would you know that you are definitely in love with him or her? Are there any indications that will help you understand whether you should fall for the particular person? In simple words, love doesn’t knock your door with permission. It simply does! Your work is to understand it and go with the flow.
<>By the way, you can apply this magic formula to anything: Health, relationships, financial abundance, your business, your career. Even if you bounce from one to the other it’s fine. The universe doesn’t care. So long as you invest in yourself. This just shows the belief Arnold had and how he used the Law of Attraction to attract this into his life.

<>When you meditate, that is your time it just sit in a quiet space and allow yourself to just chill and just be. It is not a time to think or to focus on what you want, but is instead the time you want to quiet your mind. You want to take just 10–15 minutes to sit in a quiet space and to just focus on one specific thing, for as long as you can during that time. It could be a mantra you repeat in your head, or a sound, like a ticking clock, or the sound of a fan. Something that is constant and repetitive, and easy to focus on. Because, when you stop thought and just focus on the one thing a few things begin to happen.
<>I really need your help.. The thing is I like one guy very much. Since the first time I saw him, I felt the connection I have never felt with someone else before.. This time I am sure he is the One. I see myself marrying him one day… even when I feel bad, I still have that picture in my head of me saying “I do” to him… He has all the qualities that I wanted in a guy.. Then a miracle happened, after a month of our conversation, he asked me out. It was an amazing date. He was so happy then.. he even blushed a few times.. then, after a week he asked me out again. and again it was a wonderful time that we shared.. and after the date he said this: “there will be infinity of dates like this”, and the look in his eyes and.. and his smile said even more – he was very very happy when with me. He was glowing. However… i for some reason shied away and didn’t even message him after a date.. the next day I saw him and he was very said when I said hello to him. I could see the sadness in his eyes… then I felt guilty… i started doubting… and things got worse… I tried to fix the situation after more than a month… I asked him out myself. but he couldn’t go.. and then it was a breakdown for me… it was an awful period… I was very negative.. and i saw hi groupmate being with him at university all the time… it took me a couple of months to feel better… at the end of June I was feeling good. I was relaxed… And then I got a message from him. It was the nicest compliment I had ever received..I will not go into details, but I was on and off with my emotions… I thought that in September (because we study at the same university, except for he is a year older than me) things will be very good.. but they are not… we only say hello to each other… and most of the time ignore each other like we don’t exist… his groupmate is still being flirty with him and I don’t know what to do. It’s his last year in university.. I don’t have much time and this puts even more stress on me.. One of my friends keeps telling me that if he cared he would have done something by now… it hurts, because… because I had a chance to have him in my life but because of my fears and doubts I messed it all up.. Another friend says that I have to do something.. that I have to message him… but I don’t feel good now.. I’m not inspired and I don’t know if I ever will.. I simply love this person with my whole heart, and he is amazing… and I’m scared to lose him.. Any advice how I could calm down and go in the direction of my desire? because I feel like i’m going the opposite way. Maybe someone is in a similiar situation as me?
<>Jason, it is you unconscious at play. Positive thinking and LOA doesn’t work, if your unconscious sabotages your wishes and goals. Your unconscious is much more powerful than your conscious, and it has been downloading experiences and been programmed since your were born. So you need to reprogram (or dehypnotize) your unconscious to get what you want. Believe me, I have been where you are, and I couldn’t understand why I didn’t get the results, I wanted. <>Hi Elizabeth, Ive just read the book – ive always visualised and practised gratitude and its worked well for me. However when it comes to love, not so much. I read the section on vibrational matches. When i think of him i feel fearful & anxious. I know this means im blocking him but its the way i feel. Ive been in love with him for nearly 2 years, but alas he now has someone else.
<>Your thoughts and actions create a result. Everything you think, say, and do will have an effect. The universe will send u ideas, through the ppl he has got. He will nt only send things to u bt also attract you to ur wishes. U will actually see and feel things coming to u dramatically and one day u will achieve it for sure… n believe me it works so just try with some simple things first to believe it. and yes keep practicing gratitude daily… be grateful for the eyes u have…for the family u hav…for the life u hav… for the knowledge u hav.. for the frnds u hav… be grateful for everything u hav.
<>Things were certainly bleak, to put it mildly. It was terrifying, yet at the same time there was a new spark of hope deep inside me that wouldn’t go away. Now I was in control of my future, and that was a whole new way of thinking about what was possible for my life. I remembered an Oprah show I’d watched where she’d talked about changing your thoughts because they have the power to predict your future. I mentally traced my life back five, ten years, and realized that everything I worried about, feared and stressed about, had become my reality. That was a huge revelation for me. <>When you’re ready, use meditative technique of your choice to calm the thoughts in your mind – focus on your breathing or on a single object in front of you. If your thoughts wonder off, let them, don’t be disturbed about it, just notice that you were distracted (it’s normal) and gently bring back your attention to the object of meditation. When you sense that you’re fully relaxed and that your mind isn’t wondering anymore, you can go to the next stage.
<>Me personally, I used Manifestation Miracle to learn how to master the Law of Attraction and in short it’s simply been amazing. For example, I had a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta. I was always wanting a new car because I was tired of my beat up interior and rusted exterior. I kept on focusing on a Hyundai sonata limited trim and eventually one day my jetta died. I was mad at the time, but in the long run it really paid off. While I was searching for a car, the Elantra model was selling for $18,000 for a 2013 limited model. <>Many people have limiting beliefs which keep them from allowing abundance and happiness into their lives. If this describes you, realize that you must first change your limiting beliefs into thoughts that you are deserving, worthy, lovable, desirable, and capable—as well as smart enough, strong enough, attractive enough, rich enough, good enough, and “enough” in every other way that matters to you.
<>What The Secret didn’t share is that activating the Law of Attraction requires more than inherent desire, an active imagination, and creating a vision board. Positive affirmations don’t work as a standalone. Meaning, a person who is broke isn’t going to manifest his or her rent by sitting around thinking positive thoughts alone. A person who is struggling with a health challenge may not overcome that challenge through positive thoughts by itself.
<>For example, you want to attract a romantic partner, but deep down you don’t think that he exists, or that a person so perfect would even be with you; or if you’re earning $2,000/month and you’re trying to manifest a job where you could be earning $50,000/month – which, no matter how much you want it, can easily seem out of your reach and stay in the domain of wishful thinking.
<>Living “as if” can be a powerful way to help yourself to manifest love. What this means is that you should try to live every day not as though you’re looking for love but as though you’ve already found it! Embrace self-love and dress as you would if you were spending time with your partner. Try to make space for them in your home. See yourself as a person with a loving soulmate and a bright future, and make plans accordingly.
