<>The real estate market seemed to turn worse every month. Half or more of the homes on the market were termed distressed properties - either foreclosures or short sales - where we tried to persuade the bank to take less than what’s owed on it, as a means of preventing them having to foreclose. An extremely difficult and laborious process, with very little cooperation on the part of the banks. Furthermore, the banks were cracking down on mortgage lending - meaning fewer people were able to qualify for mortgages.

<>Unfortunately, we are not so great at naturally going to a happy place. But, with a strong intention, and some practice focusing, it is not as hard as you think. And, it’s okay if you don’t feel good every single second-you will still have your moments. The key is building up that momentum behind the good energy so that it starts becoming the predominant force.

<>Some people begin to see things happen immediately, while others take a little more time. The key here is patience and persistence. As soon as doubt or fear start to creep back in, return to Step 2 and address it. If you have lost touch with your clear intention, revert to Step 1. If your belief in the Law of Attraction lags, go back to Step 3. If all else fails, repeat Step 4 every day until it becomes a reality!
<>Meditation can be used to manifest brain energy efficiency this allows the law of attraction to work bringing mind, body and soul the source energy into balance and harmony, I have manifested more wisdom, selflessness, unconditional love, inner strength and inner happiness. I now only want only what all can have I have manifested more goodness/energy efficiency, with more left brain logical/positive thought and no right brain anxiety based thought I can see that if all can not have it I do not want it.
<>Expect that the universe is more likely to give you things if you’re already grateful for what it has provided to you. Giving an asked-for birthday gift to someone and barely receiving a thank you, you’d likely avoid providing a second gift. On the other hand, you’d get excited about giving a repeat gift to someone who enthusiastically expressed their appreciation for your gift. Imagine the universe in the same way.
<>When I decided that I needed a car, I was just given a great little car a few weeks later by a friend. It runs well, is road taxed and has a MOT. The only attention it required was a replacement window wiper and it had a noisy exhaust that needed looking at. I purchased a satnav online and have never used one before. I didn’t understand the instructions and it was set to Albania (I live in England)! I couldn’t get it to work. I started affirming and writing on my universal list that all would be easy for me with the car and that operating the satnav would be a breeze and it will open up my life and be great fun. Once I felt ‘better’ and in a good space I put my satnav in the car and just started driving. A short way from my house I saw a mechanic was open on a Sunday – I pulled up and they said they would look at the car but weren’t able to fix anything on Sundays. The two men were friendly and they hoisted the car up and spent 20 minutes adding a bolt to the noisy exhaust, fitted a new window wiper, taught me how to use the satnav and set it to London. When I went to pay – I was practically bursting with joy because I couldn’t believe just how everything had got sorted and I had left the house with no plans on how this was even going to get a solution! The icing on the cake was they only charged me £13 which was the price of the window wiper. Being in a good space really determined the outcome I think.”
<>Consciously shifting your thoughts is definitely the easier path, but when we first start working with LOA, this can be hard to do because our current belief system of having to take action, hustle and MAKE things happen, is still quite strong and we just can’t buy into this fully even if it resonates with us, and we know there is some truth to this method of bringing what we want into our life. Visualizing is a good tool for uncovering resistance, which is essentially all the reasons we tell ourselves we can’t have what we want, and getting into a good feeling space. One of the most important things is not to worry about getting super-specific. Don’t worry about figuring our what this person looks like, exactly what he is like, just try to get into the feelings. Trying to get too specific with the type of person can trigger a lot of resistance, and may even actually clog up the channels of receiving because you may get too attached to this person having to be a very specific way.

<>Learning how to connect with yourself has a lot to do with tuning into your own need. Consequently, then meeting those needs. When you make a habit of this, you’re much more able to attract love with someone who will nurture you. One way to ensure you take better care of yourself while you’re looking for love is to set aside an hour a day where you commit to pursuing a hobby you love! This should be no matter what other, more “productive” things you could be doing.
