<>Hi Elizabeth…I really appreciate you taking the time to answer all of our questions…no matter how big, small or repetitive…thank you for continuing to answer and being patient…we all are just trying to get it right…trying to find our happy place and manifest within it. I’ve been working on my energy everyday and learning to let go..even though he continues to pop up in my mind everyday, a couple of times a day. I’m not at all mad or hurt…just missing him…I smile and laugh when I think of him…and try my best to not let the missing him get in the way of the universe delivering my desires to me. But I would like to know if it is possible to manifest him or someone even better for Thanksgiving? I would love to have a great guy to accompany me for the holiday festivities and more! And how do I manifest faster? Thanks again in advance!
<>If you’re practicing these techniques with something simple, it’s time to take action and expect your results. If you’re using the system to find great parking, get in your car and drive to that parking spot with the full intention and expectation of finding it clear for you. Announce it out loud. “That parking spot is clear for me. I am parking in the spot that is open for me.” Again, we are fully aware that this seems really silly, but it’s a critical step.
<>In stopping all other thoughts you also stop resistance. Resistance is the negative emotion you feel when you think about what you want, but in a way that feels bad. It is when you give more attention to what you don’t have, and feel bad, rather than giving attention to what you want, in a way that feels good to you. In both cases you are thinking about what you wish to manifest, however one is focused in a way that allows it manifest, and the other is focused on the lack of what you want, and that keeps it from coming.
<>Phil, your blog was super awesome! I have immersed myself in LOA finally after years of not knowing the steps, and realizing it takes daily practice and filling your mind with positive enforcement of these principles. In fact, I just realized a dream of mine to become a writer and publish a book, and this has just happened this week! I am not a disciplined writer, but I got inspired by a self publisher and decided to try that, and it has worked beautifully, plus the book seemed to write itself, which was on The Law of Attraction and certain things I went into more depth on than the movie, The secret did. I enjoyed the movie, but did not find anything worked for me after watching it. I am so glad to see so many people with positive comments, and I wish everyone continued manifesting success!
<>Remember, there are infinite ways to resolve a situation. Even though you’re used to believing that the worst-case scenario always becomes your reality, the best-case scenario has the same potential to come true as the worst-case scenario. They are both imaginary thoughts about the future waiting to be born into reality. You’re the one who tips the scales in the direction of favorable resolution or unfavorable resolution.
<>“The more I practice your teachings, the more simple my thinking (and my life) seems to get. Thank you for being ‘there’. Journeying with The Law of Attraction Centre over the past few years has not only being fun along the way – but it’s got me results: I’m in a good relationship, I’m working in a job I enjoy, I feel relaxed a fair deal of the time and I’m starting to like myself a lot more. Practicing your techniques with other people at the groups and on my own has been the secret… I was going to tell a friend about your workshop and she was at the very same one I went to –even though I hadn’t mentioned it- this kind of ‘coincidence’ happens all the time.”
<>Hi Geoff! Thank you for your reply. I do understand the chapter is about getting an ex back. However, what I meant to ask is whether the same rule applies if the person you want to manifest a relationship with is someone you haven’t previously dated. You see I talk to him everyday and he often tends to talk about the girl he is with or unknowingly tells me how I mean a lot to him but only as a friend. And every time that happens I just can’t stop negative thoughts of fear and doubt cropping up in my mind, thus making it difficult for me to let go. So I want to know if I should maintain some distance, perhaps talk less often. The only issue here is that there isn’t really any problem between us. He knows I love him and we kind of sorted it out a couple of months back and have continued to be best friends. I don’t quite have a reason to suddenly cut down on talking to him and I am sure if I do that he would want to know why.
<>Intimacy means knowing each other and sharing most coveted parts of your lives. The self-revealing behavior, when reciprocated well, forms an emotional bond which is hard to break. With continues sharing, this bond tends to strengthen over time and bring the partners much closer. Friendship is the first step to intimacy, so before you decide to get into love, make sure you both share good friendship.
<>Pretend that you have more than enough money. When you go shopping, look at the things that you want and tell yourself that you can afford them. Keep a large bill in your wallet… $20… $50… $100… and whenever you go out, spend it with your imagination. Notice all the things you can buy with that bill. You will instantly feel better about money, and as you feel better, you will attract more money to you.
<>Garden irrigation and me setting it up by myself with no instructions- went easy. I’m not a natural with setting up systems – it’s not really my strength. I had to ‘guess’ a random length online of how much equipment I needed and trust me I plucked a figure out of thin air because I felt clueless but kept affirming it will all work out great. It was extraordinary really as the irrigation fitted ‘exactly’ not an inch too long or too small. Truly incredible.
<>The process of attraction happens at the level of what we feel and believe, and when you don’t set standards and boundaries, this shows you don’t feel very good about yourself, and that you have a lot of crappy beliefs that essentially amount to not feeling good enough, and not being deserving of the best life has to offer. These types of beliefs can mess with various aspects of our life, but can be particularly problematic in the love department. And guess what types of people and situations we attract when we feel this way? Shitty, shitty, shitty ones.
<>It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
<>But again, theory, and real world application, are quite different, because of that good old resistance. Just wanting a great relationship isn't enough if you have a lot of blocks around allowing one in. You have to believe you can truly have one. When you think about meeting that perfect person for you, and it doesn't feel good, you have to examine that.
<>Whatever you are thinking and feeling at any given time is basically your request to the universe for more of the same. Because your energy vibrations will attract energy back to you of the same frequencies, you need to make sure that you are continually sending out energy, thoughts, and feelings that resonate with what you want to be, do, and experience.
<>As I mentioned earlier, our soulmates frequently come into our lives to help us heal our deepest emotional wounds, and we come into their lives to help them do the same.   For some people, this may at first look like some form of  ‘Crazy, Stupid Love’, or a relationship that appears to bring out the worst both in you and your partner.  These are the kind of relationships where people break up several times but over time have a tendency to find their balance as deep healing begins to take place and eventually grow into ‘Soulmate Love’.
<>Living “as if” can be a powerful way to help yourself to manifest love. What this means is that you should try to live every day not as though you’re looking for love but as though you’ve already found it! Embrace self-love and dress as you would if you were spending time with your partner. Try to make space for them in your home. See yourself as a person with a loving soulmate and a bright future, and make plans accordingly.
