<>If you’re practicing the technique on something bigger, this exercise may be tricky, but use your imagination. If you’re trying to lose weight, go out and buy an outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for. If you want a new car, go to a dealership and shop around. If you’re aiming for something as big as complete financial freedom, start planning what you’re going to do with all that free time and money.
<>This freaks people out because they believe feeling happier now as a single person will cancel their 'order' with the Universe for a relationship. But don't worry... it doesn't work like that. Wanting and needing something to happen is not what brings it to you... trust me. Feeling the feelings that lie behind what you want now, and detaching from the idea this thing needs to happen for you to be happy, is what does -- much more quickly and easily.

It’s weird but I had tried a popular charity and waited and waited it just never seemed to get off the ground, but as I continued to do my appreciation lists on how great it was to have a dog in my life – when I got out of the way and the universe moved, it was quick!

<>When you meditate, that is your time it just sit in a quiet space and allow yourself to just chill and just be. It is not a time to think or to focus on what you want, but is instead the time you want to quiet your mind. You want to take just 10–15 minutes to sit in a quiet space and to just focus on one specific thing, for as long as you can during that time. It could be a mantra you repeat in your head, or a sound, like a ticking clock, or the sound of a fan. Something that is constant and repetitive, and easy to focus on. Because, when you stop thought and just focus on the one thing a few things begin to happen.

<>Thanks for sharing your thoughts and I am so glad you liked the post. I think a lot of people have that fear, so you are certainly not alone in that. One of the things that has helped me most with that is remembering how ‘challenging’ the human experience is, and knowing we all have our ‘stuff’ that we hold inside, bad things that have happened to us, etc.. For the most part, I think lots of people actually want to talk about these things and not feel like they are the only one struggling. Intellectually we know that isn’t true, but how we feel is often very different. When we think about it this way, sharing our own ‘stuff’ feels less scary. And, as you work on your attraction, you will naturally begin to meet up with people who you do feel comfortable with, and will not pull away when things get closer.

<>Consciously shifting your thoughts is definitely the easier path, but when we first start working with LOA, this can be hard to do because our current belief system of having to take action, hustle and MAKE things happen, is still quite strong and we just can’t buy into this fully even if it resonates with us, and we know there is some truth to this method of bringing what we want into our life. Visualizing is a good tool for uncovering resistance, which is essentially all the reasons we tell ourselves we can’t have what we want, and getting into a good feeling space. One of the most important things is not to worry about getting super-specific. Don’t worry about figuring our what this person looks like, exactly what he is like, just try to get into the feelings. Trying to get too specific with the type of person can trigger a lot of resistance, and may even actually clog up the channels of receiving because you may get too attached to this person having to be a very specific way.
<>I had the LOA work instantly. I was trying to throw a beer pong ball into a cup and missed every time. People were watching. So I wanted to see if I could use the LOA to get the ball in the cup. I got the ball, closed my eyes and said, “I will make this shot.” Still having my eyes closed I threw the ball, it bounced off the floor and made it into the cup perfectly. It was awesome.

<>When you get into these feelings now, you will make the very helpful realization money is not the end all be all to your happiness—sure, it gives us more options and more freedom, and it surely can reduce stress.  But as the ultimate key to happiness, no way. Nothing outside of us, including money, can ever make us truly happy.  When I went from that dire money situation to being flush with cash, my stress alleviated considerably, and I did feel a hell of a lot better. But, if I had to assess its impact on my level of true happiness, it really didn’t do much for that.
<>I am writing this post in the apartment I manifested. I had the exact apartment in mind as some friends lived here a couple of years before, but at that time I didn’t have the salary to afford it. When I did, I starting thinking about the place again. The woman who lived here worked for me and was telling me she was thinking of moving, but perhaps not for a year or more. An intention I wrote about 6 months ago mentions a 2 bedroomed apartment by the sea, but with views of the mountains. My terrace is directly over the sea, I can see it from my bed, but from my front door I have clear view of the mountains.
<>I was in a ten year relationship with my child’s father, but he was a cheater. Eventually I started seeing other people years down the line, mind you our relationship was up and down. Long story short I became pregnant with another’s man baby, which was hurtful to the both of us. I still felt a sense of this happening wasn’t all my fault I feel like he played a role as well. I used to beg him to get our relationship back on track for about three years so finally I gave up because of continuous cheating. Well finally last year we I thought we were getting somewhere and boom came to find out the cheating never stopped, well I left again to begin a new relationship which didn’t work out either plus here’s another baby on the way. Finally the guy that I was with for ten years we started seeing each other again during my pregnancy, but the catch is he wants me to give up baby for adoption. We were broken up for seven months and really I feel my child isn’t his business. Nonetheless, for some odd reason I still love and want to be with him, but if he can’t accept the children, then I have to depart from him. How do me and the children attract him for a positive family oriented relationship?
<>As with all Law of Attraction work, trying to manifest love requires you look at the underlying assumption that holds you back. In this case, limiting beliefs that might block you from finding love. Try to write them down first. Then identify where they came from.
