Our thoughts often show unexpected stubbornness when we try to “discipline” them – they easily wonder off or turn into something we didn’t want. For example, a simple visualization exercise of a car you’re trying to manifest can turn into a nightmare when your kids appear in it out of nowhere and start trashing your beautiful car – this image also came from inside your mind, but it’s not the direction you intended your visualization to take.
You can’t control others, but you can control yourself.  You can control how you choose to perceive and feel. This is the oldest piece of empowerment psychology out there, but it’s so true.  It starts with you on every single level.  The love and relationships that you want to experience start with self.  How’s your relationship with you?  It’s time to transform it, and never stop.
I don’t have any rituals per se, but there are certain things I do that help me feel more abundant. When I am enjoying something I paid for, whether a tasty meal, a massage or something else that gives me pleasure in some way, I really try to tune into the feeling of appreciation I have for it, and the sense of contentment I feel in that moment. I also try to develop a sense of appreciation for having money to pay bills..rather than feel like I am putting my money towards something I don’t want to put it towards, I express appreciation that I have the money to pay the bill. Awhile back, I went through really bad times financially, and the inability to pay my bills created a lot of shame and embarrassment,and I am happy not to be experiencing that anymore.

2. Focus on the positive. Let go of all your negative thoughts….such as “it's hard to find anyone,” “why don't they see how good I am,” and “no one will ever love me.” You have a lot of great qualities that make you so worthy of anyone's love and attention. Others do notice you and appreciate you. There is love all around you. Let it in. When you let it in and focus on the positive, you change your vibration and open a door for the Law of Attraction for love to bring you your specific person.
I find it very interesting it gives me something to motivate myself because I never heard of the laws of attraction this is the first time I’m hearing about it it has me very intrigued and I’m going to do this and whatever has to Universal on the stick to it I’m going to meditate in the morning and I meditate at night before I go to bed and I’m a focus on exactly that thank you so much I really appreciate it even if I have to come back to this website over and over again to get a better understanding I will do that thank you very much again I really appreciate it yours truly James B Banks
“I was very focused on a particular person and wanting them to like me. Based on what I learnt at a Law of Attraction Centre workshop I decided to practice loving thoughts about what I liked about people rather than thinking about what they thought about me. I spent 15 minutes making a list of the Positive Aspects of a previous partner and the current person I liked. After this I realised that I had felt negative not because of how they did or didn’t feel about me but because I wasn’t thinking lovingly about them. And then guess what, they got in touch and the funny thing was when they did get in touch it was less important as I was already feeling good!”
Phil, your blog was super awesome! I have immersed myself in LOA finally after years of not knowing the steps, and realizing it takes daily practice and filling your mind with positive enforcement of these principles. In fact, I just realized a dream of mine to become a writer and publish a book, and this has just happened this week! I am not a disciplined writer, but I got inspired by a self publisher and decided to try that, and it has worked beautifully, plus the book seemed to write itself, which was on The Law of Attraction and certain things I went into more depth on than the movie, The secret did. I enjoyed the movie, but did not find anything worked for me after watching it. I am so glad to see so many people with positive comments, and I wish everyone continued manifesting success!
1) Continue to send out a Soul Call and hold your intention to welcome your Soulmate into your heart.  Connect with your Soulmate at the inner level by visualizing and feeling him/her as if he or she is already in your life.  You can do this by buying them a card, or setting a place for them at your dinner table.  You can also buy a soulmate ring, as a symbol of you holding a special place in your heart for your One.  You may also want to listen to my ‘Soul Call’ guided meditation, especially when you’re feeling disconnected or negative about your love life.
“I wanted to improve my confidence of speaking in public, having been nervous of introducing myself at groups and events. So I wrote ‘Bring me more confidence’ and ‘Allow me to feel more confident’ and ‘Make me a good public speaker’ on the exercise we did. Several days later at work I was chosen to lead a speech to thousands of people, and it was something important in a way that I had no way of backing out of. Although I was instantly shocked and still feeling a little nervous, I had to laugh as it was an answer to my prayers: I get that it was almost as if the Universe just went ahead by ‘booking’ me to do this, realising that by actually doing it (not just thinking about it) I will become the confident speaker I want to be.”
When you feel moved to take action from a place of passion and excitement, not stress, then go ahead and let those actions flow through you. It will seem to be more work to stop yourself — you’ll feel like you’re chickening out and holding back if you stay still. Follow your impulses. But don’t worry about the immediate results of those actions. There may be some twists and turns along the way.
Then you start your day-wise practice where you keep a Gratitude Journal and write 10 points of gratitude and 10 pints of appreciation for yourself. And in addition to that, you do the activity as per the day’s practice. This helps you to raise your vibration and align your emotions with your dream. You send an unlimited amount of positive signals to the Universe that works for your manifestation. Your vibration becomes stronger with positive affirmations and visualizations and ultimately when you match your vibration with your dreams, the Universe grant your wish and it materializes in the form of manifestation or reality.

Realize you will likely have smaller manifestations first that show you are lining up more with what you want, like noticing more people you find attractive, when before, you saw no one, meeting people that have desirable qualities that you note as being important in a partner, or seeing more people "like you" in happy relationships, whether they are overweight, divorced or whatever personal characteristic that you think makes finding love harder.


I worked with a professional footballer once. He was getting very nervous about shooting goals. He kept missing even though he was very talented. I insisted that he kept watching himself on TV scoring goals and burned that image into his consciousness. I didn’t want him thinking about anything else. Every time he had a negative thought he was to switch that picture, either on the TV or on the TV in his mind. And he was to surround the thought with positive emotions of love and respect for himself.

For example, if you want a serious relationship, yet you invest time in transient relationships, you won't get what you actually want. Reality will give you transient relationships, or experiences, because that's the situation you're "in tune with", i.e. matching with, spending your attention on. Your "relationship space" will be occupied by transient relationships, instead of a serious one, which will not have the opportunity to manifest.
If you’re going to manifest your soulmate, it’s vital to first understand why it is that your attempts to find love so often go awry. Everyone’s story of looking for love is slightly different. However, there are often common factors in play that can block you from creating the romance you deserve to have. For example, you may find the following are true of you:
