<>You’ve got to put a roadblock on the sled path. Stop telling the OLD story and start telling the NEW story! The NEW story of how you want it to be. The story of what it’s like to be in the most magical, loving relationship with your Soulmate. Starting now. You’re going to start catching yourself when you’re chatting with friends and the OLD story starts to creep out.  Notice it. Then shift to the NEW story.
<>Paychecks make you happy, while bills made you put on your cranky pants with annoyance and anxiety. You need to rewire this in order to get out of your own way. Each time you feel pissed off when a bill gets sent to you then you actively choose to block the flow of abundance and you’re inviting MORE BILLS and more expenses. Nothing is as expensive as an attitude that blocks the flow of prosperity. Learn to LOVE your money. After all, it’s just energy. 
<>Firstly, find yourself a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Start by closing your eyes and relaxing your body entirely. Breathe in and out very slowly, and make the breaths as deep as possible (on your belly). It is very likely that all kinds of thoughts will disturb you at this time, but you have to observe them and not let yourself to get emotionally involved with them.
<>Well, that concludes my manifesto for creating wealth with the law of attraction and money. Will it work? Well, I’m going to put my faith in it and see where it takes me. I’ve never undertaken such a massive shift in thinking before, and I’m interested (to say the least!) to see the results. My previous experiments with the Law of Attraction have been successful – but I’ve never undertaken a project of this size before. I’ve got a funny feeling I’m going to be blown away.
<>Imagine for a moment that it’s a beautiful winter morning and there’s fresh, pristine snow on the ground.  You walk up to a hill with your sled, and slide down and take your first trip down to the bottom of the hill.  This first time, your course was pretty random, right?  Then, you walk back up to the top of the hill once more and you sled down again. Okay, the odds are that you’re going to hit at least some of the grooves you created the first time that you went down.
<>first of all I love your book and have read it twice. I used your method to attract someone back after he had gone and it worked. As it is a long distanced relationship we didn’t see each other often so things had fallen apart, and we broke up recently again. I want to attract him back using LOA again. This time is a bit difficult for me as it’s the second time manifesting the same person, and now I get a bit confused: as I have to ‘let go’, do I still have to visualise every day? In the “letting go” period, should I think about him, or just making myself happy? I am training myself to visualise better but I find sometimes the feeling of love is strong but sometimes not at all (probably because the long distanced has dragged us down and it is the second time manifesting the same person). Will making myself happy work in order to manifest in this situation? I do believe Universe is making it happen for me but I would like to know if I have to feel ‘in love’ when I think of him. Thank you.

<>In stopping all other thoughts you also stop resistance. Resistance is the negative emotion you feel when you think about what you want, but in a way that feels bad. It is when you give more attention to what you don’t have, and feel bad, rather than giving attention to what you want, in a way that feels good to you. In both cases you are thinking about what you wish to manifest, however one is focused in a way that allows it manifest, and the other is focused on the lack of what you want, and that keeps it from coming.
<>The Law of Attraction operates based on your unconscious mind. This means that whatever you’ve got going on inside will determine the things that are brought to you on the outside. The goal is to recognize recurring patterns as quickly as possible, so you can reconcile internal issues and get your ship sailing smoothly again. You see the signs and oftentimes you consciously choose to ignore them. The more you ignore the signs, the stronger they become, though. A big part of cleaning up what you’re attracting externally is to become aware of what you have going on internally.
<>Hi Elizabeth – thank you for the wonderful insight into attracting an ex. I got your book and have started doing everything you suggest. I could feel my vibrations rising and went to sleep with a wonderful open heart feeling. When I woke up the doubts of his intentions started filtering into my brain. I quickly tried to cover them up with ______ and ______ together forever and we are 1 type of mantra. I switch between what will be will be and positive thought. We lived together f or 7 years and he has moved out. I have left his cupboards ready for him to come back but am worried that I am not getting the detachment thing right. <>As with all Law of Attraction work, trying to manifest love requires you look at the underlying assumption that holds you back. In this case, limiting beliefs that might block you from finding love. Try to write them down first. Then identify where they came from.
