<>“I made a list of the qualities I wanted in a partner- integrity, someone I find very attractive, commitment, focus, ambition, kindness. Then I realised they were qualities I wanted to embody more in myself, too. So I meditated on this following doing a Universe List prayer- in which I asked the Universe to ‘reveal these qualities in myself’ and ‘inspire me to more fully embody them’. Firstly, what happened is I received compliments from friends of how I reminded them of certain well-known people- and how younger and healthier I was looking. I began feeling calmer and more comfortable being me. I was happier being single than ever before and then ‘happened’ to go to a friend’s dinner party when I met the most wonderful man.”
<>Thanks so much..so glad you liked it. Relationships can be tricky because there is so much emotional charge around them. It is easy to get off track, and you are right, going back to information that reminds us of these truths and helps us refocus is one of the best things we can do. The reinforcement is necessary to help us reprogram because essentially that is what we need to do. For me, there are two things. First, is getting into that space of trust and knowing by looking back on past manifestations. We have a tendency to put more trust in the negative ones and then dismiss the positive ones…which is one of our weird quirks. And I do my best to step back from anything that isn’t making me feel good and just go do something else, like read a book or take a walk.
<>I was led back to ‘The Secret’ from an interview I read. Having read it before it made more sense this time about how to really believe and be grateful. I received a surprise check the following day which helped me to begin a project and have seen another financial boost since. The law of attraction and the positive feelings you convey ‘attract’ opportunities and help make smarter decisions. I finally believe and am making it a habit. I have always been ambitious so I excited at what I may manifest.
<>We were in the 3rd week of magic practice and he was filled with a load of gratitude. Amid all those grateful days, he got a call from one of his Supplier (he is an entrepreneur) and was informed that he is getting a sponsored free trip to Goa for the annual sales meeting. It was totally unbelievable. It has never happened before and now it has come suddenly.
<>You stop all other thoughts. When you meditate and you give your attention to that singular thing you stop all other thoughts. In the simple, deliberate act of focusing on one sound, you give pause to all the other stuff in your head. (You may lose focus at times and begin to have thoughts about this and that, and that’s OK. When this happens just gently shift your attention back to the sound).
<>Take time to get really clear on the amount you are requesting for the Universe and also the time it will take for you to receive it. The Universe LOVES specificity. If you’re not clear on what you want to attract then you will be manifesting by default and all sorts of nasty surprises can appear when you don’t pay attention to conscious awareness. <>Each "failed" relationship has given you clues about what you want in your ideal partner. The problem is, many women and men focus on the negative instead of the positive. For example, by saying that you don't want a man who "puts his work before the relationship," you are focusing on a man who puts work before love and that is the desire you are unconsciously sending out through your energy.
<>Step 4 is important for two reasons. The first is that it aligns you with your desires. The entire concept behind the Law of Attraction is that like attracts like. When you take action as if you’ve already gotten what you desire, you are sending a huge, loud and clear message to the universe that you’re serious. Actions speak louder than words, right?
<>You can use a specific date if you want. I usually caution people not to use specific dates because it causes a problem for most people. They become fixated on the date and, as the date approaches, they begin to start blocking themselves from receiving what they want. They begin wondering if it’ll show up, wondering what it hasn’t shown up, etc. Their desire really could be on its way to manifesting by the date, but they don’t see it and end up creating a lot of fear and resistance that prevents the desire from manifesting.
<>One reason she was bad at this game was that she was tuning out the possible existence of coins everywhere she walked. She just didn’t think there could be that many coins hiding in plain sight. By demonstrating to her that the coins were indeed there and that she was simply failing to notice them, I helped shift her beliefs. She stopped thinking of the game as something outside her control (relying on luck or chance), and she began thinking of what she could control (her open-mindedness and attentiveness).
<>According to neuroscientists, as you continue to meditate, your brain physically changes, even though you’re not aware of it reshaping itself. They’re also beginning to understand why meditation is effective for managing stress. Using brain imaging techniques, scientists have observed changes in the threat system of the brain. The response kicks-off in the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear. People who suffer from chronic anxiety have a more reactive amygdala, and this leaves them feeling threatened much of the time.
<>I’ll bet a bunch of you reading this are arguing this point with me right now in that beautiful head of yours, but remember what I said earlier about us attracting based on what we feel and believe. So, if you really want to improve your financial situation as quickly and painlessly as possible, you need to start shifting your belief that money trouble is the worst thing that can happen to you, that some horrible fate will befall you if get behind on your payments.
<>This can be done through affirmations and surrounding yourself in the energy of abundance. You can do this by dressing up in your best clothes, daily gratitude practice to be thankful for what you do have right now and also repeating mantras and affirmations that help to rewire your feelings about money. This can help so much to get you into the feeling space to welcome in prosperity. Feel worthy. 
<>Another thing about feelings—get yourself out of situations that don’t feel like what you want. You don’t have to compromise or settle. You don’t have to experience a bunch of stuff that feels badly to also experience that which feels good. As you shore up your good energy, and stick to your standards and boundaries, these types of situations will naturally decrease, and at some point, move out of your experience completely.

My dear friend, Alexis, is in love with a wonderful man name Blake and I am madly in love with an amazing man name Brody! We’re all mutual friends. <>I have a question?.. how easy is it to manifest something big! Like let’s say winning the lottery!? Im not taking about about a fair amount, im talking about a ridiculous amount 🙂 is it possible to write the amount in my box and just hope that I win? Should I be specific about the time too? I don’t think im too good at manifesting much I need help at believing that im getting it? It’s really all I ever wanted.
<>5. See the positive. Focus on the good things about the specific person you want the Law of Attraction to bring you. Look for something to appreciate. This can be tough if there are negative feelings between the two of you, and you might only be able to find one thing in the beginning, but if you keep working at it, it will get easier. If you’re in a relationship with the person already, you should start to see his/her behavior change and things start improving between the two of you.
