<>“I feel so much more relaxed since doing your workshop, and my sleep has improved (which was one of the main reasons I attended). Allowing everything to be as it is doesn’t seem that it’s going to do much- but that’s exactly how things changed for me. Your workshop gave me the confidence to believe in this approach to life- to truly surrender- and I gave it a go: I started meditating and doing your techniques… And my entire life experience has shifted. My relationship with my parents has totally turned around, I’m discovering new interests and I’ve lost weight. Best of all, I feel a lot more contented with my life- I love what you said about the woman in your workshop dwelling on all the wonderful things she already had in her life, and how that was enough to ‘open the door’ to everything she wanted. And then I met her at your group and it was amazing to manifest hearing her explain her story too! Now I can just relax- and it feels so good! Thank you for your insights and constant support.”
<>P.s. My Boyfriend did not help me with this. I project managed the whole thing myself, with invaluable help of a carpenter friend. I knew nothing about building industry and all the workers said it can’t be done in 60 days and said how from their years of experience it would take 6 months if i was lucky. We argued and argued until we all saw it MY way and then we got on with it :)
<>Step 3: It’s time to let the universe know you’re truly ready to manifest your soulmate. Simply coming into a more positive vibrational alignment can certainly help you find love. However, there’s also a specific process you can follow to help you attract love more quickly. These steps will open you up to a soul-deep connection with the specific person you want to find love with:
<>“For a long time I had read that ‘your thoughts create your reality’ and ‘positive thinking’- but something wasn’t working until this new approach- the techniques are literally life changing. I wanted to share an interesting and some might think ‘trivial’ story which was certainly helpful to me and shows the many uses for appreciation: After being inspired by a previous Success Story, I decided to take a different approach to the ‘ant invasion’ I was experiencing in my house. Rather than stay in annoyance (the words ‘what you resist, persists’ came into my mind)- I decided to welcome them in, appreciating them and their right to be (amazing designed forms, ability to work as a team etc.). I then went into ‘good things about the ants being here’ which included a nudge to tidy up and vacuum more which was a win-win. The next day- after doing this exercise just briefly- and without any intervention on my behalf- they had all gone.”
<>In his 1910 The Science of Getting Rich Wallace D. Wattles espoused similar principles — that simply believing in the object of your desire and focusing on it will lead to that object or goal being realized on the material plane (Wattles claims in the Preface and later chapters of this book that his premise stems from the monistic Hindu view that God provides everything and can deliver what we focus on). The book also claims negative thinking will manifest negative results.[56]
<>“Since I did your Finding Love workshop I have sorted out a 15 year pattern of attracting ‘unavailable’ and ‘abusive’ men (as various therapists labelled them). I had studied book after book, courses and support groups, seen therapists, looking to fix my problem. It just wasn’t getting any better. When I found your work I was at a point of desperation- I realised nothing was working and a different approach was needed- and it turned out to be your approach. I know this has been said to you before but you provide something different that I actually haven’t seen before in two decades of personal development work; and it is working in quite amazing ways for me. In the year since attending I am now with a loving and handsome man who I would have thought was ‘out of my league’ before. It’s quite simply a miracle. And what’s interesting is two ex-partners have come back and apologised and/or wanted me back- two things I was desperate to have happen for years, no matter how much I told my friends I was over it- yet in my need it wasn’t happening. This year will be my wedding- something I had given up on ever happening. And yet it is happening. 2015 will be amazing- and all thanks to you.”
<>Long before the well known Oprah-appraised movie/book The Secret came out… a book by Napoleon Hill titled Think and Grow Rich uncovered the mystical and coveted concept of the Law of Attraction. I remember reading this book when I was a teenager as it proclaimed I could quite literally create the life of my dreams. This concept was very sexy to me and profoundly shaped my ideas about what was possible as I was launched into adulthood.
<>No matter what we attract, it is always there to help us, so you want to think about this scenario and what feelings came up around it, and that can clue you in to how it is useful for your journey of attracting a relationship. As for your friend, I am not sure what topic of conversation was involved as far as you feeling like you can’t be yourself around her, but as some general advice, anytime we feel like we can’t be ourselves in a certain situation or around a certain person, it is a problem plain and simple that must be examined. Ultimately, it comes down to determining whether your reluctance to be yourself is more based in your own fears, and your friend would more than likely accept you, or if your friend is someone who is very judgmental or wouldn’t be able to accept you for who are because of strong beliefs she holds about certain things.
<>If you are an angry person, you will attract other angry people to sit around and talk about the messed-up world. You’ll attract scenarios that perpetuate your anger. If you’re a fearful person, you will likely attract other people who share your fears as well as situations that prove the world isn’t a safe place. If you have a belief that people cannot be trusted, you’ll attract events in your life that demonstrate all the myriad ways in which people are untrustworthy.
<>What should you do if you discover that you have strong negative emotions about money? You must re-train your mind to think positively about money and develop good feelings and joyful excitement about money. This is very important. The more tension you feel, the more you repel money. But the more the calmness and happiness you have about money, the more you attract it. One effective method for changing your feelings is positive affirmations. Make affirmations like: “money comes to me with ease”, “I have more than enough”, “I am abundantly blessed”. Do this several times daily with a confident smile.
<>The New Thought movement (Law of Attraction Origins) grew out of the teachings of Phineas Quimby in the early 19th century. Early in his life, Quimby was diagnosed with tuberculosis. Unfortunately, medicinal treatment wasn't working, so he began carriage riding through his hometown, Lebanon, New Hampshire. He then regained his health and recovered, an event that prompted his study of "mind over body".[10] Although he never used the words 'Law of Attraction', he explained this in a statement that captured the concept in the field of health:
<>My life transformed in the space of a few months purely through visualising what I wanted and FEELING what it would be like to have it. I’m not saying I have it all, far from it and I still have days where I lose hope, but I would say the most important thing when you’re feeling down is to simply try and raise yourself to a slightly better feeling. Keep doing that, until you’re in a place to start imagining what you want… the rest is written in the stars! If you are struggling to find a happier place, a quick and effective way to do it is be grateful. Think of all you are grateful of and it will undoubtedly lift you up.
<>Above all, find ways to be happier now, no matter what is going on. Make your happiness and well-being a priority. The higher you are "vibing" the more things you will attract into your experience that mirror back all these great feelings. Be patient and compassionate with yourself. You can want the relationship, but release on the desperate sense of "need" around it.
<>And this shows you are on the right path, but all too often we twist it. We lament those people that share the same interests as us, or with whom we had those great conversations, didn’t ask for our number. We feel bummed when that date we thought would be so great, turned out to be not the best match. We think we are still not getting what we want, or there is still something ‘wrong’ with us.
<>It may sound silly to do this as an adult, but it’s a game worth playing. When you’re out with friends sometime, have a contest to see who can manifest the most money. You may not get too excited about finding coins, but you may generate some excitement about trying to best your friends in a silly contest. That silliness will actually help you get the right vibe, thereby improving your ability to manifest money.
<>Remember, there are infinite ways to resolve a situation. Even though you’re used to believing that the worst-case scenario always becomes your reality, the best-case scenario has the same potential to come true as the worst-case scenario. They are both imaginary thoughts about the future waiting to be born into reality. You’re the one who tips the scales in the direction of favorable resolution or unfavorable resolution.
<>We got to the concert five hours before the doors opened. We found ourselves with thousands of people in front of us. I wanted to be on the front rail. (Front rail is the same as front row seats.) I began visualizing being on the front rail. Then, a great idea hit me. I began to feel the feeling of wrapping my hands around the front row railing. I felt the cool railing in my hands over and over again. As the day progressed, I noticed something: We were actually moving backwards. Things were getting even worse. It didn’t make any sense. How could we be going further back?
<>Manifesting wealth isn’t just about connecting money with happiness. It’s also about looking at the reality of your financial situation and acting accordingly. So, be honest with yourself. Look at all your finances, including debts. Don’t be afraid to reach out for help if you need it. Friends, family, and financial advisers can all help you draw up a plan to improve the situation.
<>I used to do a lot of work helping people to stop smoking. There are only 2 reasons people don’t stop smoking. One, because they don’t want to (often this is subconscious) Two, because they don’t believe it’s possible. Or they assume it will be incredibly difficult and painful, and they can’t do it without suffering forever. (Again, this is often subconscious and it is a flawed assumption).
<>This means that you may have to wait, while the Universe engineers the perfect and ideal timing for the two of you to come together, and learn to be patient while you deepen your faith, and your ability to give and receive love. If you and your soulmate have not met yet it is very likely that one of you have unfinished business or might be completing a relationship cycle with another person.
<>When you meditate, that is your time it just sit in a quiet space and allow yourself to just chill and just be. It is not a time to think or to focus on what you want, but is instead the time you want to quiet your mind. You want to take just 10–15 minutes to sit in a quiet space and to just focus on one specific thing, for as long as you can during that time. It could be a mantra you repeat in your head, or a sound, like a ticking clock, or the sound of a fan. Something that is constant and repetitive, and easy to focus on. Because, when you stop thought and just focus on the one thing a few things begin to happen.
<>“I started applying the Law of Attraction techniques more consistently about two months ago. On a daily basis I have been meditating, making a written list of things that I appreciate and doing the Focusing Process. During this time several areas of my life have positively transformed including getting a new job and my long term partner proposing to me, with both things remarkably happening within the space of a couple of weeks! I also feel much more appreciation for my life in general and there have been several great more day to day experiences such as going for three different meals out and getting given free courses and drinks (as they apologised for a delay in service which I didn’t even really notice as I was having such a lovely time). My fiancée and I are now wanting to attract a lovely home in the country to move in to together and given the other positive experiences I’ve had with the Law of Attraction I feel confident that we can do this!”
<>Step 1: Essentially, you need to make the decision that you really want to attract this life partner. Then, truly commit to the idea of spending the rest of your life with this person. Making this commitment may involve processing old wounds (e.g. via journaling or therapy). Hopefully, the past can be left behind and you can opt to embrace hope instead of fear.
