<>I set his phone on the bathroom counter and without a second thought, threw open the shower curtain, turned off the water, and said; “Get the fuck out.” I watched him pull on his shorts in the hallway, still dripping wet, one leg and then the other as I pointed to the front door. He kissed our son goodbye, tossed his ring in my general direction, and walked out slamming the door behind him.
<>Don’t force yourself to do things that don’t feel good to you, if you really don’t want to do them. So, if you hate going to bars, don’t go every weekend. You want to act from a place of lightness and inspiration when you do act. You don’t want to act from a place of force or fear. There is never anything we must do to attract a certain thing into our life. If taking certain actions makes you feel good in the sense it nurtures a feeling that you will get find this relationship, then go for it. Just don’t get attached to the online dating, the blind dates, and the various outings that will put you in contact with the types of people you hope to meet. Have fun with it.
<>The journey of welcoming your Soulmate is a journey towards your authentic nature.  It’s not a journey of finding somebody who is going to love you, make you happy, or give you something that you don’t already have, but rather it is a journey of growing yourself and your own capacity to love yourself first before you can love others or welcome and recognize their love.  It is about becoming more yourself, doing all the necessary clearing out, and embracing all the darker, subtle, shadow aspects of yourself that you’ve been unwilling to look at.
<>Since then, I’ve lived in Bali, Indonesia… and now the Philippines. I have a wonderful partner, and live in a brand new condo overlooking a swimming pool, a coconut palm grove, and beyond that, the ocean. I eat loads of locally produced fruits and vegetables, and I get my (free) drinking water from a cool mountain spring. I took up scuba diving 2 years ago, and I’ve had over 50 dives since. I travel at least 10 times a year, to exotic locations both in the Philippines and internationally. All my needs are met, and my life has never been so abundant.
<>“I want to thank you for your workshop- As my life has genuinely transformed. I had read many of the success stories which constantly provided hope- but I just wasn’t feeling any possibilities in my own life. As I learnt the techniques and was able to get some important questions answered- I was ready to put them into use. Firstly, I was shocked at how negative my inner talk was- this was a fantastic realisation and made me begin cleaning up many of my beliefs. I have realised what I was born to do and Life seems to be sending me all kinds of helpers and opportunities to make it happen for me… I look better (and years younger), I’ve lost weight without even trying. I am no longer invisible to men and there’s someone of interest to me romantically who recently came into my life. My mind is now open for good to come in on all levels and in all ways! I will continue to come along to the groups and workshops to keep up with my practice- plus they’re so much fun Thank you.”
<>I quickly set about trying to arrange a dog walker in anticipation. People just approached me with great ideas I hadn’t even considered while I was busy ‘blocking’ why I couldn’t get a dog. I found all sorts of resources to keep a dog happy and I decided to also go to a charity to rescue a dog that was in need. It’s weird but I had tried a popular charity and waited and waited it just never seemed to get off the ground, but as I continued to do my appreciation lists on how great it was to have a dog in my life – when I got out of the way and the universe moved, it was quick!
<>“I have been happily embracing the LOA exercises for many months- as a daily practise, and ‘living’ an improved quality ’emotional life’ as a direct consequence. What I like about the LOA, Abraham & Tracy’s coaching is that I can continue to feel good and I don’t necessarily have to ‘goal set’. My life works well generally and I am busy with my career, a great social life and have several interesting creative hobbies – even with this bursting circus of a life experience- who wouldn’t want to feel great and enhance more daily joy? So, that’s what I focus on in my daily practise – and Wow! …’stuff’ just keeps turning up for me, that I had creatively had ideas about years ago! – like parties, events, products, experiences, work opportunities, people, places and things. I am not focusing on ‘what I want to come to me’ I’m just grooving on the positive and improved feeling….and great ideas I have had in the past are now turning up with either the means for me to roll it out or the full manifested version of a past desire for me to dive straight into. It’s like a wish list you had almost forgotten about until it arrives and then it’s like oh wow I daydreamed about this ages ago! Brilliant! – Abe is correct – ‘Ask and it’s given’ (I) just have to allow it in.”
<>4) Shine your unique light.  Be willing to, more than ever, be yourself with every person that you meet, and in every situation – no matter how casual the encounter might seem.  As Andy Warhol used to say, “Be yourself because everyone else is already taken.”  The more you are yourself, the faster your soulmate will recognize you. Remember: they are also looking for someone unique just like you, so when you stop being your true self, you’re also stopping them from recognizing you!
<>“Getting coaching with you was one of the best decisions I have made- things have fallen into place for me in a major way. After years of reading books and attending some very expensive courses to no avail, I want to say that your approach shifted things in a way nothing else did. Following your practices (which I did diligently) and with your guidance, I have connected in with my life purpose (and created an effective business), found my beloved and live a life that feels very good to me. Thank you.”
<>“I wasn’t able to get myself into a place to find love until I attended your workshop; and then I realised I had been trying too hard – but recently I met someone and although it’s new, it feels different to any relationship I’ve experienced before. I can totally put it down to the moment I stopped searching and needing someone; I started fully participating in my life instead of longing for it to be better. I had fun with the Focusing Process and I really ‘got’ Meditation and deep breathing, finally. It wasn’t instant – but trying out the different techniques and finding a way that worked for me was how it happened. I’ve known about the Law of Attraction for about two years and there were times when I wasn’t sure if it was working or if I was doing something wrong – but now I know that although it can take some time, it absolutely works. Thank you for the support when I needed it most.”
<>Sorry, for my bad english (Not my mother tongue). I will use LOA for this also, one day… Anyways, I have some confusion. I have very nice girl in my class. She is total calm, peaceful, adorable etc. She is not too great by looks but her nature is very good. So, I want that girl in my life. I saw her daily. In comments, you have said, let the other person go>> On this point, I have doubt. I mean, so I dont think abt her? or think abt her in a positive way (Visualization) like, she is talking with me in good language or taking care of me. Plz be specific. I am truly dedicated and hard working person. Please give instructions how to attract. How many times (Hours) per day Visualization is enough. I really love my self and happy all the day.
<>You can’t attract someone who loves you for who you are, if you are not really BEING who you are. Not being yourself because you think there is something wrong with you will also lead you to attracting people who mirror these feelings back to you, which to those unaware of how law of attraction operates, will falsely take these experiences and encounters as ‘proof’ they are right in feeling that way about themselves.
<>Another of the best ways to attract money is to ensure you spend the wealth you have on things that really matter. When you live in a way that aligns with your values, you get much money pleasure from spending and develop a much more positive relationship with money. And when you view money in a positive, loving way, you’ll attract more money instantly!
<>“I was feeling a little disillusioned about self-help books because nothing was really happening for me. Hearing what was working in people’s lives at the groups was a great thing… I was after something that would actually transform my life- and your workshops have. I spent a long time ‘in the stalls’ watching and admiring other people. Now I am well and truly ‘on the court’, and starring in my own life. I want to recommend the Universe List- it’s amazing. Every morning I ‘offload’ all my worries to the Universe. Then, I remind myself to focus on loving and fully enjoy my life, appreciating every moment. The relationship with my daughter has improved, physical symptoms which bothered me for years have gone away completely, the relationship with my husband feels fresh and new- and I no longer dread  ‘what might happen’. Some of these changes are miracles. And as someone inspired me on the mail out months ago- don’t give up and don’t think it won’t work for you- it may take time but it will work. Thank you also for the meditation CD (Soundscape) as it really did get me to meditate after years of putting it off- it’s like a beautiful sanctuary that I can always relax into.”
<>Hi, I have been seeing a guy for 5 years. I am in love with him but we dont talk about feelings. He cheated on me a year 1 of our relationship for 6 months. He has his own place as I have kids from another relatioship. when i found out i was heart broken as I did not expect this but I took him back. I feel anxious when im not with him as I feel he is going to cheat . I am using loa to be positive and have gratitude with the good things we do. He does not want to commit as he is thinking babout his life and moving forward and im not part of his plans. I feel the fear and cant let go as when we r together its great, How else can i make this work
<>Hi JG – I’m glad you’re enjoying my book on attracting a specific person! Detachment will come with time. Don’t worry so much about whether you’re doing things right. The Law of Attraction isn’t about perfection. Also, as I discuss in the book, focus on doing things that make you happy. It’ll be far more effective than trying to cover the doubts up with affirmations.
<>“I recently returned to London after five years and was remembering your work and the synchronicity about how I found you back in 2010: I was in the area and went in through the “wrong door” to another workshop about how to cope with depression I was supposed to be attending – and there you were. I’m so happy for this “mistake”! Thanks to what I learned from you I’ve written a successful book, totally improved my confidence and body image. And my habits of depression have changed so much it’s like I’m in another life. The reason I haven’t being back to your workshops recently is because I’ve been fulfilling my dream of being an “international businesswoman” and travelling the world. But I look forward to calling in and sharing my story with others in-person, in the same way that some of the testimonials I heard back then inspired me.”
<>Step 1: Essentially, you need to make the decision that you really want to attract this life partner. Then, truly commit to the idea of spending the rest of your life with this person. Making this commitment may involve processing old wounds (e.g. via journaling or therapy). Hopefully, the past can be left behind and you can opt to embrace hope instead of fear.
