<>Step 1 is important because it prepares your mind and body to receive whatever you’re asking for. Our brains don’t know the difference between reality and imagination. When you engage in full, sensory imagination, your brain fires up your body to move forward. Muscles, blood flow, heart, lungs and every part of your body gear up to take part in whatever you’re imagining.
<>I really enjoy reading your posts and learning about opening up to deep and fulfilling love. After heart shattering loss over the course of the last two years I am now in the process of putting myself back together again. It’s still pretty messy but I really want to learn to love myself and be the best version of myself, for me and for my soulmate who I know is out there waiting for me to be ready for forever.
<>After meditating daily, for 2–4 weeks, and you are operating on a higher frequency you will notice that a thought or ideas suddenly come to you, during or after meditation. You will realize this is not just a random thought. It will feel different, like an impulse, you will have a desire to take action on it. It can be anything, even something completely random, like going to the grocery store to pick something up, or to call a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while. Whatever the inspired idea is, follow through with it because what it is is a stepping stone. It brings what you want to manifest a step closer to you. Things manifest in stages, not all at once. It may seem like something just comes to you out of the blue, but it doesn’t. It’s one thing that leads to another that will lead to another thing and that inevitably brings what you want to you. Don’t try to make it happen, just chill out, get out of your own way, and allow it to happen. The Universe will take care of the details, you just have to be ready.
<>“I was looking for a way to forgive an ex-partner of mine, and had been trying for over a year. I heard your suggestion of just handing it all over to the Universe and to Life – and asking to see the situation from another perspective, but it seemed far too simplistic to work. However I was exhausted with the way I had been seeing it, as I felt like such a victim and had a lot of resentment. <>And, just as an important side note: Your subconscious is way, way more powerful than you possibly give it credit for. Most people don’t realize this fact. Your subconscious knows exactly what you’re going to do. It’s infinitely more aware of what’s happening in the universe than your conscious mind. It simply won’t be bullied. It’s happy for you to tell it what to do, once you master the process of doing so.

<>I know this can sound like a tall order. We are so conditioned to basing how we feel on outside events. It is easy to feel good when something happens that gives us a reason to—cultivating warm, fuzzies in the absence (or what we perceive to be the absence) of something to be happy about can take a bit of work. Feeling good even if things happen that you don’t like can take some practice. Living reactively will really put a damper on the attraction process, and it is a habit that needs to be addressed.
<>Falling in and out of love is another concept that has been deeply studied. So, how would you know that you are definitely in love with him or her? Are there any indications that will help you understand whether you should fall for the particular person? In simple words, love doesn’t knock your door with permission. It simply does! Your work is to understand it and go with the flow.
<>4) Shine your unique light.  Be willing to, more than ever, be yourself with every person that you meet, and in every situation – no matter how casual the encounter might seem.  As Andy Warhol used to say, “Be yourself because everyone else is already taken.”  The more you are yourself, the faster your soulmate will recognize you. Remember: they are also looking for someone unique just like you, so when you stop being your true self, you’re also stopping them from recognizing you!
<>“Something had come up with my boyfriend- one of my fears, actually. When this had happened in the past I had never been able to deal with it and the relationship was immediately over. I forced myself to do one of the techniques I learnt about in your workshop- looking for the good in the situation. I didn’t feel good when I was writing this list for at least ten minutes, I felt numb- but I had nothing to lose so continued. <>Physical compatibility in a relationship need not always mean love. There are many versions of love, and romance and lust are two basic ones. True love includes commitment, trust, respect and contentment. If these things lack in a relationship, it is definitely not love. A lot of people justify physical violence with passion. Passion in a relationship is definitely a natural phenomenon, but there’s a thin line between being passionate and violent. If you find your partner being too harsh on you, both physically and emotionally, then it’s not love.
<>You are not pre-destined to a life of hardship and struggle; you alone are responsible for how much income you welcome into your life. Feel excited about the money. Feel thankful for what money you already have. Rejoice in the knowledge that the bank of the Universe has unlimited wealth to offer you. Let your entire mind become consumed with thoughts of abundance.
<>Within your soul as twin you have to surrender. Surrender is to let go and follow the destiny made and written for you by God and trust the path of the unknown in your heart. Cant block truth about your Divine Love and hide feelings inside your heart and soul and suppress and deny them about twin.They do exist and you will think about your twin so have to be true to self and not deny truth of pure love. You cant forget them nor move on for you cant silence the soul for you feel them inside of you. There is an intensity of pressure to be together. Your soul will always scream inside of you to remember. Have to do inner work and face yourself and find peace and bring balance in your soul and understand that your souls were meant to be united together as One. Imperative that you listen and obey your soul cries and yearnings. If not the soul will allow experiences to be awakened when you try to disconnect from twin and close self out and not try to think, talk or see them. The Dark KNIGHT of Soul which is H.S. which comes to bring truth inside of you for you to accept this TF union. You will experience tension in head so much. Pressure and pushed to accept what need to be told and listen to soul that God is drawing you together. If dont surrender and resist things get rough. Loose patience, have high temperatures to accept what told and forced into and feel pain in temple area. The fire is the same flame from fire of soul of twin’s real love trying to be accepted into one body. Pain inside soul to wake up and connect to internal soul love inside you and connect with twin..Attempt to create a shift to awaken your soul vibration and accept way of life in your Divine sacred partnership as a TF. Set self free in freedom by finding truth and stop suffering by suppressing your soul and love and truth of who you are as a Divine Twin Flame. As you accept your union, love is just flowing and you feel different because it is soul love.
<>Our relationship with money is quite the interesting one, and attracting it is like attracting anything else in our lives, but we have so much ‘stuff’ around it that it seems more difficult. I am always open to more, but as time has gone on and I have seen life from both a place of financial struggle and one where things were much more abundant, it became clear to me that the happiness level really isn’t affected as much. Less stress, sure..but that is not the same as feeling truly happy. That is a great perspective you had on your money situation and is likely a key factor in your success. It is easy to get a bit panicked and impatient with the online bit when that money isn’t coming as fast as we would like it to, or in the amounts we would hope. That is an amazing story about your mom, and like you said, never would have seen that as a source of money if you had to guess. I am so glad you shared that story because the more people read about these types of incidents, the more faith they build that this can happen for them too!
<>Don't wait for the relationship to manifest; you must first become the person who already has these qualities. This includes preparing your space for the partner of your dreams: Clean out your closet, empty a draw or replace that worn-out wallpaper. Think of all the ways in which you can prepare yourself and your life to be in perfect alignment with your perfect mate.
<>Deal-breaker items could include: if the person has some form of alcohol or substance addiction or abuse, if they are married or in another relationship, if they are physically or verbally abusive, and even if they smoke.  For some people, smoking is not a big deal, but for me, I just can’t stand kissing someone after they’ve had a smoke, so I decided to include it in my deal-breaker list.  What are your deal- breakers? All you need is three.

<>Now, because we attract based on feeling, and not action, you wouldn’t actually have to do any of these things to start attracting more money, but most of us aren’t able to make such a giant leap in the face of financial issues. The limiting beliefs around money are just too strong, and will need to be worked on; you won’t be able to shift perspective immediately. Don’t worry, by making budgets and what have you, you are not sending a message to the good old universe that you don’t think you can get more money—these things will make you feel better, and the better you feel, the more easily money can come to you.
<>Your future can be anything that you choose it to be. There is a limitless number of possibilities for you to step into, just as there is a limitless versions of you and a limitless versions of everyone else in your life. Everyone takes a role according to the reality you create. If you create a reality with him in it, he will be in it. If you create a reality without him, he won’t be in it. It’s all about you and what you create.

I have dated several people who are the kind of types that I never used to even meet (or if I did, they were not attracted to me). <>I’ll bet a bunch of you reading this are arguing this point with me right now in that beautiful head of yours, but remember what I said earlier about us attracting based on what we feel and believe. So, if you really want to improve your financial situation as quickly and painlessly as possible, you need to start shifting your belief that money trouble is the worst thing that can happen to you, that some horrible fate will befall you if get behind on your payments.
<>And then, sometimes I think that the current relationship will eventually end in some way if the person working consciously with LOA makes such dramatic shifts that she and her current partner are just too far away from each other vibrationally. This could definitely happen without your ending it specifically–the other person could end it, it could be mutual and amicable, something could happen that creates a large rift and you both can’t see a way to move past it, or you may decide to end it and it won’t feel as scary as it may currently because you just know it is the right thing to do. I don’t think being unhappy with a relationship as it currently is now is an absolute sign that it is not right..ultimately, it depends on so many individual factors, and as the person doing the LOA work gets deeper and more in touch with what is happening, she will have a sense of what she really wants and how she thinks it will play out. It does take a degree of honesty that can feel a bit uncomfortable, but necessary.

<>Hi Elizabeth, I’ve read your book (loved it!) and the “rules” for those of us who want to manifest an ex, seem a little more demanding and complex… What if your ex wants nothing to do with you, or appears not to want to? What if they are telling everyone they are moving on and happier without you and are going toward greener pastures and they are open to meeting someone new? Secondly, how does one visualize happiness when still hurting, and how does one visualize good things and “let it go” when the memory of the breakup is still recent and fresh. Any tips on how to switch off emotional pain and memories, and just concentrate on the good? I just feel that manifesting an ex back is a great deal more challenging (and yes it is him I really want) because of the history there which simply can’t be erased or forgotten….
<>I had the LOA work instantly. I was trying to throw a beer pong ball into a cup and missed every time. People were watching. So I wanted to see if I could use the LOA to get the ball in the cup. I got the ball, closed my eyes and said, “I will make this shot.” Still having my eyes closed I threw the ball, it bounced off the floor and made it into the cup perfectly. It was awesome.
<>However, knowing that others have been – and still are – able to make the law of attraction work for them can be a strong motivator: it strengthens our belief  and keeps us focused on what we want to attract. That’s why we have this section dedicated to the LoA success stories – read them, watch the videos, and come back to them any time you feel the need for a morale boost.
<>When it comes to what draws people to give this whole law of attraction thing a whirl, I would have to say finding a relationship is right up there near the top, along with getting more of that sweet, sweet cash. And people seem to really struggle in the love department. But manifesting a relationship is not any different than manifesting anything else, in theory.
<>In my last LOA post, I talked in more general terms about what practical steps we can take to start feeling better about our lives as they are now because this will help us tremendously in genuinely shifting our energy, and giving less attention to the limiting beliefs that may have contributed to our situation as it stands now. And, I used money as an example, so this is a bit of repeat. But, some people may not have read that post, and for those of you that did, and are working on money manifestations, it probably wouldn’t hurt to be reminded again of how helpful this can be.
<>When you protect yourself from disappointment, loneliness, heartache and failure, you often deny yourself the thing that you want the most. You swap risk for unhappiness. If you’re searching for love, for instance, you need to allow yourself to go on the journey. Someone out there is searching for you just as desperately as you’re searching for them. Maybe you already know them? Maybe they’re about to walk into your life (through the power of the law of attraction) just as soon as you make yourself energetically ready for them?
<>1) The Soulmate List. The first list is a list of ‘Green Light’ qualities and attributes that you’d like your soulmate to have.  In other words, this is what you want to “get” in a Soulmate.   In this list, you’ll describe all of the physical and non-physical characteristics you envision your soulmate to have. Here you want to include things that will begin to describe the kind of man or woman who would really make your heart sing.
<>In his highly acclaimed works, Wattles explains the importance of the mind and the significant role that it plays in helping a person to achieve financial wealth. As he describes in his book, ‘the riches they receive will be in exact proportion to the definiteness of their vision, the fixity of their purpose, the steadiness of their faith, and the depth of their gratitude.’
<>Well, that concludes my manifesto for creating wealth with the law of attraction and money. Will it work? Well, I’m going to put my faith in it and see where it takes me. I’ve never undertaken such a massive shift in thinking before, and I’m interested (to say the least!) to see the results. My previous experiments with the Law of Attraction have been successful – but I’ve never undertaken a project of this size before. I’ve got a funny feeling I’m going to be blown away.
<>Step 1: Essentially, you need to make the decision that you really want to attract this life partner. Then, truly commit to the idea of spending the rest of your life with this person. Making this commitment may involve processing old wounds (e.g. via journaling or therapy). Hopefully, the past can be left behind and you can opt to embrace hope instead of fear.
