<>It is also important to remember to work on feeling better incrementally, and not trying to manifest things that are just too much of a stretch for our CURRENT vibration. For example, someone really struggling with money would probably not really feel it was possible to start making 10,000 a month in income, and to set that type of goal without already being able to feel that abundant right now, would result in lots of frustration, and the lack of results would just worsen the energy. It is also a good idea to put your focus on just feeling better overall, and not too much on specific manifestations. A lot can happen without specific focus when we just raise our vibration overall. You will notice cool things start to happen, and this will strengthen your trust in the process, which will make it easier to manifest specific things.
<>Manifesting wealth isn’t just about connecting money with happiness. It’s also about looking at the reality of your financial situation and acting accordingly. So, be honest with yourself. Look at all your finances, including debts. Don’t be afraid to reach out for help if you need it. Friends, family, and financial advisers can all help you draw up a plan to improve the situation.

<>If you’re practicing the technique on something bigger, this exercise may be tricky, but use your imagination. If you’re trying to lose weight, go out and buy an outfit that fits the size you’re aiming for. If you want a new car, go to a dealership and shop around. If you’re aiming for something as big as complete financial freedom, start planning what you’re going to do with all that free time and money.

<>When you investigate your thoughts and open up to new possibilities, you are in control of your feeling state. This gives you the power to instantly change your feeling state and align with the vibration of the feelings that you actually want to attract. When you’re feeling abundant, you’re going to have to get a bigger piggy bank to put all that money in that you attract.
<>“I heard a conversation which affirmed where I am on my journey at the moment when a girl on the bus was talking to her friend about spirituality and saying about the value of appreciating all of the good that is currently in your life and all of the things that you do have. Another minor but pleasing manifestation was that I was on a coach journey and the coach wasn’t supposed to be stopping for two hours and I suddenly felt hungry. <>The key is having clarity, and knowing what it is that you want. Why? So that you can identify it when you see it, feel it and hear it, and – most importantly – so that you won’t be sidetracked into a relationship with a person who is not the highest possibility for you.  A person who is not your soulmate. Remember, there’s no need to settle for less than what you want. It’s like going to a supermarket without a grocery list when you’re feeling very hungry. If you’re anything like me, you may have bought a whole bunch of stuff you did not need but may have forgotten to buy something as basic as milk and sugar, which you really needed.
<>I’ve been studying LoA for a few years now and have read countless books on the matter. To me, Napoleon Hill’s book was by far the best because it wasn’t just full of platitudes, it actually gave me some actionable items and did tell me that a certain amount of work was involved. This was important to me because I have a core belief (right or wrong) that you can’t get something for nothing. With that said, even with all the research I have done, and the belief that LoA exists, I have yet to experience any positive outcomes from using any of the techniques. Doing yet more research, I have come to the conclusion that there are two things that I am doing wrong, or more concisely, unable to achieve. The first being that I can not seem to attach a feeling to a desire. Try as I may, there remains some disconnect somewhere. Second, I have a lot of negative self talk and some negative core beliefs (both of which I am working to change… more research). I believe that these two things sabotage any attempt by me to manifest things. As I am practicing LoA, the little voice in my head (my Ego) will tell me that I am being foolish, or that “this doesn’t work”, etc. I tell it to shut up but it never does and introduces doubt every time. This actually brings up a third problem. Unwavering faith. You mentioned faith to get you back on track. Where do you find this? How do you develop it? Do you have any suggestions on any of these issues? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

<>We focus on illnesses, low-paying jobs, and less than fulfilling relationships out of habit. Breaking the routine, just like any other bad habit, will take some effort, especially if it is natural to dwell on the negatives for years. Parents often teach this type of behavior by being the role model of criticism or negative language. When this is so, they are likely mirroring behavior they learned from their parents, and so on, back through the generations.
<>You can do this yourself. You can become someone who purposefully creates ripples in the universe. Did you know, everything you do energetically ripples out and affects others? And the ripples then come back to you. This process is fast. Don’t underestimate how possible it is for you to be a true catalyst for change. <>Be sure to start this list by stating whether if your Soulmate is single, straight/gay (yes, you must be that specific) and available for a healthy, loving, committed, long-term relationship (or marriage if that is what you want.) You descussed that you’re aware your desire has not manifested. That’s living from a point of what is, not from what you want. You’re giving energy to creating more of what you don’t want by doing this. It could also be a factor in things not attracting your specific person as your vibration is closer to alignment with not being with him, than being with him.
<>The best way to raise your money vibration is to rejoice in others good fortune. Whether the person is someone close to you, or a random person or a celebrity whose life you have seen on TV or the internet. Don’t try to find the negative reasons for their money, don’t try to justify why they have the fortune and not you. Or don’t feel bad that you don’t have the same.

They’re also beginning to understand why meditation is effective for managing stress. Using brain imaging techniques, scientists have observed changes in the threat system of the brain. The response kicks-off in the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear. People who suffer from chronic anxiety have a more reactive amygdala, and this leaves them feeling threatened much of the time.

<>This fear gets triggered in a variety of ‘romantic’ situations–you may not consciously be aware that it is fear, it may manifest itself in a variety of ways—and people that are good matches for you can’t make their way in.  For example, you may meet some great people who you get along with great, but they just won’t be attracted to you, and it isn’t because there is anything wrong with you. In fact, if you were to ask someone why he wasn’t ‘feeling it’, he probably wouldn’t have a good answer. He wouldn’t’ be able to verbalize it.
<>You don’t have to go out on dates with people you’re not interested in, nor try to do something that goes against your own values. Notice what things or people you are consciously or unconsciously drawn to.  You might be lead into amazing, rewarding, or at the very least a growing experience! Be willing to trust that inner voice and be open to the mystery that comes from there.

<>The Law of Attraction for Love for a specific person works by focusing on yourself. It isn’t about the specific person you’re in love with. I know he’s all you can think about right now, but if you want to use the Law of Attraction you have to focus on you. Do the things that make you happy. Raise your vibration. Focus on doing what makes you feel good.
