Creating a vision board is easy. Go through magazines or search the internet to find images that represent what you want to attract. It doesn’t matter if the images are metaphorical or literal. The important thing is that the images speak to you and connect with your desires. Attach the images to a board and place it in a prominent place where you will look at it every day.
According to neuroscientists, as you continue to meditate, your brain physically changes, even though you’re not aware of it reshaping itself. They’re also beginning to understand why meditation is effective for managing stress. Using brain imaging techniques, scientists have observed changes in the threat system of the brain. The response kicks-off in the amygdala, the part of the brain responsible for triggering fear. People who suffer from chronic anxiety have a more reactive amygdala, and this leaves them feeling threatened much of the time.
I am so excited. Today is my first day of my 21 day journey to attract a specific person into my life. Yesterday I spent the day mentally preparing myself for this journey. I cleaned out my space and room to give me even more of a peace of mind. I also completed some mundane tasks that I had to in order to ensure my highest vibration. (Don’t want life’s minutiae to bring me down :)) Today was a great day to say the least. Better than I thought my first day was going to be. I did have a brief moment of doubt and a pang of negativity halfway through the day. I am aware of it and can only improve on it tomorrow. Really interesting side note though. I had one of the best days professionally. My boss took me aside and told me how smart I was and offered me more positions. I got repeated complements about my looks for coworkers and others. It was a great day! I know that this is long but I hope someone reads it. I really want the universe to know what it has done for me.
Firstly, thank you for an amazing ebook , it has helped me a lot in my current situation. While I have managed to manifest a lot of my visualised scenarios with a particular person , I find that at times the situation regresses and he goes into a silent zone or just starts ignoring me altogether. It is hurtful and confusing all these mixed messages and I dont know how to read him. I read somewhere that it is my own fear that could be causing this and while I try to detach myself , it is hard. Should I be changing anything in my visualisations? Sometimes when I do my visualisations , I can feel the fear in my core, How do I release this?

There is a process to it too. What really happens (this is my own break down of the law) is that once we focus on something we want; our mind starts to calculate how to get that desire met. Then we start to put those thoughts into actions, resulting in us achieving what we want without consciously calculating how to do it. When we couple our desires with conscious and strategic planning, we can achieve almost anything.
Firstly, find yourself a comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed. Start by closing your eyes and relaxing your body entirely. Breathe in and out very slowly, and make the breaths as deep as possible (on your belly). It is very likely that all kinds of thoughts will disturb you at this time, but you have to observe them and not let yourself to get emotionally involved with them.
“I was feeling so resentful about a situation and couldn’t see a way out of it. I had been to therapy every week for several years- sometimes twice a week- but I just kept coming back to the same subject which wouldn’t seem to go away. Bring 4 boxes and tag every one with a name , in a way of example (giving, risk talking, hanging out) .. but make sure to avoid any tags like expenses , because it will generate negative vibration ….then bring another empty box to fill it with the extras from the other box (tag it with :thank you thank you thank you for the amount of money you want to have in that box with a certain date in the future; and most important the reason behind it )..also you could fill the empty box directly every once and a while
“I was in a cafe and there was this dull and depressing indie music interrupting my processes. Although I quite liked the melody, just as I was thinking I’d prefer some different music due to the ‘woe is me’ lyrics, the track was suddenly turned off and on came an upbeat dance track with the lyrics “Feels good… It feels so good” playing on repeat. The timing was uncanny! I later discovered it was a remix of Feels so Good by Jamiroquai, for anyone who’s interested.”
It’s ironic how I’ve already been doing these steps without knowing i was doing it..well i met my soulmate we are going through our challeging times. at first it was me i stop talking to him for six months gave no explanation i was healing from an abusive marriage had so many insecurities i began healing became whole. I was at a party had no idea i would ever see or talk to him again because i changed my number yes i saw him there i went to say something he was gone I was trying to think how will i talk or see him again I found his number we started talking again we have a deep connection but since i’ve healed i notice he has some healing to do from past marriage he was in yes 10 yrs ago he has not let go of what happened. Anyway we had a brief discussion he is holding on why i stop talking to him said when he wanted relationship i didn’t I explained it wasn’t I didn’t want one i had just gotten out of an abusive marriage i was in for 12 years he was shocked said i should have told him now he’s saying he’s not ready for a relationship right now his career i transitioning he’s deciding if he’s going to retire after 25 yrs of serving in military relationship too much. I expressed i understand since that conversation we have seen each other twice in unexpected places to see each other. I’m sharing this because i know without a doubt he’s my soulmate & i’m his soulmate actually when we first met he told me I was the one. I’m trust & believe in this love journey!! It’s important to understand that mindfulness isn’t about changing anything or trying to understand it. This is because the analytical and judgement aspects — our automatic reactions — are unhealthy and actually perpetuate the problem. It reinforces the connection in our brain between the action and the negative feeling. To release that connection, approach it without judgement. Let it be.
When I decided that I needed a car, I was just given a great little car a few weeks later by a friend. It runs well, is road taxed and has a MOT. The only attention it required was a replacement window wiper and it had a noisy exhaust that needed looking at. I purchased a satnav online and have never used one before. I didn’t understand the instructions and it was set to Albania (I live in England)! I couldn’t get it to work. I started affirming and writing on my universal list that all would be easy for me with the car and that operating the satnav would be a breeze and it will open up my life and be great fun. Once I felt ‘better’ and in a good space I put my satnav in the car and just started driving. A short way from my house I saw a mechanic was open on a Sunday – I pulled up and they said they would look at the car but weren’t able to fix anything on Sundays. The two men were friendly and they hoisted the car up and spent 20 minutes adding a bolt to the noisy exhaust, fitted a new window wiper, taught me how to use the satnav and set it to London. When I went to pay – I was practically bursting with joy because I couldn’t believe just how everything had got sorted and I had left the house with no plans on how this was even going to get a solution! The icing on the cake was they only charged me £13 which was the price of the window wiper. Being in a good space really determined the outcome I think.”
Long before the well known Oprah-appraised movie/book The Secret came out… a book by Napoleon Hill titled Think and Grow Rich uncovered the mystical and coveted concept of the Law of Attraction. I remember reading this book when I was a teenager as it proclaimed I could quite literally create the life of my dreams. This concept was very sexy to me and profoundly shaped my ideas about what was possible as I was launched into adulthood.
Lately I’ve been teaching my daughter Emily (age 10) how to manifest coins. I do this by turning it into a game. When we’re out walking together, I challenge her to see if she can find more coins than I can. The first time I did this, she was really bad at it. I found several coins during our walk together, often coins that she walked right past without even noticing. Instead of finding coins, she didn’t notice anything. The coins didn’t register within her perceptual reality.
Why don’t you people apply LOA to find a better job, partner, home or something else which could happen at any day or time of the year rather than happening on just a perticular day in an year?? I am advising this to you because its a human tendency to think negetive when things don’t happen according to their wish and on the next xmas if you don’t go to LA then till next xmas for sure you’ll loose your belief and hope for it. If you want to train your brain then read THE MAGIC by Rhonda Byrne. There are 28 life changing practices which look quite stupid but if you follow them then after 28 days definately your brain will start thinking positive and you will feel full of gratitude.

Meditation can be used to manifest brain energy efficiency this allows the law of attraction to work bringing mind, body and soul the source energy into balance and harmony, I have manifested more wisdom, selflessness, unconditional love, inner strength and inner happiness. I now only want only what all can have I have manifested more goodness/energy efficiency, with more left brain logical/positive thought and no right brain anxiety based thought I can see that if all can not have it I do not want it.
However, I know the general frame of mind here is that you can’t manifest money into your life by using the Law of Attraction. Yet, over and over again, people use this precise technique to help them move towards greater financial prosperity. You’ve likely even heard of people “willing” themselves into winning the lottery and receiving other types of windfalls.
Ultimately, you don’t need money to create certain types of feelings, and you can create them now. What can you do now that gives you a greater sense of freedom? Perhaps it is learning to say no more, being more selective with how you spend your time, or scaling back on commitments. What can you do to feel fulfilled now? Maybe it is doing some sort of volunteer work, or making time for a hobby.
Jason, it is you unconscious at play. Positive thinking and LOA doesn’t work, if your unconscious sabotages your wishes and goals. Your unconscious is much more powerful than your conscious, and it has been downloading experiences and been programmed since your were born. So you need to reprogram (or dehypnotize) your unconscious to get what you want. Believe me, I have been where you are, and I couldn’t understand why I didn’t get the results, I wanted. Then I trained as a hypnotist, and suddenly I understood what was going on…
I am so grateful I manifested this site/your book. I just read Manifesting Love and beginning first thing tomorrow I am going to intensely start the process of visualizing this guy into my life. The problem is he is a friend and although he talks to me and is friendly he has yet to make a move. I recently found out that he (31) may be dating a 23 year old girl who still lives at home with her parents. I know this girl and I would never want to get in the way of another’s relationship but I have such strong feelings for him. I just want him to start liking me. I also suffer from anxiety and depression which makes the negative feelings even more abundant. Do you have any tips for me? I really want to get this guy in the next 6 weeks. I appreciate any help I can get.

Now if a little voice tells you that you won’t get what you want to get by imposing the LOA principles to it, it doesn’t mean you have bad thoughts, it might just be you subconscious who knows what is written in your destiny and knows this is not something for you to get. There again: read Florence’s book, there are good examples as how to deal with this. Like lets say you want to meet a girl. With the LOA you’d start shaping her: I want her to be blond, tall thin, nice College graduate etc… And your little voice would tell you: “this is never going to happen”. Well it might be true it will never happen. But if like Florence you’d say: “I want to me the perfect girl, the one which is mine by divine selection”. Well there you might attract her and not have that little conflicting voice show up. Because you are not imposing your will but just calling on what is in store for you.

But! Apart from being commercial stuff it’s underlying intention is to motivate people to do stuff. If you imagine real hard that you are getting a jet plane for your birthday, well it probably wont happen unless you are friends with Bill Gates. But if you really want to have 100 new RSS subscribers it’s not bad to really want it and to think about it because it will drive action. You might not be aware of it but action is what produced your results, thinking about them just pushed you to work harder.
I left my friend, and went to take a look. What was happening was people had been saving spaces for their friends. Every time a new friend showed up the line backed up a bit. I wasn’t happy but there was nothing I could do about it. So I just got back in line. I doubled my visualizing efforts. I kept feeling the feel of the cold rail between my hands: over and over and over again.
I know the LOA says when you want to manifest a specific person you have to be willing to lose them – you have to let go and be ok with not being with them in order to manifest the relationship you want. It also says that you should visualize the relationship you want with this person as if you already have it. How can one do both? How can I imagine being in a relationship with this person but let them go and be ok with not the being with them at the same time?
You can do this yourself. You can become someone who purposefully creates ripples in the universe. Did you know, everything you do energetically ripples out and affects others? And the ripples then come back to you. This process is fast. Don’t underestimate how possible it is for you to be a true catalyst for change. You can be a magnet for all the positive ripples floating around out there. Like a radio station, you can tune into the good stuff. Starting right now.
As for manifestations that involve another person, you probably don’t want to put too much focus on that because we can’t create in another person’s reality. No matter what we do with our energy, it can’t ‘translate’ to someone else and make them do anything. Now, this isn’t to say that you can’t ever get back together with this person, as that may possibly be the best representation of the energy and feelings that you are trying to attract into your life–remember that no matter what we want, we are always after a feeling. What also happens sometimes is when we make changes in our own energy, we line up with different ‘versions’ of people, even if they have fundamentally stayed the same, and this can make it easier to get along with them,etc…
If you are really struggling with relationships, there is something happening deep inside that is creating the outcomes you keep experiencing. You are getting something you want, you are protecting yourself from something you fear. You have some sort of image of yourself that deems you unworthy of love. Again, this may not vibe with your conscious mind, that is in a constant state of wanting happiness and good things. You are not cursed. You are not some horrible person that only deserves douches. You have the power to change this, if you are willing to do the inner work and take responsibility. And by responsibility, I don’t mean blame. Two very different energies there. One empowers us, and the other keeps us feeling terrible.
Don't wait for the relationship to manifest; you must first become the person who already has these qualities. This includes preparing your space for the partner of your dreams: Clean out your closet, empty a draw or replace that worn-out wallpaper. Think of all the ways in which you can prepare yourself and your life to be in perfect alignment with your perfect mate.
January we got together..we’re best friends too…everything was going PERFECT…then my beliefs mess up with me… I started with feelings like: ” Oh no, it’s too good to be real, she for real doesn.t like me, I’m not good enough, she’ll find someone better, etc” . I started to be so jealous…and everytime I was saying that I needed a break, space from her..but I didn’t know how… because I needed to change my vibes and get self confident again… So, the Universe gave me this break, when We had a discussion a month ago. She asked me a break.
“My friend had found the love of her life not by meeting someone new- but from someone who was already in her life. It reminded me of something I read in a magazine article you’d written- about Cinderella and how that so much of her ‘good’ was already in her life: The pumpkin that became a carriage, the rags that became a ballgown etc.- and that there was no need to ‘go hunting’ for what you want as so much good is here, waiting to be revealed. From observing my friend, it was exactly like that: As she came into her connection, she realised the love of her life was already a good friend in her current experience. She had never seen him in that way before- but in the twinkling of an eye- she saw him in a new, romantic way. And he felt the same. And now they are married and one of the happiest couples I know.
But it’s only when you are okay with not being with them, that you open the path for the Law of Attraction to attract your specific person to you. Until you’re okay with not being with him/her, a part of you is resisting and making it impossible for you to have what you want. This means, according to the Law of Attraction, that until you’re okay with possibly losing him/her, it will be difficult for you to have the relationship you want with him/her. You have to be okay with not having him/her.
