But only in one matter, I have been trying for last 9 months. i know the person will come back to me, but 1 week i will be positive then my faith is wavering and my mind puts up so many logics and obvious reasons how it cannot happen (and believe me all my fears are also coming true) I am totally confused and dejected. pl. do guide me to overcome my fear and panic and believe and just let go

Perhaps, since you’ve been single you’ve been working late hours, and have very little free time to go out on dates.  Or perhaps you’ve been accumulating a few “friends with benefits” who are keeping you sexually satisfied.  Or perhaps you’re so focused on helping others that you leave no room for yourself.
<>By choosing to stay in an endless cycle of negativity and by dwelling on what isn’t, rather than what could be, how is the universe expected to be clear on what you are looking for? Focusing on the bad luck that you may have had in past relationships or dwelling on your inadequacies can only serve to further increase these misfortunes and hold you back from the love that you so truly deserve.
<>Hi Elizabeth, Ive just read the book – ive always visualised and practised gratitude and its worked well for me. However when it comes to love, not so much. I read the section on vibrational matches. When i think of him i feel fearful & anxious. I know this means im blocking him but its the way i feel. Ive been in love with him for nearly 2 years, but alas he now has someone else.

<>I have been researching and experimenting with the LoA for several years now, I started by reading the Cosmic Ordering books by Barbel Mohr, then the Louise Hay Book (You Can Heal Your Life) and then moved onto the LoA more specifically. Through clarifying what I want, focusing everything on this and being determined, I achieved what I could only explain as small miracles! I was miserable, living in a small town where I had no money, no job opportunities, a degree in something that I have no passion for, and a relationship that was heading nowhere.
<>But, with that being said, adopting these new beliefs when you have believing their super-crappy polar opposites for so long, will not happen at the snap of a finger. And, as I always say regarding this likely course of events, it’s okay. You want to start with where you are now, and work your way up. But, don’t be discouraged by this and think you can’t get anything good until you totally overcome your issues, and obtain some’ perfect’ vibration. I don’t think anyone has one. I imagine achieving that would result in not wanting anything at all.
<>I’m glad my book on using the Law of Attraction for love of a specific person worked for you! You should follow the same steps you followed the first time. It’s okay if you think about him, but you should focus on making yourself happy. Instead of thinking of the feeling of “feeling in love”, think of the emotion of “feeling loved.” That’s what you’re ultimately looking for in your relationship.
<>The best way to meditate for your goals is to first quiet your mind and body. Then project yourself to your desired future. Watch yourself in the future, experiencing the results you want. Make sure to embody all the feelings and emotions as you can. Make all the images as bright as you can. You subconscious mind can’t tell the difference from real or imagined, so it will believe it’s real. That is how to impress your subconscious with what you want. Then it will automatically guide you to that result. Manifestation first begins with your subconscious mind. This is truth. Believe it and see it, first starts with this concept. Then watch your vibration everyday, do not allow lower vibrations to suck you out if your dreams.

<>When you’re ready, use meditative technique of your choice to calm the thoughts in your mind – focus on your breathing or on a single object in front of you. If your thoughts wonder off, let them, don’t be disturbed about it, just notice that you were distracted (it’s normal) and gently bring back your attention to the object of meditation. When you sense that you’re fully relaxed and that your mind isn’t wondering anymore, you can go to the next stage.
<>Those who have attracted great wealth into their life might have unlocked the powers of the Law of Attraction to attract great ‘wealth’ into all areas of their life – striving for inner peace and attracting positive energy into their love life, family, health, and businesses. Once these things have been achieved, financial wealth is simply something that can follow.
<>Be sure to start this list by stating whether if your Soulmate is single, straight/gay (yes, you must be that specific) and available for a healthy, loving, committed, long-term relationship (or marriage if that is what you want.) Also, be sure to include that he or she lives close enough to you, and/or is willing to relocate if necessary for the two of you to be together. It is very important that you do not get too attached to this list, but rather release it by saying to yourself, “I welcome this, or something better!”
<>A small example was this: I was about to get on a train at a door where just a few people were boarding, when I got an ‘inner nudge’ telling me not to and to walk to the next carriage, which logically didn’t make sense as more people were waiting there. As I approached the door I realised why as there was a woman on her own with two suitcases struggling to get on- so I helped her. The irony was when I got on my carriage was relatively empty whereas I could see the carriage I was going to get on before was crowded. I love how my inner guidance knew what was best for both me and those around me. This has happened on other small things, too. It’s early days but I’m beginning to know what is guidance and what is just ‘mind chatter’.

<>When you meditate, that is your time it just sit in a quiet space and allow yourself to just chill and just be. It is not a time to think or to focus on what you want, but is instead the time you want to quiet your mind. You want to take just 10–15 minutes to sit in a quiet space and to just focus on one specific thing, for as long as you can during that time. It could be a mantra you repeat in your head, or a sound, like a ticking clock, or the sound of a fan. Something that is constant and repetitive, and easy to focus on. Because, when you stop thought and just focus on the one thing a few things begin to happen.

After doing processes, when I checked the dates the exam was the day after I had been certain it ‘should’ have been; the Universe gave me an extra day! I added on my Universe List for the Universe to do the exam for me, as I still didn’t feel prepared. It was multiple choice and what’s funny is the questions that I seemingly ‘guessed’ (which was most of them) – I got right. The two questions that I ‘knew’ the answers to were the only ones I got wrong!  And, yes, I passed with a good score.”
<>Your thoughts have the power to create, so it is possible that you created this situation, but you can also turn it around. Let go of any worries or fears you have in regards to his ex. Be open to being in a relationship with him again and having him there 100%. Focus on being at one with being the relationship. Keep your vibration high by doing things you enjoy. The higher you can keep your vibration, the faster you should see results using the Law of Attraction for love to attract your specific person.
