<>Additional to reading your very helpful posts I used to do the Soul Call Guided Meditation every now and then like you suggested in this post. It helped me keep my heart open and believing in the magic of everything that can be, it made me downright excited and tingly in my heart about the future. Unfortunately it is not available anymore so I wanted to ask if it is somehow possible to have access to it again? I tried a lot of other meditations but never got even a similar feeling afterwards.
<>Again, we can only attract that to which we are currently a match, so this means we can’t wait to feel better about our lives until what we want comes. You have to make peace with your single status. You have to start finding ways to feel happy about your life now as it is. This doesn’t mean pretending to like things you don’t, but diligently working on adopting a perspective that actually makes you feel better. It is about focusing on the things in your life that are good, and building on that energy. It is about making time to do things that make you feel good, that help produce the feelings you think you would get from being in a relationship.
<>Dear Elisabeth…I am in relationship with my boyfriend almost 8 years..We were very in love. But during these years he did to me something I couldn´t forgive him for many years..I were very much angry with him all these years..but I was also still in love. I think I was so angry that I was very often pushing him out of me without even noticing that. Yesterday he told me he does not know if he wants to be with me anymore. <>When things aren’t going well, the Law of Attraction is something that should be paid attention to because you attract to you energies that are a reflection of what’s going on inside you. To be more specific, what’s going on outside is actually a barometer for how things are on the inside. This is the best time to focus in on what you are attracting to you as a pattern and create a pattern interrupt.
<>Focus on understanding your part in this overall process, rather than feeling guilty or ashamed. Recognizing how your fears have manifested in your life does not mean that the bad things in your life are your fault. It simply means that the Law of Attraction has responded to the signal you sent out. Just acknowledge that the system works and your new awareness will guide you. No need to shame yourself or even feel responsible.
<>No matter what we attract, it is always there to help us, so you want to think about this scenario and what feelings came up around it, and that can clue you in to how it is useful for your journey of attracting a relationship. As for your friend, I am not sure what topic of conversation was involved as far as you feeling like you can’t be yourself around her, but as some general advice, anytime we feel like we can’t be ourselves in a certain situation or around a certain person, it is a problem plain and simple that must be examined. Ultimately, it comes down to determining whether your reluctance to be yourself is more based in your own fears, and your friend would more than likely accept you, or if your friend is someone who is very judgmental or wouldn’t be able to accept you for who are because of strong beliefs she holds about certain things.
<>No matter what your age, meditation is one of the easiest ways to improve your health. Research at the Medical College of Georgia found that meditation lowered blood pressure and reduced the risk of heart disease and stroke. Additional studies have demonstrated meditation can reduce chronic pain, decrease levels of stress and pain in cancer patients, and reduce symptoms in patients with fibromyalgia.
<>I’m glad you’re enjoying my book on using the law of attraction for a specific person, G! There are a couple of possibilities for why he didn’t come. 1) You had resistance. For example, you may have had some fears or doubts about what would happen once he got there. 2) You tried to control the outcome. When you bought the ticket, you decided how things were going to happen. Rather than letting the Universe determine how he would come to you, you decided how he would come.
<>When you want to become a money magnet, you must understand that money has a relationship with gratitude. Because the thought of money either makes you feel positive or negative most of the time. If it makes you feel positive then that’s great. But if it makes you feel negative because your focus is on the lack then this is where Gratitude works like magic.
<>But the one who really first articulated the Law as general principle was Prentice Mulford. Mulford, a pivotal figure in the development of New Thought thinking, discusses the Law of Attraction at length in, for example, his essay "The Law of Success",[15] published 1886-1887. In this, Mulford was followed by other New Thought authors, such as Henry Wood (starting with his God’s Image in Man,[16] 1892), and Ralph Waldo Trine (starting with his first book, What All the World's A-Seeking,[17] 1896). For these authors, the Law of Attraction is concerned not only about health but every aspect of life.[18][19]
<>2) De-Cluttering your Mind. De-Cluttering your Mind means exactly that.  It means letting go or releasing any fears or beliefs you have about love that are keeping love away from you.  For example, many people believe they have some kind of fatal flaw or secret that may repulse others.  For women, it normally is something physical, and for men, it is normally something in their financial situation or career. These insecurities will lead you to have thoughts such as:
<>If you were to meet your soulmate today, and you chose to live together, would there be room in your life for them?  Okay, think you know what I’m getting at?  If you don’t start making actual time and space to be with your soulmate, you’re sending out a clear message to the Universe that you’re not ready to welcome him or her into your life. If what you truly want is to welcome your One into your life, and you are fully committed, then one of the best ways that you can accelerate this process is by consciously making room for them.
<>Think about what you want and why you don’t believe that you can have it. Then think about what the ideal world would look like to you, the world in which anything was possible, and pick one image or scene that represents it. It should be something where both this world (in which you don’t believe you can do it) and the ideal world overlap. For example, your ideal world could also have that peaceful corner of your favorite park, right?
<>No, not psychic 🙂 I think a lot of people can relate to this, so you are certainly not alone in that! I think that was a really great decision..focusing on ourselves, recharging and what have you is one of the most effective ways to let love in our lives from an attraction perspective. The better you feel about yourself and life overall, when you are ready to get back in the game, you’ll meet people for sure. Relinquishing that control is key..not always easy but it makes the process so much easier when we don’t try to micromanage the process of infinite creation with our puny little brains 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts!

<>6) Use this time to grow in your ability to be more patient, more loving, more giving, more forgiving and more gentle and kind to yourself.  Get your ducks in a row, explore new hobbies and interests and keep on growing your current friendships.  Continue to work on all your mental and emotional blocks to love and, most importantly, continue to have faith that he or she is out there and that you can’t miss each other.

<>Hi again, I just recently posted a question, well I thought of something else that I didn’t mention in my last question. See I am sort of confused a little with Letting Go part/the “being okay without him” part. The LOA states to visualize and feel your desire, like you already have what you want. Basically focusing on you is the major part of attracting a specific person, and of course being okay with not receiving what you want, letting go or detachment. If visualizing myself with my man makes me happy, if thinking about my man & I’s new relationship makes me happy, then that is okay to focus on? I’m confused as to how I’m suppose to do both, visualize and also let go at the same time..
<>Unfortunately, we are not so great at naturally going to a happy place. But, with a strong intention, and some practice focusing, it is not as hard as you think. And, it’s okay if you don’t feel good every single second-you will still have your moments. <>At 5pm, the doors opened. The crowd surged. As soon as we made it into the auditorium, we sprinted forward. Due to some confusion, we were able to sprint around a group of people. <>First, lots of people mistakenly focus just on their thoughts, all the while feeling like crap, and then get disappointed when they don’t seem to be making any progress. While thoughts are certainly an important part of the equation, we attract based on what we feel, and if we don’t feel good, all the affirmations and happy thoughts in the world won’t do jack unless we manage to build some momentum on the level of emotion.

<>I had the LOA work instantly. I was trying to throw a beer pong ball into a cup and missed every time. People were watching. So I wanted to see if I could use the LOA to get the ball in the cup. I got the ball, closed my eyes and said, “I will make this shot.” Still having my eyes closed I threw the ball, it bounced off the floor and made it into the cup perfectly. It was awesome.
<>I was in a ten year relationship with my child’s father, but he was a cheater. Eventually I started seeing other people years down the line, mind you our relationship was up and down. Long story short I became pregnant with another’s man baby, which was hurtful to the both of us. I still felt a sense of this happening wasn’t all my fault I feel like he played a role as well. I used to beg him to get our relationship back on track for about three years so finally I gave up because of continuous cheating. Well finally last year we I thought we were getting somewhere and boom came to find out the cheating never stopped, well I left again to begin a new relationship which didn’t work out either plus here’s another baby on the way. Finally the guy that I was with for ten years we started seeing each other again during my pregnancy, but the catch is he wants me to give up baby for adoption. We were broken up for seven months and really I feel my child isn’t his business. Nonetheless, for some odd reason I still love and want to be with him, but if he can’t accept the children, then I have to depart from him. How do me and the children attract him for a positive family oriented relationship?
<>For me, I find that since I have so much negative momentum on the subject of money itself, the best way to go about it is to find a way to feel really good, which I do through my morning manifestation routine, and then affirm that that feeling is what abundance feels like. By doing this every day, I’m training my thoughts to associate abundance with this great feeling right now, not some far off thing that ‘ll experience when I have money. Does that make sense?
<>Instead, Louise says you can transform your life by staying positive. "You have to start saying things that you feel really good about yourself. 'I love who I am. I love life. Life loves me. It's going to be smooth and easy. Life works for me.' And you just start doing that—it's planting seeds. <>The other day was particularly special. I meditated and I then went to view a property. The property needed some work doing on it and I had some questions about that and next thing I knew I was talking to a builder who ‘just happened’ to be next door who could answer all of my questions. Then a lady came out of a neighbouring property and asked if I would like to look at her house. The neighbour was really friendly and welcoming and said that that she would love it if I moved next door! After viewing the property I went to pick my son up and looked into the sky and felt blown away by the beautiful sunset. I feel I have direction, that my soul is joyful and that doors are open for me.”

Now wht most people will do is criticising the LOA and living the day as usual thinking abt some other things bt nt concentrating on any.
<>But! Apart from being commercial stuff it’s underlying intention is to motivate people to do stuff. If you imagine real hard that you are getting a jet plane for your birthday, well it probably wont happen unless you are friends with Bill Gates. But if you really want to have 100 new RSS subscribers it’s not bad to really want it and to think about it because it will drive action. You might not be aware of it but action is what produced your results, thinking about them just pushed you to work harder.
<>Many people are guilty of continuously repeating negatives either in thoughts or words. A negative mindset can be representative of a current life situation and attracting negatives can be living proof that the law of attraction works. Attracting positives and getting out of the routine of negative thinking can be possible with visualizations, affirmations, and manifestations.
<>You have no idea the million different ways you can meet someone. Sure, it may be through the typical avenues, like a mutual friend or a blind date. Or, it could happen in the most unexpected, and craziest of ways—the type of situation that makes a great ‘how we met’ story. So, do your best to stop trying to figure out how you would meet this person. Don’t look at the current framework of your life as some sort of filter through which you sift possibilities.

I have done this for two days and I feel liberated I feel like everything I was worrying about has disappeared I feel a different person seriously. It is like I have let it go whilst still feeling the energy inyhands and feet. Am not sure if this is right or not if Elizabeth could clarify, but I feel great.
