<>I find it very interesting it gives me something to motivate myself because I never heard of the laws of attraction this is the first time I’m hearing about it it has me very intrigued and I’m going to do this and whatever has to Universal on the stick to it I’m going to meditate in the morning and I meditate at night before I go to bed and I’m a focus on exactly that thank you so much I really appreciate it even if I have to come back to this website over and over again to get a better understanding I will do that thank you very much again I really appreciate it yours truly James B Banks
<>When you’re ready, use meditative technique of your choice to calm the thoughts in your mind – focus on your breathing or on a single object in front of you. If your thoughts wonder off, let them, don’t be disturbed about it, just notice that you were distracted (it’s normal) and gently bring back your attention to the object of meditation. When you sense that you’re fully relaxed and that your mind isn’t wondering anymore, you can go to the next stage.
<>You’re here because you’ve probably watched “The Secret” movie and have many unanswered questions. Well you should have, and this article will give you the secret ingredients you need – the best law of attraction visualization and the number one law of attraction meditation for achieving perfect health, attracting the love of your life, surrounding yourself with wealth and money, and making happiness, success, abundance and prosperity a normal part of your life.
<>So fast forward to today, my life is exactly the way I had been visualizing. (I had horrible luck when I wasn't seeing what I wanted in my mind). Now today, I won't tell you what exactly is going on but it all came 100% true. And so true that I am actually tired of it now and want to just Hang out with them without really Caring about my outcome. Now it's doubled…There are PLENTY more stories I could tell you but you can message me if you want specifics. I know for a fact this stuff works. It is almost creepy.
<>“The Law of Attraction processes have been so life-changing for me- and I wanted to share the rather magical story of how I met my husband: I’m an artist, and during a particularly powerful meditation, I saw a vivid image of a man. As soon as I came out of the meditation I drew the picture of him, as I’d seen it. I intuitively knew this man was my soul mate- although I had never seen him before. A few months later I was invited to a party. Although I didn’t initially want to go, my friend encouraged me and I went. As soon as I walked in, I instantly recognised the man from my drawing standing across the room- and he seemed to ‘recognise’ me too. We instantly reconnected and have been together ever since, now married for 6 years. It really does sound like one of those Hollywood movies, I know- and it feels like one!”
<>“The best thing The Law of Attraction Centre has taught me is to really start to make the most of what I’ve got; the life I already have. I had been ignoring the gifts and miracles all around me. From doing this, and counting my blessings for just a few moments every day together with meditation, 2012 has probably been the best year of my life already… And ironically, new experience and people have come into my life at a faster rate than ever. And it’s all since I found your workshops.”
<>Think about the qualities you seek in the person you want to attract. These qualities are very personal and vary from individual to individual. Remember, there are no limits to what you can want.  Be specific about what is important to you; think about what you want in detail.  A great way to get some clarity is to make a list of the qualities you find attractive and the values that you admire in other people. Making a list or journaling our expectations is a powerful tool when applying the law of attraction to any facet of your life.
<>Completely out of nowhere I was inspired to look for my favourite breed of dog on a rescue website – it turns out that bull terriers have several rescue charities that deal with just that breed. I felt completely inspired so I filled out the application as soon as I found the website and just said ‘any dog in need would be ok for me’. I wrote on my universal lists everyday that the most ideal dog would come to me with ease and joy, so I really started to believe that this would be the case.
<>That week I sold everything we owned on Craigslist and filed for divorce. I took the money I made from our belongings to pay for first and last month’s rent on a really tiny, super-shitty two-bedroom apartment. I had just enough left over for one more month of rent and a few groceries. That was all the money I had in the world: I didn’t even have a bank account. My sister convinced me to get on food stamps, just until I got on my feet, and though I cried when the case worker took my story, I knew I had no choice. I applied for every job I could find, but interviews were few and far between. When the second month came and my rent money was gone, I sold my wedding rings on Craigslist for a fraction of their value; enough for one more month’s rent. When the women came to pick up my rings, she looked around our little apartment at my twins running around in their diapers and said, “I don’t want to know. Please don’t tell me the story.” She didn’t want my “bad luck” giving her new wedding rings negative juju.
<>When we don’t treat ourselves well, that is a sign of low self-esteem; it sends a message we are not ‘worthy’ of love and care. And guess what will be reflected back into your reality? Taking better care of yourself, and treating yourself with the respect and love you deserve, will help shore up beliefs that say ‘I am good enough.’ ‘I deserve someone who treats me well.’
<>I want to point out at this time that I’ve been very lucky along the way, and one of the greatest strokes of luck in my life was to have known at a young age (around 16 years old) what I wanted to do ‘when I grew up’. For some reason, I’ve been fixated on helping people to change. To transform. To live a better life. It truly is what I was born to do.
<>There is a trick to The Law of Attraction and it's not as magical as one might imagine: we attract the things that we focus on. When we focus on not having enough, that thought form supports the "lack of" we routinely experience. We are forever reminded to use affirmations and to keep our thoughts positive, but "feeling sorry for myself" continues to be the mantra of many people. Furthermore, we can be bombarded with repetitive negative phrases in our thinking, such as:
<>The journey of welcoming your Soulmate is a journey towards your authentic nature.  It’s not a journey of finding somebody who is going to love you, make you happy, or give you something that you don’t already have, but rather it is a journey of growing yourself and your own capacity to love yourself first before you can love others or welcome and recognize their love.  It is about becoming more yourself, doing all the necessary clearing out, and embracing all the darker, subtle, shadow aspects of yourself that you’ve been unwilling to look at.
<>And thе list continues fоr manifestations, mу оthеr wiѕh gоt completed magically аѕ I hаd a desire fоr a magical relationship with a friend оf mine, ѕinсе due tо ѕоmе misunderstanding thе оthеr wаѕ nоt keeping in touch аnd hаd terminated thе friendship thоugh whоѕе recovery wаѕ vеrу dicey аt оnе point оf time. But уеѕ Universe iѕ ѕо great аnd powerful thаt it listens tо оur vibes аnd intentions with purity аnd gratefulness whiсh matters thе most.
<>If you were to meet your soulmate today, and you chose to live together, would there be room in your life for them?  Okay, think you know what I’m getting at?  If you don’t start making actual time and space to be with your soulmate, you’re sending out a clear message to the Universe that you’re not ready to welcome him or her into your life. If what you truly want is to welcome your One into your life, and you are fully committed, then one of the best ways that you can accelerate this process is by consciously making room for them.
<>The awesome LOA blogger Melody Fletcher termed the manifestations that show up to indicate we are on the right path as ‘breadcrumbs.’ The thing is though, many of us misinterpret them as ‘bad’ things that show us we still don’t have what we want. Sometimes, a manifestation is not just going to fall right into our lap—this is especially true of ‘wants’ that are really big and important to us–we typically have a lot of resistance to work through. Just allowing it in, in its full form, immediately, usually can’t happen.
<>“I began finally doing the techniques you had taught. Although rationally I believed they would work, something was stopping me fully living this way. Then I heard you saying about taking it one step at a time. A real relief came over me and I started with a short 20 minute meditation in the morning and a list of appreciation in the evening. I also got into a habit of repeating some of my appreciative statements throughout the day. I feel lighter, calmer and more relaxed on a consistent basis – and something happened that I wanted to share which is a sign of improved manifestations: I hadn’t been on holiday for about three years (due to time and money) and recently a friend invited me on an all expenses paid trip to Los Angeles! When I was there it turned out that one of my favourite authors was doing an event around the corner from our hotel, too. It was a magical experience. Great motivation for me to keep going with these incredible tools.”
<>Last year, my relationship ended suddenly. In hindsight, I had fears about abandonment and deservability, and I now see that these were limiting beliefs that colored my reality. Over the past year, I have worked on healing myself from the inside out and am incredibly proud of how I have grown. There has been no drama, just a quiet respect that if he felt that he needed space to grow and evolve, I loved him enough to let him go. While contact has been minimal, I still wake up each day with a smile and a heart filled with love and promise. He is with me even though we are apart; and I have hope beyond my current reality that our paths will cross again, and comfort and peace in that certainty.
<>1) Continue to send out a Soul Call and hold your intention to welcome your Soulmate into your heart.  Connect with your Soulmate at the inner level by visualizing and feeling him/her as if he or she is already in your life.  You can do this by buying them a card, or setting a place for them at your dinner table.  You can also buy a soulmate ring, as a symbol of you holding a special place in your heart for your One.  You may also want to listen to my ‘Soul Call’ guided meditation, especially when you’re feeling disconnected or negative about your love life.
<>Napoleon Hill published two books on the theme. The first, The Law of Success in 16 Lessons (1928), directly and repeatedly references the Law of Attraction and proposes that it operates by use of radio waves transmitted by the brain. The second, Think and Grow Rich (1937), went on to sell 100 million copies by 2015.[60] Hill insisted on the importance of controlling one's own thoughts in order to achieve success, as well as the energy that thoughts have and their ability to attract other thoughts. He mentions a "secret" to success and promises to indirectly describe it at least once in every chapter. It is never named and he says that discovering it on one's own is far more beneficial. Many people have argued over what it[61] actually is, some claim it's the Law of Attraction. Hill states the "secret" is mentioned no fewer than a hundred times, yet reference to "attract" is used less than 30 times in the text. He further claims that people can obtain what they desire through thought of definite purpose.[62]
<>Step 1 is important because it prepares your mind and body to receive whatever you’re asking for. Our brains don’t know the difference between reality and imagination. When you engage in full, sensory imagination, your brain fires up your body to move forward. Muscles, blood flow, heart, lungs and every part of your body gear up to take part in whatever you’re imagining.
<>Living “as if” can be a powerful way to help yourself to manifest love. What this means is that you should try to live every day not as though you’re looking for love but as though you’ve already found it! Embrace self-love and dress as you would if you were spending time with your partner. Try to make space for them in your home. See yourself as a person with a loving soulmate and a bright future, and make plans accordingly.
